Abstract

Objectives. This research aims to discover the description of cardiopulmonary endurance in basketball athletes trained by the Gayo Lues district, which will be carried out in 2023. This research is classified as quantitative research using a field test and measurement approach to components of cardiopulmonary endurance. Materials and Methods. The population in this study were all basketball athletes trained by the Gayo Lues district, totaling 23 athletes consisting of 10 male athletes and 13 female athletes who were taken using saturated sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out using the Harvard step test instrument. The data is then analyzed using average statistical analysis and frequency or percentage distribution analysis. Results. The research results found that the cardiopulmonary endurance ability of male athletes had an average value of 70.1 and was in the medium category. For female athletes, cardiopulmonary endurance was found to be 65.7 and was in the medium category. Conclusion. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the cardiopulmonary endurance ability of basketball athletes trained by Gayo Lues district, both male and female athletes, is still in the medium category.

Abstract

Objective. Education is crucial for cultivating humanity and realizing individuals' greatest potential. Education enables individuals to understand their rights and obligations, while also allowing them to contribute to society and honor God. Physical education and sports constitute a fundamental component of education, designed to enhance persons' quality of life, both physically and spiritually. This study seeks to analyze the technique for managing educational and athletic accomplishments in the academic pursuits of PJKR FKIP USK pupils. This study was prompted by the challenges encountered by PJKR FKIP USK students in balancing their time between lectures and training, together with the insufficient support from lecturers for training permissions. These impediments adversely affect academic and athletic performance. Consequently, a robust management plan is essential to facilitate timely completion of studies and attainment of athletic accomplishments for pupils. This research is a qualitative descriptive analysis. Materials and Methods. The research methodology encompassed observation and interviews with faculty and students at PJKR FKIP USK. Results. The analysis indicated that the primary hurdles were scheduling conflicts between lectures and practical sessions, inadequate time management, and insufficient support from certain professors for practice permissions. Conclusion. The proposed method entails dialogue and consensus between lecturers and students to modify schedules, along with enhanced time management strategies.

Abstract

Objective. Physical fitness is incorrect. One important aspect for every individual, including students, is to maintain a good level of fitness. With optimal physical condition, all activities can be performed efficiently without experiencing fatigue. The fitness levels of elementary school students can positively correlate with their academic and non-academic performance, contributing to their overall health and development. Materials and Methods. Examine This targeting For physical fitness knowledge level, high school students in Kajhu, Aceh Besar. The methodology employed a quantitative approach with a specific type of study. This is descriptive. Demographic analysis A total of 128 participants were involved in the educational sample, resulting in a comprehensive research study with 128 participants. Methodology for gathering data in the study This involves the application of TKJI to all students in Grade IV and V at Public Elementary School Kajhu. The data collection involved administering the TKJI test, which comprised a 40-meter run, hanging elbow bend, lying down, sitting for 30 seconds, upright jump, and a 600-meter run. Data analysis techniques were applied using average formulas and percentages. Results. The analysis of results data indicates the fitness levels of high school students in the class. The Great Acehnese is as follows: The physical fitness level of the student is recorded at 13.36, which falls into the lower category. The details are as follows: (1) A total of 4 individuals, representing 6.67%, fall into the Good once category. (2) There are 14 individuals, accounting for 23.33%, in the good category. (3) One individual, or 1.67%, is classified in the moderate category. (4) A group of 28 individuals, making up 46.67%, is categorised as less. (5) Lastly, 13 individuals, or 21.67%, are identified in the not enough very category. Conclusion . The average fitness level of the physical education student is 10.51, categorised as below standard, with the following details: Negative response. There is a student, the princess, who achieved a category of Good or Good once, with a total of 1 person. 1.47% fall within the moderate category, while 41 individuals, representing 60.29%, are classified in the less category. Additionally, there are 26 individuals noted. 38.24% fall into the category of insufficiently represented.

