Abstract

The teaching generally refers to the curriculum that is applied to the school. Teachers are not yet able to develop their own teaching materials. Learning given to children at a young age is focuses on the direction of physical growth and development, language, intellectual, social, emotional, and all intelligence. The problem is that in the learning process it generally reveals only one - way materials by a teacher or teacher center, and the lecture study model. Where the child just sat listening while the teacher explained. Learning is more meaningful if the learning process is carried out experiental learning - that children do tightening in learning. In playing teachers need a manual on a game scenario to be given to learners. The purpose of this study to describe a design for material development a fun outbound game in search of treasure. The method used in this study is educational design research (edr). Data collection techniques interviews, documentation, and expert validation. Data subjects obtained from TK PGRI Lendrasari group b teacher, and validation by the expert validator. Expert validation becomes the product revision. Then the lesson would be a fun outbound book guide for a treasure in the early childhood. Bahan ajar pada umumnya mengacu pada kurikulum yang diterapkan di Sekolah. Guru belum mampu mengembangkan bahan ajar sendiri, guru masih berpacu pada satu bahan ajar yaitu kurikulum 2013. Pembelajaran yang diberikan kepada anak usia dini bukan berorientasi pada akademis saja, melainkan menitik beratkan kepada arah pertumbuhan dan perkembangan fisik, bahasa, intelektual, sosial, emosi serta seluruh kecerdasan. Permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu dalam proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan di dalam kelas, pada umumnya hanya mengungkapkan materi- materi satu arah oleh guru atau teacher center, dan model pembelajaran ceramah. Dimana anak hanya duduk mendengarkan ketika guru menjelaskan. Pembelajaran akan lebih bermakna jika proses pembelajaran dilakukan secara experiental learning yaitu anak melakukan pengindraan dalam belajar. Hampir semua aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh anak adalah bermain. Dalam bermain guru memerlukan buku panduan mengenai skenario permainan yang akan diberikan kepada anak didik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan rancangan desain pengembangan bahan ajar  permainan Fun Outbound mencari harta karun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Educational Design Research (EDR). Penelitian ini berbasis desain atau rancangan produk dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, dokumentasi, dan validasi ahli. Subjek data diperoleh dari guru kelompok B TK PGRI Lendrasari, dan validasi oleh validator ahli. Hasil validasi ahli menjadi bahan revisi produk. Dengan demikian kesimpulannya Bahan ajar berupa buku panduan permainan Fun Outbound mencari harta karun di PAUD layak digunakan.

Abstract

Many educational institutions still do not pay attention to the development of learning media, the impact of learning is not effective. This condition certainly demands the creativity of teachers for the development of learning media. This study aims to determine the correlation of students' perceptions of the creativity of PAI teachers with student learning outcomes in PAI lessons. The method used is quantitative, using a descriptive approach and correlational design. The population of this study amounted to 242 students in class VIII. The results of this study can be stated that (1) Students' perceptions of the creativity of PAI teachers vary widely, meaning that there are students who say that the majority of students think that PAI teachers are creative, this is indicated by the number of student participants getting a score of 75.02 (42.30%) in moderate level. (2) Based on the data of PAI learning outcomes, students vary widely, but most students have high learning outcomes with an average of 77.13. The correlation between students' perceptions of PAI teacher creativity and student learning outcomes is 0.502, which means that students' perceptions of PAI teacher creativity and student learning outcomes have a significant relationship.

Abstract

A good learning tool is one of the important things to make. This is because the support of learning devices also affects the achievement of a directed learning process so that mathematics learning is also achieved, such as solving mathematical problems. The ability to solve mathematical problems is expected to develop well in each student. Based on this, it is necessary to develop guided discovery-based learning tools to improve students' problem-solving skills. The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the characteristics of guided discovery-based learning that are valid, practical and effective to improve the problem-solving abilities of eighth grade students of SMP/MTs. This type of research is using the Plomp model, which consists of three stages, namely the preliminary stage, the prototype stage and the assessment stage. The instruments in this study were validation sheets, observation sheets, questionnaires, interviews and tests. The results showed that the learning tools in the form of RPP and LKPD based on guided discovery for class VIII SMP/MTs were valid, practical, and effective. The validity of the RPP reached 79% and LKPD 80.2%. While the practicality of the lesson plans is 77.6% and LKPD 90.5%. In addition, the effectiveness of the two products to improve problem solving skills is 83.87%.

