Abstract

Friendships play a crucial role in shaping the well-being and development of adolescents. Nowadays, friendships often form within groups known as friendship circles. However, these friendship circles can have both positive and negative effects. At MTs Surya Buana, several issues have arisen due to these circles, such as self-isolation, lack of self-confidence, feelings of alienation, and withdrawal from social interaction. This study aims to investigate additional aspects of friendship circles, such as social skills, concern, and empathy experienced by individuals both inside and outside the circles. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, involving students and educators from MTs Surya Buana. Data were collected through unstructured interviews with three informants selected based on the criteria of the research subjects. The results show that students within friendship circles still exhibit low levels of social skills, concern, and empathy, indicating the need for more effective and efficient efforts to improve these areas.

Abstract

The problem in this articlel is the low motivation to learn mathematics of SMPN 1 Pariangan students due to the lack of teaching materials and media in the SPLDV material. To overcome this, teaching media are needed that can increase student learning motivation. This study aims to produce valid, practical, and effective Canva-based interactive multimedia. This study uses the Research & Development method with a 4-D development model, but the dissemination stage was not implemented. Data were collected through questionnaires with instruments in the form of validation sheets, teacher response questionnaires, students, and motivation questionnaires. Data analysis used the validation percentage formula and N-Gain. The results showed that Canva-based interactive multimedia had a very valid level of validity (90.24%). The practicality test showed that the teacher response questionnaire (92.58%) and students (90.63%) were in the very practical category. Effectiveness on learning motivation showed an N-Gain score of 0.616 (moderate category) or 61.6% (quite effective).   Permasalahan dalam artikel ini adalah rendahnya motivasi belajar matematika siswa SMPN 1 Pariangan akibat kurangnya bahan dan media ajar pada materi SPLDV. Untuk mengatasinya, dibutuhkan media ajar yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan multimedia interaktif berbasis Canva yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research & Development dengan model pengembangan 4-D, namun tahap disseminate tidak dilaksanakan. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dengan instrumen berupa lembar validasi, angket respon guru, siswa, dan angket motivasi. Analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase validasi dan N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan multimedia interaktif berbasis Canva memiliki tingkat validitas sangat valid (90,24%). Uji praktikalitas menunjukkan angket respon guru (92,58%) dan siswa (90,63%) dalam kategori sangat praktis. Efektivitas terhadap motivasi belajar menunjukkan skor N-Gain 0,616 (kategori sedang) atau 61,6% (cukup efektif).

Abstract

The role of social support is needed to reduce burnout, because of the social support, teachers can properly handle the work pressures that cause burnout. This study aims to empirically test the presence or absence of a relationship between social support and burnout in inclusive primary school teachers in Samarinda City. The total sample was 100 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The method use in this research is descriptive quantitative approach. Data collected by burnout scale and social support scale and then analyzed using Pearson Product Momen. The results of the calculations showed that there was a strong negative and significant relationship between social support and burnout in inclusive primary school teachers in Samarinda City (r = -0.717 and p = 0.000 < 0.05). This research proves that the higher the social support, the lower the burnout in inclusion primary school teachers in Samarinda City. Peran dukungan sosial dibutuhkan untuk menekan burnout, karena adanya dukungan sosial yang tinggi maka guru dapat dengan baik dalam menyelesaikan tekanan pekerjaan yang menimbulkan burnout. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empirik ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan burnout pada guru sekolah dasar inklusi di Kota Samarinda. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala burnout dan skala dukungan sosial. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 100 guru sekolah dasar inklusi di Kota Samarinda yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisa data menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment menghasilkan nilai r hitung = -0.717 dan p = 0.000 < 0.05. Hasil perhitungan tersebut menunjukkan ada hubungan negatif dan signifikan dengan status hubungan kuat antara dukungan sosial dengan burnout pada guru sekolah dasar inklusi di Kota Samarinda. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa semakin tinggi dukungan sosial maka semakin rendah burnout pada guru sekolah dasar inklusi di Kota Samarinda dan sebaliknya apabila dukungan sosial rendah maka semakin tinggi burnout pada guru sekolah dasar inklusi di Kota Samarinda.
