Abstract

A precedence employee works not only in the office but also in the field. Fieldwork sometimes makes scheduled jobs changed at any time. This happens when a government leader visits the office. In that case, the precedence officer is obliged to facilitate all the attending guests to the event. This condition requires precedence employees to be available 24 hours a day. The number of jobs that must be completed in a short time can cause work stress on precedence employees. There are several ways to reduce work stress, such as having reasonable confidence, high work motivation, and adversity quotient. The ability of Adversity Quotient (AQ) is an individual's ability to face adversity and turn it into a challenge. The data retrieval techniques employed used the adversity quotient scale from Stoltz theory (2003) and work stress scale from Robbins theory (1996). The analysis technique in this research used by Pearson product-moment. The results of this study showed a significant correlation between adversity quotient and job stress (r = -0.426, p = 0.019). This study shows the level of work stress will be reduced if the precedence employees have a high Adversity quotient.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat diimplemtasikan melalui kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN). Berdasarkan Pasal 20 ayat 2 dalam Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional. Pada tahun ini pelaksanaan KKN bertepatan dengan bulan Muharram yang merupakan salah satu nama bulan dalam penanggalan Hijriyah. Berdasarkan hasil observasi di kampung Belendung ditemukan beberapa permasalahan, diantaranya yaitu 1) tingkat pendidikan formal yang masih sedikit, 2) tidak adanya sarana kreativitas bagi remaja, anak-anak, dan masyarakat, 3) tidak adanya program khusus terkait kreativitas remaja dan anak-anak 4) kurangnya antusias masyarakat terhadap kegiatan sosial terkhusus dengan kegiatan yang memerlukan anggaran besar, 5) tidak adanya penggerak atau aktivis kreativitas masyarakat. berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut penulis tertarik untuk membuat kegiatan Festival Muharram sebagai solusi dari permasalahan tersebut, dengan rangkain kegiatan zikir dan do’a bersama, pelombaan, penampilan, dan pawai obor. Dilihat dari hasil pelaksanaan Festival Muharram yang baik dan memberikan dampak positif serta antusias masyarakat yang tinggi dengan demikian kegiatan festival Muharram ini berhasil menjadi stimulus dalam mewujudkan masyarakat kreatif dan partisipatif (MASKERTIS).

Abstract

Terjadi perubahan kurikulum yang digunakan di sekolah yang semula menggunakan kurikulum 2013 menjadi kurikulum merdeka. Kurikulum merdeka adalah kurikulum yang struktur pembelajarannya terdiri dari dua kegiatan utama: proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila, yang mengacu pada standar kompetensi lulusan yang harus dimiliki siswa, dan pembelajaran intrakurikuler, yang mengacu pada tingkat pembelajaran yang harus dicapai siswa pada setiap mata pelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi guru tentang implementasi kurikulum merdeka di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan persepsi yang baik tentang  kurikulum merdeka yang dapat memberikan pandangan baru dan pengalaman baru dalam proses belajar siswa di kelas, persepsi guru menunjukan pemahamannya tentang kurikulum merdeka bahwa pembelajaran di kelas dengan adanya implementasi kurikulum tersebut pembelajaran yang lebih fleksibel dan pembelajaran di kelas bertujuan salah satunya adalah membentuk karakter siswa dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila.  Namun demikian tidak terlepas tantangan dan hambatan dalam implementasinya.