Abstract

This paper aims to discuss liberalism in the development of non-formal education. Liberalism is a part that can develop non-formal education. Indeed individualism, rsionalism, freedom and responsibility are the ideals championed by liberalism, although in real practice the ideal values referred to by liberalism have not been fully realized. Non-formal education is education whose implementation is outside the formal channels that have flexibility in its implementation, therefore liberalism is an understanding that emphasizes freedom but still within the limits of reasonable freedom that is still bound by rules. In the implementation of non-formal education, liberalism is very good to apply where citizens can freely determine what they need without being bound by the system or rules. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menganalisis bagaimana budaya etika diterapkan di Bank Nagari Kota Padang. Selain itu, penelitian juga bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan implementasinya dan mengevaluasi kendala yang dihadapi oleh karyawan. Dengan menerapkan metode kualitatif yang berbasis pada pendekatan etnografi, data didapatkan melalui wawancara yang mendalam dengan satu informan yang dipilih secara mendetail menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Informan adalah seorang karyawan bagian human capital yang memiliki pengalaman kerja yang cukup dan memahami dengan baik pedoman etika perusahaan. Selain wawancara, observasi partisipan juga dilakukan untuk memperoleh gambaran komprehensif tentang interaksi sosial dan budaya kerja di Bank Nagari. Kepastian keabsahan data telah diperkuat melalui penggabungan beberapa sumber informasi dan metode yang berbeda, serta pemeriksaan kembali hasil penelitian kepada para informan yang terlibat.Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa budaya etika di Bank Nagari terbukti terwujud melalui implementasi program pelatihan etika kerja, pengawasan internal yang ketat, dan penyusunan pedoman perilaku yang jelas. Meskipun begitu, ada tantangan seperti tingginya tekanan target kerja dan dampak perkembangan teknologi yang mendorong karyawan untuk beradaptasi dengan cepat. Pengamatan penting menunjukkan bahwa melaksanakan budaya etika yang konsisten di Bank Nagari secara langsung meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah, sekaligus mendukung kinerja organisasi.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan di Indonesia yang harus diatasi. Pada tahun 2021, Indonesia memiliki tingkat pravalensi stunting sebesar 24,4%. Pemerintah menargetkan percepatan penurunan angka stunting nasional hingga 14% di tahun 2024. Pemerintah pusat dan daerah bersama-sama mengatasi permasalahan stunting, begitu juga dengan daerah Kabupaten Siak. Mahasiswa Kukerta UNRI 2022 yang ditempatkan di Desa Rawang Kao, Kecamatan Lubuk Dalam, Kabupaten Siak juga ikut berpartisipasi dalam pencegahan stunting, dimana terdapat kasus stunting pada anak usia 0-2 tahun berjumlah 9 orang anak. Metode yang digunakan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah penyuluhan kesehatan berupa ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab yang bertujuan untuk meningkatakan pengetahuan ibu mengenai stunting. Penyuluhan dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2022 yang diikuti 30 peserta. Untuk mengetahui pengetahuan peserta terhadap materi yang disampaikan dilakukan evaluasi dimana peserta mengisi kuisioner sebelum dan setelah kegiatan. Selanjutnya melakukan analisis data yang diperoleh secara deskriptif. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa sebelum diberikan penyuluhan terdapat rata-rata pengetahuan ibu terkait stunting sebesar 55,9%. Selanjutnya setelah mengikuti penyuluhan didapatkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan rata-rata pengetahuan ibu tentang stunting menjadi 91,9%. Oleh karena itu, pemberian penyuluhan kesehatan ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu mengenai stunting.

Abstract

Udang merupakan salah satu komoditas hasil perikanan yang memiliki prospek bagus untuk dikembangkan. Udang telah dibudidayakan secara komersial oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Mitra pengabdian adalah peternak udang tradisional yang memanfaatkan lahan di sekitar rumah sebagai kolam tambak udang. Tujuan dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah untuk melaksanakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi dalam hal pengabdian kepada masyarakat serta membantu mitra mencari solusi dalam menghadapi permasalahan terkait penghematan biaya pakan udang untuk mengembangkan usaha budidaya udang. Target khusus dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah terciptanya mitra yang secara mandiri mampu mengelola usaha budidaya udang dan membuat pakan organik sendiri. Metode dalam kegiatan PKM ini meliputi pendidikan, pelatihan pengoperasian mesin, pemberian mesin pencetak pelet, penyuluhan, serta program pendampingan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan diikuti oleh mitra dan beberapa peserta lain yang diharapkan dapat mengembangkan budidaya udang dengan memproduksi pakan udang (pelet) secara mandiri. Pakan ini dibuat dengan memanfaatkan limbah ikan dan bahan lain yang memiliki nilai nutrisi tinggi untuk pembesaran udang. Mesin pencetak pelet dapat beroperasi dengan baik, keterampilan mitra dalam mengoperasikan dan merawat mesin sudah memadai, dan mesin telah digunakan oleh mitra untuk mencukupi kebutuhan pakan udang.

