Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the Indonesian economy, including Warung Madura MSMEs. This research aims to analyze the development strategy of Warung Madura MSMEs from an Islamic economic perspective. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with Warung Madura owners and economic observers. A literature study was also carried out to explore the concept of Islamic economics and its application in developing MSMEs. The results of the research show that Warung Madura's MSME development strategy from an Islamic economic perspective offers a holistic and sustainable approach. By applying the principles of justice, sustainability, business ethics, human resource development and access to appropriate financing, Warung Madura can increase its competitiveness and contribute more to the local economy. It is hoped that this research can provide insight for stakeholders in formulating more effective MSME development policies and programs.

Abstract

The aim of PKM-CSR is to help partners manage and develop their businesses more effectively and efficiently, as well as to increase their competitiveness in the market. The application of technology for partners is very important to increase operational efficiency, expand markets and increase competitiveness. The partner's problem is that klepon cake production still relies on traditional methods, lack of variants in production and marketing, resulting in limitations in reaching a wider market, and the financial sector is still weak. Conventional marketing strategies for klepon MSMEs often lack understanding and utilization of effective digital marketing techniques. Suboptimal financial management, manual financial management and lack of use of financial technology cause inefficiency and lack of transparency in financial recording. The solutions needed by Partners are making more product variants less monotonous, using good production equipment, increasing access to technology, providing training and technical assistance to MSME players to adopt digital technology in production and business operations. Development of digital marketing strategies that can help MSMEs design and implement digital marketing strategies through social media, websites and e-commerce platforms. Implementation of a digital financial system: Introducing financial reporting applications to facilitate more efficient and transparent financial management. Product innovation by developing new variants of klepon cake and attractive packaging to increase the product's appeal in the market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran pembangunan jaringan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam meningkatkan kolaborasi ekonomi di era digital, khususnya di kalangan masyarakat miskin di Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, di mana informan utama adalah pelaku UMKM di wilayah tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi ekonomi berbasis digital melalui penggunaan platform WhatsApp Group mampu mendorong masyarakat miskin untuk memanfaatkan pemasaran digital dalam menjual produk mereka. Dengan adanya WhatsApp Group, pelaku UMKM tidak hanya dapat meningkatkan akses pasar, tetapi juga memperluas jangkauan konsumen tanpa harus mengeluarkan biaya pemasaran yang besar. Selain itu, mereka juga lebih mudah berbagi informasi, sumber daya, dan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Namun, kendala yang dihadapi meliputi rendahnya literasi digital dan keterbatasan akses internet di beberapa wilayah. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk meningkatkan literasi digital, memperkuat infrastruktur internet, serta memberikan dukungan pembiayaan yang lebih inklusif bagi UMKM, khususnya yang berasal dari kalangan masyarakat miskin. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan strategi kolaborasi ekonomi berbasis digital untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat miskin.

Abstract

The Mamba'ul Ulum Mojosari Islamic Boarding School is one of the economically independent Islamic boarding schools. This Islamic boarding school offers a number of high quality products that have extraordinary potential if marketed well. Apart from that, the concept of practice a business in the era of digital is also very important, as initial capital for today's successful startups. The goal to be achieved is how the school (in the Islamic boarding school environment) connects and absorbs entrepreneurship teachings and contributes to economic development in the Islamic boarding school environment, by producing products produced by the students. by Mamba'ul Ulum. then it will be sold on e-commerce. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The results of the research provide an illustration of how the principles created as a basis for santri entrepreneurship are useful in improving the economy in the Islamic boarding school environment with the aim of developing the independent economic stability of santri. environment, increasing knowledge and understanding of business potential. The results obtained during the production of products are intended for marketing. Simple use of online marketing tools. Support is provided by subject teachers to maintain stable abilities and understanding. Selain itu, konsep melatih bisnis di era transformasi digital juga sangat penting, sebagai modal awal bagi santri untuk sukses. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah bagaimana pihak sekolah (di lingkungan pesantren) menghubungkan dan menyerap ajaran-ajaran kewirausahaan serta memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan ekonomi di lingkungan pesantren, dengan menghasilkan produk-produk yang dihasilkan oleh santri Mamba'ul Ulum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran bagaimana prinsip-prinsip yang diciptakan sebagai landasan kewirausahaan santri bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan perekonomian di lingkungan pesantren dengan mengembangkan kemandirian kemapanan ekonomi santri. lingkungan pondok mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang potensi bisnis. Hasil yang diperoleh selama produksi produk dimaksudkan untuk dipasarkan. Penggunaan sederhana sarana pemasaran online. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of exports, imports, and the number of SMEs on economic growth in East Java during the period 2013–2023. The importance of providing solutions to the issues of exports, imports, and the number of SMEs related to economic growth in East Java. Using a quantitative approach with panel data regression analysis method using Fixed Effect Model (FEM) on data from 38 districts/cities in East Java. The results show that the export variable has a significant negative impact on economic growth, indicating that the increase in exports has not been able to drive the regional economic growth because the exported products are raw materials. The import variable has a significant positive impact on economic growth, due to imported products being capital goods and raw materials that support increased economic productivity. The number of SMEs has a significant negative impact on economic growth, reflecting the still low contribution of micro and informal enterprises due to their quality and production capacity. The East Java government is expected to improve the export of finished goods and provide training and support to SMEs so that the produced products have added value and competitiveness. This finding highlights the importance of enhancing export quality and strengthening SME capacity to drive more sustainable regional economic growth.
