Abstract

This study aims to explore the use of the Edu-Qur'an Snakes and Ladders media in learning Qur'an literacy in grade 4 of Mranggen Tengah Elementary School, Bansari District, Temanggung Regency. The method used is qualitative with observation and interviews with students. The results of the study showed that this media received a positive response, with 8 students feeling very happy and 4 students feeling happy. This game-based learning succeeded in creating a pleasant atmosphere, increasing students' motivation to be more active in learning Qur'an material, such as hijaiyah letters, tajwid, and short surahs. Students expressed a desire to play this game again and gave suggestions to enlarge the game board, increase the number of questions, and increase the level of difficulty. This study suggests the development of media by adjusting the level of difficulty of the questions and adding reward elements to be more effective in improving Qur'an literacy in elementary schools. Keywords: Bullying, Students, Impact, Achievement.

Abstract

The era of technological disruption has brought about significant changes across various sectors, including the legal sector. One of the most prominent developments is the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the judicial system. AI can be utilized for a wide range of tasks, from analyzing legal documents to predicting case outcomes, and even acting as a legal assistant. This study employed a qualitative approach by analyzing various sources such as journals, documents, and relevant research findings. The results of the study indicate that while AI offers numerous benefits, its application in the judiciary also faces several challenges. One of the primary challenges is the issue of data bias. The performance of AI heavily relies on the quality of the data used to train it. If the data contains biases, the resulting AI will also be biased. Additionally, concerns about privacy and data security are significant issues that need to be addressed.

Abstract

Philanthropy which is a voluntary action aimed at enhancing social welfare, faces significant challenges related to the misuse of funds that can undermine public trust. Regulatory weaknesses, particularly Law No. 9 of 1961, demonstrate inadequacies in accommodating the developments of modern philanthropy, such as digital fundraising. Consumer protection in the context of Civil Law must encompass clear regulations regarding the rights and responsibilities between donors, managers, and beneficiaries, while Constitutional Law emphasizes the need for a robust constitutional framework to oversee philanthropic activities. Collaboration between the state, regulatory bodies, and civil society is crucial for creating a transparent and accountable system. The utilization of Indonesia's demographic and cultural potential, with the value of mutual assistance as a foundation, can support income redistribution and sustainable community empowerment, thereby ensuring that philanthropy effectively contributes to enhancing social welfare.