Abstract

This study aims to know and analyze the consumption patterns of Indonesian Migrant Worker (TKI) families in Sepayung Village, Plampang Sub-district, Sumbawa District. The type of this study was descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The type of data used was qualitative data obtained directly from research informants. The informants who were the sources in this study were the families of Indonesian Migrant Workers (TKI) in Sepayung Village, Plampang Sub-district, Sumbawa District, totaling 27 people. The primary data to be studied in this study was collected using interview techniques. The data analysis technique in this study uses a qualitative data analysis model proposed by Miles and Huberman which consists of three stages carried out continuously, namely the data reduction stage, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of the study that there were consumptions changed of Indonesian workers families in Sepayung Village after becoming Indonesian migrants Workers. It can be seen from several changes as follows: families’ needs can be fulfilled and they can renovate their houses even they could built their houses, they could bough vehicles, they could sent their children to school and they had savings for the future. The factors that affected the consumption changed of Indonesian migrant workers families were are caused by income factors and the number of families members.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the internal and external conditions of the Goluak Loge hand-written batik MSME in Logas village to develop its business for the better. The data collection technique used in this study was a census with a sample size of 16 respondents consisting of 10 MSME workers and 6 constumers of the Goluak Loge hand-written batik MSME. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used in this research is SWOT analysis. Based on the research results from the SWOT analysis, it show that the Goluak Loge hand-written batik MSME is in quadrant 1 (Agressive Strategy). From the results of the SWOT diagram drawing, it show that Goluak Loge hand-written batik MSME in Logas village has a strategy in developing its business both in the internal and external environment. This aggressive strategy focuses more on the SO (Strength-Opportunities) strategy, namely by optimizing strengths to take advantage of existing opportunities.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan LKPD dengan menggunakan model discovery learning yang terintegrasi nilai-nilai Islam yang memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model Plomp. Model Plomp terdiri atas 3 fase yaitu preliminary research, development or prototyping phase, dan assessment phase. Tahap preliminary research terdiri dari : analisis struktur isi, analisis konsep, dan analisis peserta didik. Tahap development or prototyping phase terdiri dari : a) prototype 1 (uji validitas) b) prototype 2 (uji praktikalitas dengan one-to-one evaluation) dan c) prototype 3 (uji praktikalitas dengan small group evaluation). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan penilaian 4 orang validator, LKPD yang dikembangkan mendapatkan skor rata-rata 4,59 dari aspek materi, 4,78  dari aspek konstruksi dan 4,4 dari aspek bahasa, diperoleh rata-rata 4,59 yang termasuk dalam kriteria sangat valid. Berdasarkan uji kepraktisan LKPD yang dilakukan oleh 1 orang pendidik, 9 orang tahap one-to-one evaluation dan 29 orang tahap small group evaluation menunjukkan bahwa LKPD mendapatkan skor rata-rata 4,74 oleh pendidik dan 4,53 oleh peserta didik sehingga rata-rata nya adalah 4,63 yang termasuk dalam kriteria sangat praktis. Berdasarkan penilaian 4 orang validator, LKPD yang dikembangkan mendapatkan skor rata-rata 4,61, dari aspek aktvitas, 4,44  dari aspek respon dan 5 dari hasil belajar, sehingga diperoleh rata-rata 4,68 yang termasuk dalam kriteria sangat efektif. Maka, LKPD yang dikembangkan telah dikatakan valid, praktis dan efektif. Kata Kunci  :  Penelitian Pengembangan, Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik, Discovery Learning, Nilai-Nilai Islam.AbstractThe aim of this research was to produce student worksheet by using discovery learning model that fulfil the criteria such as valid, practical and effective. This research was a development research with the Plomp model. The Plomp model consists of three phases: preliminary research, development or prototyping phase, and assessment phase. The preliminary research phase consisted of: content structure analysis, concept analysis and,student analysis. The development phase or prototyping phase consisted of: a) prototype 1 (validity test) b) prototype 2 (practicality test with one-to-one evaluation) and c) prototype 3 (practicality test with small group evaluation). The results of this study showed that based on the four validator's assessment, the student worksheet that developed got an average score of 4,59 from the material aspect, 4.78 from the construction aspect and 4,4 from the language aspect. Based on the student worksheet practicality test that did by one teacher, nine students for one-to-one evaluation stage and twenty nine for small group evaluation showed that the student worksheet got the average score 4,74 by the teacher and 4,53 by the learners so the the average score was 4,63 and included on very practical criteria. Based on the four validator's assessment, the student worksheet that developed got an average score of 4,61 from the activity aspect, 4,44 from the response aspect and 5 form the student outcomes aspect, so the average score was 4,68 and included on very effective criteria.
