Abstract

Pelatihan bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi siswa dalam penguasaan script, merupakan kompetensi wajib yang harus dimiliki siswa lulusan SMKN 1 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam Jurusan Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak. Keterbatasan pengetahuan dasar guru mengenai penguasaan script menjadi masalah utama yang dibahas. Metoda yang diberikan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada guru dan siswa secara langsung mengenai script, AJAX dan JQuery untuk membuat aplikasi berbasis web. dengan memanfaatkan perangkat jaringan komputer. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan selama 5 (lima) hari dengan mengkaji rencana program pembelajaran dan pelatihan berbasis praktikum interaktif yang lebih baik. Hasil dari pengabdian ini didapatkan adanya peningkatan kapasitas keilmuan dan kompetensi sebesar 19,8% untuk pelatihan pemrograman web di SMK Negeri 1 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam.

Abstract

The importance of quality for village employees in the implementation of services and development from the results of the study showed that mental attitude factors, discipline factors, education factors in the field of service will also determine the implementation of tasks for each village government employee. Community service aims to improve the quality of employees and the mastery of technology and information devices at the Village Office staff at Rimba Makmur. Providing insight knowledge about the importance of increasing professionalism in providing services to technology-based society. The target service is all employees, followed by all RT and RW and Kadus. The problem was resolved in three stages of activities namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. Preparations were made by conducting a preliminary survey to see conditions in the field regarding plans to develop information technology and computer-based services. The implementation is carried out with the improvement of hardware and software technology accompanied by training, followed by a discussion of questions and answers and exercises as a form of simulation activities for all services provided by the Village Office. Evaluation of activities is carried out for each stage by collecting and concluding data from each stage of the activity. After the evaluation, the implementation of the implementation of the system directly interacts with the community. In a certain period evaluation is carried out to make improvements continuously. The results of the training activities showed success with an indication of increased satisfaction from internal and community.

Abstract

Futsal is a soccer game played indoors, this game itself is played by two teams, each team consisting of five people. At this time futsal is very much in demand from various groups ranging from children to adults, so there are many futsal field rental places, especially in the city of Pekanbaru. However, the problem that occurs is that it is still difficult for tenants to find out where there is a futsal field and the nearest futsal field from where the tenant is located, including price information and field facilities. Therefore, we need a system that can make it easier for tenants to find out where there is a futsal field and the nearest futsal field from the tenant's location. This system is made based on Android so that it can make it easier for users to use this system. The method used in making this system is the Haversine method. The results obtained are a marketplace system that can make it easier for users to find out where there is a futsal field, find the nearest field and it is also easy to find out all information related to the field and can make it easier to rent a futsal field through the marketplace system.

Abstract

In general, higher education is divided into two categories of benefits from the application of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The first is referred to as core values and supporting values. The computer network at STMIK Amik Riau currently uses the Telkom Speedy Wireless Network provider in each building. Then each student is only given 1 account to access the Hotspot network on the STMIK Amik Riau campus which can only be used on 1 laptop that is registered and capacity that has been limited or shared by network operators. However, the use of Hotspots that students want to access is only found in a few places which if used are smooth. To overcome these problems a framework is needed, one of which is TOGAF. TOGAF is a framework that has a set of supporting tools for developing enterprise architectures. TOGAF is a method that can be adapted to all changes and needs during planning. The purpose of this research is to get the gaps in the existing technology architecture and then provide recommendations in the form of the proposed technology architecture so that the existing gaps can be repaired and can run well. The results of this study found that to improve service to students, 7 application modules were needed and the need for improvements to the existing network at STMIK Amik Riau.

Abstract

This research is conducted to address the observed inefficiency in the current attendance process at SMP As-Syahira Amka in Pekanbaru. The traditional method of manually calling each student for attendance not only consumes time but also results in prolonged manual record-keeping processes. Recognizing the need for a more efficient and structured system, this study aims to introduce an IoT-based attendance solution using RFID technology. By implementing this solution, the research aims to enhance the efficiency of the attendance process, reduce administrative burdens, and improve overall school management. Additionally, the study aims to contribute to the advancement of educational technology by applying the Research and Development (R&D) method to design, develop, implement, and evaluate the proposed IoT-based attendance system. Ultimately, the goal of this research is to provide a practical and effective solution that can be adopted by SMP As-Syahira Amka and potentially other educational institutions facing similar challenges in attendance management. By introducing an IoT-based attendance system, it is hoped that there will be an improvement in efficiency, accuracy, and security in the attendance process, as well as a positive contribution to creating a more modern and structured learning environment. Moreover, this research may provide new insights into the utilization of technology in education in Indonesia and encourage the adoption of innovative solutions to enhance overall educational quality.

