Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of the competence of educators and education personnel in MI Manba’ul Huda based on national standard of educator and education personel in accordance with Permendiknas. The object of this research is the entire educators and education personel in MI Manba’ul Huda. Then the research approach used is a descriptive qualitative research approach with research instruments including observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the analysis obtained that the standar and competence of educators and education personel in MI Manba’ul Huda have a fairly good value with a percentage of 77% or a value of 58 from maximum value of 76. There are four indicators that have a value below 3 or B, namely regarding madrasah special personnel, competence and certification of library staff, the ratio of conseling teacher and the competence of counseling teachers. The strategy carried out in improving the competence of educators and education personnel by including teacher in training in accordance with the field of ability they are capable of to produce competent educators and continue to apply Islamic values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji perumusan kebijakan pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar Unggulan Al-Izzah Bandung. Menyoroti faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi kebijakan, bertujuan memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah unggulan. Studi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif melalui studi kasus. Penelitian dilakukan di SDU Al-Izzah Bandung, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan seperti wawancara, observasi dan analisis dokumen. Analisis Data dijelaskan secara naratif untuk memahami secara mendalam perumusan kebijakan pendidikan di sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SDU Al-Izzah Bandung menggunakan pendekatan analisis kebijakan dan partisipatif dalam merumuskan kebijakan pendidikan. Keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan, pertimbangan terhadap konteks budaya, dan pemanfaatan media sosial menjadi strategi utama dalam memastikan kebijakan yang komprehensif dan responsif. Rekomendasi meliputi terus mengintegrasikan keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan, memperkuat pemahaman terhadap perubahan sosial, serta memanfaatkan media sosial untuk meningkatkan transparansi dan komunikasi.

Abstract

The main problem of this research is the training and development system for teaching staff at Pluss Asalaam High School. Therefore, the aim of this research is to analyze: Strategies, results, and supporting and inhibiting factors for training and development management as well as the personalities of teaching and education staff. This research is field research with a qualitative approach, from informant sources, principals and educators. The results of this research include: firstly, the training system for teaching staff at Pluss Asalaam High School has been implemented well, this can be seen from all the teaching staff who have taken part in training, at least training held by the school such as MGMP and Workshops, and Educational Courses. Second, the teaching staff development system at Pluss Asalaam High School is also running as it should. This can be seen from the fact that almost all of the teaching staff at the school are certified civil servants, some are even continuing their education to postgraduate level. With effective training and development, the learning process can be smoothed, which will make it easier for educators and students to achieve educational goals.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine and explore the development of student character education models through habituation of programmed tahajud prayers in MTs As-Sa'idah. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and study of literature. The results of this study, are: First, the reality of education in the inheritance of the values ​​of character education through the process of habituating the programmed prayer; Second, the tahajud prayer is a character inheritance model that is able to preserve the values ​​of the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad. The inheritance model of character education through habituation of tahajud prayer are: 1) focus, derived from the doctrine of the Qur'an and Sunnah; 2) Procedure, using a direct learning model. And the Third, the character values ​​that can be implemented as a basis for character building show in 9 of character values.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan manajemen pengembangan profesionalisme Guru di Diniyah Takmiliyah Nurul Huda Sukabumi, mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan manajemen pengembangan profesionalisme Guru di Diniyah Takmiliyah Nurul Huda Sukabumi dan Ingin mendeskripsikan profesionalisme Guru Diniyah Takmiliyah Nurul Huda Sukabumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian kualitatif, karena penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan berbagai macam informasi dan fakta yang berhubungan dengan manajemen profesionalisme Guru pada Diniyah Takmiliyah Nurul Huda Sukabumi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Untuk mengecek keabsahan data peneliti menggunakan Triangulasi sumber data. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Perencanaan manajemen pengembangan profesionalisme guru Diniyah Takmiliyah Nurul Huda Sukabumi sudah terencana mulai dari rapat koordinasi kegiatan pengembangan guru, menganalisis kebutuhan guru yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhannya, menyusun urutan kegiatan pengembangan guru mulai dari kerja sama dengan pihak lain, mengesahkan program pengembangan guru, tahap implementasi atau pelaksanaan kegiatan pengembangan guru dengan berbagai kegiatan program perencanan pengembangan profesionalisme guru yang direncanakan dan pelaksanaannya sesuai dengan perencanaan antara lain: (1) Pendidikan dan pelatihan (2) Studi lanjut (3) Penyediaan Fasilitas Penunjang (4) Supervisi guru (5) Motivasi dan (6) Kedisiplinan guru. Profesionalisme guru DTA Nurul Huda Sukabumi pada kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi Sosial dan kompetensi profesional guru dalam proses pembelajaran di DTA Nurul Huda Sukabumi sudah sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku, walaupun masih ada beberapa perbaikan. The purpose of this study was to describe the management planning of teacher professional development at Diniyah Takmiliyah Nurul Huda Sukabumi, describe the implementation of teacher professional development management at Diniyah Takmiliyah Nurul Huda Sukabumi and Want to describe the professionalism of Diniyah Takmiliyah Nurul Huda Sukabumi Teachers. This study used a qualitative research model, because this study aims to collect various kinds of information and facts related to the management of teacher professionalism at Diniyah Takmiliyah Nurul Huda Sukabumi. The method used in this study used qualitative methods, the data collection technique used observation data, interviews, and documentation. To check the validity of the data, researchers used data source triangulation. The results of this study can be concluded that: The planning of professional development management of Diniyah Takmiliyah Nurul Huda Sukabumi teachers has been planned starting from the coordination meeting of teacher development activities, analyzing the needs of teachers tailored to their needs, compiling a sequence of teacher development activities starting from cooperation with other parties, authorizing teacher development programs, the implementation stage or the implementation of teacher development activities with various activities of the planned teacher professionalism development planning program and its implementation in accordance with planning, among others: (1) Education and training (2) Further study (3) Provision of supporting facilities (4) Teacher supervision (5) Motivation and (6) Teacher discipline. Professionalism of DTA Nurul Huda Sukabumi teachers in pedagogical competence, personality competence, social competence and professional competence of teachers in the learning process at DTA Nurul Huda Sukabumi is in accordance with applicable regulations, although there are still some improvements.

