Abstract

Faktor bagi hasil dan BI Rate menjadi dua dari beberapa faktor penting untuk perekonomian suatu negara, karena memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap kesehatan perekonomian. Hal ini tidak hanya mempengaruhi konsumen untuk membelanjakan atau menabung uangnya, tetapi juga mempengaruhi dunia usaha dalam mengambil keputusan dan pada akhirnya akan mempengaruhi perkembangan jumlah deposito mudharabah. BI rate mengalami fluktuasi setiap tahunnya. Pada tahun 2014-2019 BI rate mengalami penurunan yang cukup signifikan. Penurunan yang cukup tinggi dilihat pada bulan maret tahun 2016 dan bulan september tahun 2019 mengalami penurunan sebesar 0,75 persen. Penelitian ini berfokus pada simpanan deposito mudharabah pada PT. Bank Jabar Banten Syariah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah variabel bagi hasil dan BI rate berpengaruh terhadap deposito mudharabah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data sekunder, yaitu dengan mengambil data yang ada pada OJK dan website BJB Syariah kemudian akan diolah oleh peneliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis linier berganda dengan alat analisis data SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh bagi hasil secara parsial terhadap deposito mudharabah pada PT. BJB Syariah Periode 2014-2019. Sedangkan BI Rate secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap deposito mudharabah. Secara simultan bagi hasil dan BI Rate berpengaruh terhadap deposito mudharabah.

Abstract

Dua faktor penting yang dapat meningkatkan minat menabung masyarakat di bank Syariah yaitu faktor pertumbuhan aset modal dan faktor teknologi. Teknologi berperan sangat penting dalam dunia bisnis. Karena dengan adanya kemajuan teknologi khususnya di dunia perbankan maka dapat membuka peluang sosial media marketing yang merupakan salah satu cara pemasaran online yang sedang berkembang untuk saat ini. Peluangnya bertambah dengan banyaknya masyarakat yang menggunakan gadget di Indonesia. Tentunya ini akan menjadi warna pada ranah perbankan khususnya yang berkaitan dengan bidang pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat aset, modal, dan teknologi terhadap minat menabung masyarakat terhadap bank syariah di Yogyakarta. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Kuantitatif dengan data sekunder dan primer. Pengolahan data dihasilkan dari SPSS dengan dilakukan uji tingkat validitas, reliabilitas, uji F, uji T, uji regresi linier berganda dan koefisiensi determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini sesuai dengan hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan dari variabel Aset, Modal dan Teknologi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap minat menabung masyarakat Yogyakarta pada Bank Syariah.

Abstract

Teacher performance can be interpreted as the result of work. achieved by a teacher in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities assigned to him. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the principal's leadership style, work environment, education, and training on the performance of SMP Negeri teachers in Bulang district simultaneously. This research uses quantitative research. The type of this research is descriptive research. The data analysis technique uses regression analysis with intervening path analysis. The population in this study were all teachers at SMP N in Bulang District as many as 135 people. The number of samples in this study were 119 respondents. Methods of data collection using the questionnaire method. The results of the Path Coefficient Models I and II research show that these results conclude that the Regression Model I, namely the variables X1 and X2 have a significant effect on Y. The contribution of X1 and X2 to Y is 40.7% while the remaining 59.3% is a contribution of other variables not included in the study. Meanwhile, for the value of e1 can be found using the formula e1 = (1-0.407) = 0.7701 and Regression Model II, it can be seen that the significance value of the three variables, namely X1 = 0.026, X2 = 0.043 and Y = 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. These results conclude that the Regression Model II, namely the variables X1, X2 and Y have a significant effect on Z.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the Indonesian economy, including Warung Madura MSMEs. This research aims to analyze the development strategy of Warung Madura MSMEs from an Islamic economic perspective. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with Warung Madura owners and economic observers. A literature study was also carried out to explore the concept of Islamic economics and its application in developing MSMEs. The results of the research show that Warung Madura's MSME development strategy from an Islamic economic perspective offers a holistic and sustainable approach. By applying the principles of justice, sustainability, business ethics, human resource development and access to appropriate financing, Warung Madura can increase its competitiveness and contribute more to the local economy. It is hoped that this research can provide insight for stakeholders in formulating more effective MSME development policies and programs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse people's preferences and loyalty to using microfinance. The research utilised a descriptive qualitative method by conducting in-depth interviews with microbusinesses and stakeholders. The research population comprised microfinance users with a sample size of 186 people from various regions in Indonesia, along with 18 people from the management of Islamic microfinance institutions. The results of the research suggest that preferences and loyalty in using microfinance are mostly influenced by the speed of service, ease of procedures, and personal relationships. Apart from that, the belief that business owners are free from usury (riba) is also a determining factor in choosing Islamic microfinance despite the higher cost. The findings also show that micro-business owners receive social benefits in the form of mentoring to help develop their businesses. The results of this study provide a significant contribution to understanding the factors that influence people's preferences and their loyalty to using microfinance. The research results can provide a valuable basis for stakeholders to formulate financing policies that are more suitable to the needs and conditions of the community and micro businesses.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at Pandan Wangi Catering. The type of research conducted is quantitative research. The population and sample in this study consist of 132 customers of Pandan Wangi Catering, using primary data collected through purposive sampling methods. The criteria for respondents in this study are individual or institutional customers who have placed orders at Pandan Wangi Catering during the 2021–2023 period and have made more than one purchase. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Service quality and product quality collectively have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Pandan Wangi Catering, confirming the first hypothesis of this research. 2) Service quality individually has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Pandan Wangi Catering in Bantul, confirming the second hypothesis of this research. 3) Product quality individually has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Pandan Wangi Catering, confirming the third hypothesis of this research.

