Abstract

Many educational institutions still do not pay attention to the development of learning media, the impact of learning is not effective. This condition certainly demands the creativity of teachers for the development of learning media. This study aims to determine the correlation of students' perceptions of the creativity of PAI teachers with student learning outcomes in PAI lessons. The method used is quantitative, using a descriptive approach and correlational design. The population of this study amounted to 242 students in class VIII. The results of this study can be stated that (1) Students' perceptions of the creativity of PAI teachers vary widely, meaning that there are students who say that the majority of students think that PAI teachers are creative, this is indicated by the number of student participants getting a score of 75.02 (42.30%) in moderate level. (2) Based on the data of PAI learning outcomes, students vary widely, but most students have high learning outcomes with an average of 77.13. The correlation between students' perceptions of PAI teacher creativity and student learning outcomes is 0.502, which means that students' perceptions of PAI teacher creativity and student learning outcomes have a significant relationship.

Abstract

Dismenore adalah kondisi nyeri haid yang umum dialami oleh perempuan usia reproduktif, dengan prevalensi mencapai 65,4% di Indonesia. Terdapat dua jenis dismenore, yaitu dismenore primer dan sekunder. Penanganan dismenore primer umumnya dilakukan dengan obat antiinflamasi nonsteroid (OAINS), namun penggunaan jangka panjang dapat menimbulkan efek samping. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengobatan alternatif yang lebih aman, salah satunya adalah ekstrak asam jawa ( Tamarindus indica ) yang diketahui mengandung senyawa bioaktif dengan efek antiinflamasi dan analgesik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau efektivitas ekstrak buah asam jawa dalam menurunkan intensitas nyeri haid pada penderita dismenore melalui analisis literatur. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis artikel yang relevan dari database Google Scholar. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak asam jawa mengandung senyawa bioaktif seperti tanin, saponin, flavonoid, dan polifenol, yang berkontribusi pada efek antiinflamasi dan analgesik. Selain itu, berdasarkan kajian klinis, asam jawa efektif dalam mengurangi nyeri dismenore, dengan mekanisme kerja yang melibatkan penghambatan produksi prostaglandin dan peningkatan aliran darah ke rahim. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar ilmiah untuk pengembangan terapi berbasis fitofarmaka yang aman dan berkelanjutan dalam penatalaksanaan dismenore primer.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk hipotesis pengaruh pendidikan, pelatihan dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja Karyawan pada PT. Matahari OPI Mall Palembang. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 161 karyawan di PT. Matahari OPI Mall Palembang. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode probability sampiling atau secara random. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji secara parsial (Uji –T) dan uji secara simultan (uji –F) dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 22. Hasil uji hipotesis menyimpulkan secara simultan (uji –F) terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan pada variabel pendidikan, pelatihan, dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan nilai yang di dapat 0,000 < 0,05. Dan berdasarkan uji secara parsial (Uji –F) pendidikan secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja yang memiliki nilai 0,000<0,05, pelatihan secara parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja yang memiliki nilai 0,92>0,05, dan disiplin kerja secara parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja yang memiliki nilai 0,23>0,05.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of the School Literacy Movement on students' reading interest in the educational context. Employing a quantitative approach with an associative method, the research aims to discern relationships between two or more variables, exploring roles, influences, and causative connections. The analysis employed in this research is the technique of simple linear regression, seeking to determine the influence of the school literacy movement on students' reading interest. The research findings indicate that the School Literacy Movement has a significant positive impact on students' reading interest. The strong correlation between participation in the school literacy movement and increased reading interest highlights the program's success in stimulating students' interest in literature. Consequently, the School Literacy Movement emerges as a crucial element in promoting students' reading interest, and these findings provide a foundation for the development of broader literacy strategies within the educational environment.