Abstract

Creative Learning Methods in Arabic Language Subjects For Grade 1 Elementary School is a strategic step in fostering students' learning interest and minimizing student saturation when learning a foreign language. This research aims to produce Creative Learning Methods in Arabic Language Subjects for Grade 1 Elementary School (SD). The research method used in this research is qualitative field research”data collection tools through observation, interviews, and documentation. The formulation of Creative Learning Method in the Arabic Language For Grade 1 elementary school was conducted validity test through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with four experts, namely: religious experts, linguists, psychologists and education experts. This study's results can be described that the Arabic Language Learning Method for Grade 1 Elementary School at Ibnu Hajar Bogor Islamic School in a structured manner has not looked neat. In its implementation, learning Arabic in grade 1 elementary school at Ibnu Hajar Bogor Islamic School uses Arabic manuals for grade 1 elementary school ordered by the school with exciting methods in its delivery. While in Pioneer School Depok Arabic Language Learning For Grade 1 Elementary School is held once a week, namely on Tuesdays, starting at 09:00- 09:30 by using learning modules created by the school based on students' needs namely lughotuna Arabic language books. The methods used by the two institutions studied in Arabic language learning are very diverse, he said; direct methods, Q& A, Qowa'id, and GameAbstrakMetode Pembelajaran Kreatif pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Arab Untuk Kelas 1 Sekolah Dasar merupakan langkah strategis dalam menumbuhkan minat belajar siswa dan meminimalisir kejenuhan siswa saat belajar bahasa asing.  Tujuan dalam penelitian ini Untuk menghasilkan Metode Pembelajaran Kreatif pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Arab Untuk Kelas 1 Sekolah Dasar (SD). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif field research. Alat pengumpul data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil rumusan Metode Pembelajaran Kreatif pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Arab Untuk Kelas 1 SD dilakukan uji keabsahan melalui Focus Group Discusion (FGD) dengan 4 ahli yaitu: ahli agama, ahli bahasa, ahli psikologi dan ahli pendidikan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dideskripsikan bahwa Metode Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab Untuk Kelas 1 Sekolah Dasar di Sekolah Islam Ibnu Hajar Bogor secara terstruktur belum terlihat rapi. Dalam pelaksanaannya, pembelajaran bahasa Arab kelas 1 SD di Sekolah Islam Ibnu Hajar Bogor menggunakan buku panduan bahasa Arab untuk kelas 1 SD yang dipesan oleh pihak sekolah dengan penambahan metode menarik dalam penyampaiannya. Sedangkan di Sekolah Pioneer Depok  Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab Untuk Kelas 1 Sekolah Dasar dilaksanakan satu kali dalam sepekan, yaitu di hari Selasa, mulai pukul 09:00- 09:30 dengan menggunakan modul pembelajaran yang dibuat oleh sekolah berdasarkan kebutuhan peserta didik yaitu buku bahasa Arab Lughotuna. Metode yang digunakan oleh dua lembaga yang diteliti dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab sangat beragam, di antaranya; metode langsung, tanya jawab, Qowa'id, dan metode Game.