Abstract

Human resource management plays an important role in the success of an organization, influencing productivity, efficiency, and reflecting the organization's values and principles. Islam provides relevant guidance for managing human resources in a fair, ethical, and sustainable manner, emphasizing the fulfillment of workers' rights, the creation of a supportive work climate, and integrity at work. Principles such as justice, work ethics, wise leadership, deliberation, and employee welfare are the main foundations in Islamic-based human resource management. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review from the Qur'an, hadith, and references related to human resource management in Islam. Through content analysis, this study finds that the application of Islamic principles in HR management can create a fairer, harmonious, and productive work environment, which ultimately contributes to the well-being of all parties in the organization.

Abstract

Termination of Employment (PHK) is a process in which the employment relationship between workers and employers is terminated. Termination of Employment (PHK) is one of the phenomena that often occurs in the world of employment and is an important topic in labor law. Layoffs can be carried out by employers and workers for various reasons, whether caused by economic factors, efficiency, or violations of company regulations. This study aims to analyze the definition, reasons, impact of layoffs and discuss the legal basis and causes of Termination of Employment in Civil Servants (PNS) in Indonesia based on the applicable legal framework. The method used in this research is library research with a qualitative approach with a literature study that includes legislation and previous studies related to layoffs.

Abstract

This research explores teacher resource management in improving the quality of tahfidzul Qur’an learning at the Al-Fitrah Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT). Human resource management (HR) refers to the management and development of employees in an organisation, including in the educational context, where teachers are a key element who act as facilitators and inspirers for students. Teacher human resources are educators who have the responsibility to educate, guide and develop the potential of students. The objectives of this research are: 1). to find out how the HR management process for SDIT Al-Fitrah teachers is, 2). to find out how to implement HR management at SDIT Al-Fitrah school, 3). to find out the strategy for improving the quality of human resources at SDIT Al-Fitrah. The research results show that planning focuses on the qualifications of tahfidz teachers and activities designed to improve the quality of teaching. Implementation includes recruitment, selection, training and performance assessment of tahfidz teachers. Finally, the results of this management succeeded in improving the quality of tahfidzul Qur'an learning at SDIT Al-Fitrah.

Abstract

This research analyzes motivation with several theories proposed by scientists and the motivation present in Islam to support the productivity of educational resources in carrying out their noble duties as teachers. One of the theories discussed here is Abraham Maslow’s motivation theory and how Islam perfects the concept of motivation itself. This research aims to find the best solution for educators regarding motivation as a driving force, which is sometimes felt less detectable or less sensitive to the decline in their motivation, thus requiring a separate space to find the solution. This research also aims to detect issues related to the causes of the decline in motivation, linked to the theory proposed by Abraham Maslow and refined by Islamic-oriented motivation, so that human resources in education can become stable or more enthusiastic in their roles as educators in the millennial digital era. This research method uses a qualitative approach through a literature review. The research successfully obtained findings in line with its objectives: the analysis of elements that can dampen motivation or even reduce or eliminate the motivation of educational resources in the millennial digital era. The five basic human needs expressed by Abraham Maslow are the elements that influence the motivation of human educational resources. The theories presented are human experiences encountered by humans as educational resources, complemented by Islamic knowledge related to motivation as a driving force for educational resources in the millennial digital era.

Abstract

The application of technology in human resource management (HRM) is becoming increasingly important in the digital era, especially in the education sector. Digital transformation offers opportunities to improve the efficiency, transparency and quality of educator and school administration management. This article aims to analyze the role of technology in improving HR management at SD Mathla'ul Anwar, an educational institution that has integrated technology in various managerial aspects. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, through interviews, observation, and documentation of managerial practices at Mathla'ul Anwar Elementary School. The results showed that technology has had a positive impact in various aspects of HR management, including recruitment, performance management, training, and communication between staff. However, there are challenges related to technical training and technology adoption among diverse staff. This article concludes that technology plays an important role in improving HRM in educational institutions, but more structured implementation and ongoing training are needed to maximize the potential of technology
