Basically, every child already has the potential to become a leader. Therefore, leadership skills in children must be applied from an early age as a solid foundation to realize their dreams and goals in life. The spirit of leadership can basically train a sense of responsibility, discipline, and perseverance that are beneficial for the future of children. According to experts, the age of children is the right time to teach the importance of having a leadership attitude in themselves, because the age of children is the initial phase of the character formation process. So do not be surprised if we see in schools the subject matter and learning methods that are applied emphasize more on the formation of children's character. This study aims to cultivate children's values-based leadership and ethic. This type of service is descriptive qualitative. There are many ways that can be done by the younger generation in developing a leadership spirit, one of which is through compromise and tolerance with others. This is important today because of the development of globalization, the ways of thinking, behavior, attitudes, and lifestyles are also increasingly worrying. Therefore, children's values-based leadership and ethic can be used as references on how to develop leadership attitudes in the younger generation so that in the future they will become a generation of bright leaders.

Abstract

In the association between humans, both in socialization in society and in organizations, ethics or good manners are always needed, including in the association of today's youth. Ethics is a human problem in general. Wherever humans are in their community, surely ethics and manners play a role as guidelines for good or bad behavior in their association. In this adolescent age, usually in his association, a teenager is very unstable, easily influenced by persuasion, and even a teenager wants to try something new that maybe he doesn't know whether it is good or not. The method used is a qualitative one, which involves describing and making direct observations of young people at Victory University, Sorong. And the research results obtained show, that adolescents need behavioral guidelines so that their associations can run well in accordance with the norms of their society or in accordance with the norms of the religion they adhere to, so that they avoid deviant associations that are not in accordance with societal religious norms. For this reason, religion and faith are the foundations of an individual's life. Without religion, life will be chaotic, because there is no outlook on life. Religion and faith can also shape an individual's personality. With religion, individuals can distinguish between what is good and what is not

Abstract

In the Southwest Papua Province, where traditional customs and Christian beliefs coexist, the goal of this study is to develop a model of Christian family foster care that is sensitive to cultural and spiritual differences. The study examines the ways in which Christian principles and regional customs are integrated to settle family parenting disputes, particularly those pertaining to marriage, childrearing, and family dispute resolution. The study uses focus groups, case studies, interviews with church leaders, community elders, and families, and a qualitative methodology.According to research, the sanctity of marriage, respect for parents, and harmony within the community serve as the cornerstones of Christian family foster care in Southwest Papua. The main focus of this research is the maintenance of family ties. The model created in this study outlines key ideas, such as the importance of public involvement in decision-making about nursing, how the church works to resolve conflicts, and how Christian teachings can be integrated with conventional wisdom. In addition, the model identifies problems, such as possible conflicts between Christian doctrine and customs, and then provides solutions to balance these elements. This study enhances our knowledge of how Christian teachings are contextualized in indigenous cultures and provides useful recommendations for families, legislators, and church leaders in Southwest Papua. To ensure that family-care procedures in this area are appropriate from a cultural and spiritual point of view, advancing the well-being of children and family stability, the proposed model provides a framework.