Abstract

Penelitian didasari oleh karena masih terdapat kesenjangan signifikan antara kurikulum Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) yang dirancang untuk siswa umum dengan kebutuhan khusus tunarungu di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Aceh. Meskipun terdapat inisiatif adaptasi belajar  seperti penggunaan bahasa isyarat dan materi visual namun implementasinya masih terbatas, terutama di wilayah Aceh yang memiliki sumber daya dan pelatihan guru yang belum optimal. Strategi mengajar adalah pendekatan yang dirancang oleh guru untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran secara efektif dan efisien, terutama dalam konteks pendidikan anak tunarunggu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang digunakan oleh guru dalam mengajar Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Negeri Pembina Provinsi Aceh. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PJOK di SLB Negeri Pembina Provinsi Aceh menerapkan strategi berbasis permainan sederhana, penggunaan bahasa isyarat, alat bantu visual, serta pendekatan individual sesuai kebutuhan masing-masing siswa. Dari penelitian ini strategi Visual dan Demonstrasi yang sangat efektif dalam membantu siswa tunarungu memahami instruksi dalam proses pembelajaran. Simpulan dalam penlitian ini menggambarkan guru PJOK di SLB Negeri Pembina, Aceh telah menerapkan strategi pembelajaran adaptif untuk siswa tunarungu, menggunakan visual, video, dan aktivitas fisik yang dimodifikasi. Mereka mengatasi tantangan komunikasi dengan bahasa isyarat, ekspresi wajah, serta alat bantu visual, sekaligus menumbuhkan motivasi, kerja sama, dan kepercayaan diri siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah sudah berjalan dengan baik Perencanan, Pengorganisasian, Pelaksanaan, dan Pengendalian Manajemen Pembinaan Prestasi Pada Klub SSB Lambhuk Kota Banda Aceh Tahun 2024. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang mana sasaran untuk pengambilan data dari pelatih. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 3 orang pelatih. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara/interview dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengendalian di ssb lambhuk sudah berjalan dengan baik, dengan adanya hambatan dan kendala seperti kurangnya peralatan latihan karena banyak yang tidak layak dipakai, kurangnya waktu penggunaan lapangan, minimnya anggaran atau dana dan kurangnya perhatian dari staf kepengurusan yang mana para pelatih sudah merencanakan yang terbaik untuk ssb lambhuk dengan menutupi kekurangan dan hambatan pada saat proses pembinaan. Para pelatih sudah melaksanaan pembinaan dengan baik kepada anak-anak yang berlatih dimulai membina karakter atau attitude dan dasar dalam bermain sepak bola. Dengan adanya hambatan dan kendala para pelatih lebih ekstra bekerja dan lebih banyak berkontribusi untuk ssb lambhuk dibandingkan dengan pengurus supaya anak-anak dan klub ssb lambhuk bisa berpotensi dan berprestasi seperti tahun-tahun sebelumnya.

Abstract

Nutritional status is a crucial element that supports student achievement in school because the body needs a healthy and balanced diet. Nutrition includes carbohydrates, proteins, and fats that provide energy, repair tissues, and protect organs. Physical fitness reflects the physical ability to perform activities efficiently and with endurance. Therefore, nutritional status and physical fitness work synergistically to help children achieve maximum learning performance and physical activity. The objectives of this study are: (1) To determine the nutritional status of students at SMA Negeri 4 Wira Bangsa Meulaboh, (2) To determine the physical fitness level of students at SMA Negeri 4 Wira Bangsa Meulaboh. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive type. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, resulting in a sample of 50 students from SMA Negeri 4 Wira Bangsa Meulaboh. Data collection techniques used tests, as follows: (1) nutritional status, and (2) physical fitness. The results of the data analysis can be summarized as follows: (1) The nutritional status test obtained an average score of 20.88 with the following details: (a) the nutritional status of male students was classified as mildly underweight 8 (67%), while (b) the nutritional status of female students was classified as mildly underweight 19 (50%), and (2) The physical fitness test obtained an average score of 16.88 with the following details: (a) the level of physical fitness in male students was classified as good 8 (67%), followed by (b) the level of physical fitness in female students was classified as moderate 30 (79%).