Abstract

Perkembangan komunikasi dari percakapan lisan hingga era digital telah mengubah cara manusia berinteraksi. Era modern menghadirkan aplikasi chatting yang memungkinkan komunikasi global dalam bentuk teks, panggilan, dan video call. Namun, kemajuan ini juga menghadirkan risiko privasi dan keamanan data. Pengiriman data melalui media chatting telah menjadi umum, namun diperlukan perlindungan dari ancaman seperti spam, penyadapan, modifikasi, dan fabrikasi data.Penelitianini bertujuanuntuk merancang aplikasi chatting dengan keamanan tinggi melalui enkripsi data menggunakan Algoritma Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). Aplikasi ini juga mengimplementasikan metode asynchronous dalam pengiriman dan penerimaan data, serta fitur-fitur modern seperti file converter dan catatan tugas. Enkripsi "end to end" pada chat teks dan video call memberikan tingkat keamanan yang memuaskan. Metode perancangan menggunakan algoritma AES-128 dengan penerapan dalam pengiriman pesan menggunakan Flutter dan Bahasa pemrograman Dart. Data hasilenkripsi disimpan di Firebase untuk menjaga keamanan. Penelitian ini berjudul "Implementasi Metode Aes Pada Aplikasi Chat Menggunakan Flutter," dengan harapan dapat menyediakan komunikasi yang aman dalam era digital.

Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia telah mengeluarkan peraturan dalam mengurangi dampak virus COVID-19 berupa protokol kesehatan. Protokol kesehatan terdiri dari cuci tangan menggunakan sabun, menggunakan masker pada saat bepergian, jaga jarak, dan periksan temperatur tubuh. Menerapkan protok kesehatan telah dirancang sebuah sistem palang masuk otomatis berdasarkan SOP COVID-19 menggunakan Raspberry pi. Sistem ini bekerja mendeteksi wajah menggunakan kamera ditampilkan pada sebuah display sebagai informasi wajah bermasker dan tidak bermasker, mendeteksi objek ketika pakai sabun, cuci tangan, dan memeriksa suhu menggunakan sensor GY 906 serta sebuah notifikasi suara untuk himbauan jaga jarak aman, dimana ketika pengunjung memenuhi standar SOP tersebut maka palang akan terbuka. Jika objek tidak melaksanakan protokol kesehatan maka palang tidak akan terbuka. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dan uji coba, alat ini dapat berfungsi dengan baik dalam mendeteksi keterlaksanaan SOP Covid 19 sebagai proteksi palang masuk sehingga dapat membantu pelaksanaan protokol kesehatan dalam pencegahan dan pengurangan penularan COVID-19.

Abstract

In an effort to maximize revenue from the motor vehicle tax, the local government is pursuing numerous strategies, one of which is to introduce the e-Samsat (PAD) program to increase revenue from the motor vehicle tax. However, in the current system, there is no system to monitor these payments. Therefore, many people pay their taxes late. The objectives of this research are: (1) Design and develop a web-based application to monitor tax payments using Whatsapp gateway. Data collection techniques using interviews and direct observation at the research site. The results of this application research can display a list of taxpayers and can add to the list of taxpayers. It also generates outputs in the form of data reports in various forms and types. Designing an application to process vehicle tax data makes it easier for employees to detect late tax payments. The public can learn about tax payments via WhatsApp notifications without having to visit Samsat Siak.

Abstract

The increasing demand for telecommunication services requires reliable fiber optic network infrastructure. However, signal attenuation remains a major challenge in data transmission that leads to service quality degradation. This research aims to predict fiber optic network attenuation values using the Random Forest Regression algorithm by utilizing historical data from PT. Telkom Akses Indonesia. The dataset consists of 1225 New Connection Installation (PSB) data with features including ODP coordinates, customer location, cable length, and attenuation values. Research results show that the model with a 90:10 data ratio provides optimal performance with an R² Score of 0.9832, MSE of 0.0559, RMSE of 0.2363, and MAE of 0.1009. The model successfully explains 98.32% of variation in network attenuation data. Predictions of attenuation values for future periods show a stable trend, enabling proactive assessment of fiber optic network performance so operators can anticipate disruptions before they impact customer service.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan dan melatih instalasi video conference yang dijalankan di Local Area Network. Partisipan sebanyak 30 peserta didik berpartisipasi di Program PkM Teknologi Informasi SMK Negeri 1 Perhentian Raja, Kecamatan Perhentian Raja, Kabupaten Kampar, Provinsi Riau pada tanggal 6, 20, 27 Juni 2022.  Keterbatasan pengetahuan peserta mengenai penguasaan instalasi video conference pada Local Area Network menjadi masalah yang ditemukan. Tim PkM, sebagai bahan evaluasi, menggunakan metode observasi partisipan dengan mempersiapkan catatan lapangan yang digunakan untuk menunjukkan proses kegiatan berlangsung. Dokumen berupa teks peserta didik dikumpulkan dan dijadikan bahan bukti kemandirian peserta didik. Data dari catatan lapangan dan teks peserta didik dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik dengan pendekatan induktif. Ditemukan bahwa tim PkM dapat membangun pengetahuan dan kemampuan peserta didik dalam melakukan instalasi video conference menggunakan Jitsi Meet dan memperagakan secara langsung. Tim PkM mengimplementasikan pengajaran eksplisit dan bimbingan tutor untuk memfasilitasi peserta didik untuk berusaha mandiri dalam aktivitas crimping kabel UTP, instalasi perangkat wireless, instalasi server, dan konfigurasi video conference secara mandiri dalam bentuk kelompok tanpa. Berdasarkan hasil post-test dan pre-test dalam pelaksanaan PkM didapatkan adanya peningkatan kapasitas keilmuan dan kompetensi sebesar 24,3%.