Abstract

Skills in handling emergency patients, especially trauma and cardiovascular emergencies, are important competencies for health workers. Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support (BTCLS) training is designed to improve the knowledge, skills, and readiness of health workers in dealing with critical situations. This study aims to evaluate the impact of BTCLS training on the competence of nurses at the National Search and Rescue Agency (BNPP) in handling emergencies. The method used was a six-day training, which included providing theory and practice. The theoretical material included systematic emergency management, while practice included resuscitation simulation, initial assessment, airway management, triage, and patient evacuation. Evaluation was carried out through pre-test and post-test to measure the knowledge and skills of the participants. The results showed a significant increase in the average knowledge score, from 45.5 (pre-test) to 85.5 (post-test), with an increase of 87.91%. The participants' skills reached an average of 85, indicating a high level of competence in accordance with training standards. This increase reflects the effectiveness of the training method in providing in-depth theoretical and practical understanding. Conclusion, BTCLS training has made a major contribution to improving the competence of health workers, especially BNPP nurses, in dealing with emergency situations. This program equips participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to handle critical cases effectively. Suggestion, BTCLS training needs to be held periodically with material updates according to technological developments and international standards to maintain the quality of health worker competence.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Ilmu Kalam di jenjang Madrasah Aliyah memegang peranan krusial dalam kurikulum pendidikan Islam, mengingat urgensinya dalam membentuk landasan teologi siswa. Integrasi media pembelajaran ke dalam proses pengajaran Ilmu Kalam memiliki potensi signifikan untuk mengoptimalkan penyerapan materi dan meningkatkan minat siswa terhadap kajian ketauhidan ini. Tujuan penelitian mengeksplorasi secara mendalam implementasi media pembelajaran dalam konteks pengajaran Ilmu Kalam di kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Nujumul Huda Batu Samban. Metode pendekatan yang digunakanyaitu  deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data empiris di lapangan. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidik telah mengintegrasikan berbagai jenis media pembelajaran, meliputi media visual seperti gambar dan slide presentasi, media audio berupa rekaman suara, serta media audiovisual seperti video pembelajaran. Implementasi media-media tersebut terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan atensi dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi Ilmu Kalam, menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih interaktif dan bermakna.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Islamic education policies in Muslim minority countries (Thailand). The research method used is a case study. Data was collected through interviews and documentation and then analyzed using NVivo 12. The results of this study illustrate that there are three primary forms of Islamic Education policy models in Muslim minority countries (Thailand), namely (1) laws or government regulations, (2) Islamic Education Curriculum, and (3) Provision of Islamic Education budget. This model of Islamic Education policy shows that the Thai government pays attention to the Muslim population, even though they are a minority population. There was turmoil in the Muslim region of Thailand, so the government made laws or regulations, created an Islamic education curriculum, and created a budget for the development of Islamic education. So that there is a change in culture and language, open accessibility of Islamic education, and support for the implementation of worship in the Thai Muslim community.

Abstract

Bullying in educational institutions is a critical issue that affects students’ well-being and academic performance, necessitating effective prevention strategies. This study develops a bullying prevention strategy through school capacity building (SCB) in Integrated Islamic Schools to support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). A qualitative approach with a case study method was employed to explore the underlying causes of bullying and to formulate effective prevention strategies through SCB. The findings revealed three key themes, the role of school policies in preventing bullying; leadership models for preventing bullying; and the involvement of teachers and parents in fostering a bullying-free environment. The research highlights that a comprehensive approach, integrating structured school policies, strong leadership, and active participation from teachers and parents, is essential for effective bullying prevention. The study emphasizes that sustainable development cannot be realized without peace, and peace cannot be sustained without the development of quality education. This research contributes to the improvement of Islamic education by promoting a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment, which is essential for fostering future leaders and ensuring the advancement of global peace.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh pemahaman mengenai Bagaimana Bimbingan Konseling yang di lakukan guru Bagaimana Perilaku Santri dalam Mengikuti Bimbingan Konseling, Faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat peran guru bimbingan konseling dalam menangani perilaku kenakalan santri. Santri di Pondok Pesantren Terpadu Daaruttaqwa, Bagaimana Strategi yang dilakukan oleh Pimpinan dalam menangani kenakalan Santri sebagai upaya pencengahan kenakalan santri dalam melakukan bimbingan konseling. Dalam penelitian ini, pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dengan metode studi kasus sebagai rancangan utama. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan pengumpulan dokumen. Abstract

This study aims to design a conceptual model of a reward and punishment system based on field data as a reference to improve teacher performance at MTs Ar-Rahmah Bogor. The research employed a qualitative exploratory approach, using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings reveal that the implementation of reward and punishment at MTs Ar-Rahmah is still informal, incidental, and lacks structured performance indicators or written procedures. Rewards are given symbolically without clear evaluation criteria, while punishment s are limited to verbal warnings without standard operating procedures or structured coaching programs. Based on a SWOT analysis, the researchers formulated a conceptual model consisting of five key components: teacher performance indicators, regular evaluations, forms of reward, stages of punishment , and documentation and SOPs. This model is expected to serve as a reference for developing a more structured and sustainable teacher performance management system. The study recommends a limited-scale pilot implementation, involving teachers in the formulation of indicators and evaluations, and conducting regular adaptive monitoring.