Abstract

Introduction to The Problem: This study analyzed the effects of Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Electronic Word of Mouth on the customers' decision to use Bank Aladin Syariah, one of the Islamic Digital banks in Indonesia. Purpose/Objective Study: The research object was Bank Aladin Syariah customers throughout Indonesia. Design/Methodology/Approach: This study used online questionnaires and obtained 100 respondents who were Bank Aladin Syariah's customers using purposive sampling. This study used a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination test. Findings: The results indicated that, positively and significantly, Social Media Marketing affected the customers' decision to use Bank Aladin Syariah; Content Marketing did not affect the customers' decision to use Bank Aladin Syariah; positively and significantly, the Electronic Word of Mouth affected the customers' decision to use Bank Aladin Syariah. Simultaneously, positively and significantly, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Electronic Word of Mouth affected the customers' decision to use Bank Aladin Syariah. Abstract

Pelaku usaha mikro, pada umumnya memiliki hambatan dalam mengelola keuangan, sehingga banyak usahanya kurang berkembang bahkan terjerat rentenir atau pinjaman online ilegal yang berbunga besar, yang dalam perspektif hukum islam termasuk riba yang diharamkan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan literasi yang intensif supaya kesadaran pengelolaan keuangan semakin baik dan sesuai syariah. Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan metode pelatihan kelas dan diskusi kelompok serta konsultasi berkelanjutan. Program tersebut merupakan hasil kerjasama Lembaga Amil Zakat Muhammadiyah (LazisMu), Majelis Ekonomi PCM Berbah, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan dengan Bank BPD DIY Syariah. Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pengusaha mikro yang menjadi mitra binaan Majelis Ekonomi dan LazisMu Berbah, sebanyak 60 orang. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat tentang keuangan syariah, dari semula rata-rata 30,4% menjadi rata-rata 68,7%. Selain itu penggunaan produk dan jasa keuangan syariah atau inklusi juga meningkat dari 25,7% menjadi 48,3%. Pada umumnya peserta memahami jika pinjaman ribawi dapat membahayakan keberlangsungan usaha. Oleh karena sebab itu, pengabdian merekomendasikan pentingnya terus melakukan literasi bagi masyarakat tentang keuangan syariah dengan melibatkan semua stakeholder.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of Total Quality Management (TQM) implementation on the financial performance of RSU 'Aisyiyah Ponorogo, focusing on seven key dimensions: managerial leadership, data-driven decision-making, process management, continuous improvement, employee involvement, supplier relationships, and customer focus. TQM is regarded as a strategic approach to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency by engaging all institutional elements in continuous improvement efforts. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through a closed-ended questionnaire based on a Likert scale, distributed to 105 respondents—employees of RSU 'Aisyiyah Ponorogo who have worked for a minimum of three years and have been involved in TQM implementation. Data analysis was conducted using validity and reliability tests, as well as multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25. The results indicate that, individually, all independent variables have a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Simultaneously, the implementation of TQM significantly contributes to enhancing operational efficiency, reducing waste, and strengthening the hospital’s competitiveness by improving customer satisfaction and fostering effective collaboration with suppliers. The roles of managerial leadership and data-driven decision-making are found to be crucial in steering cost-efficiency and strategic optimization. Moreover, active employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives directly support the financial stability and growth of the hospital. This study concludes that integrated TQM implementation not only improves service quality but also strengthens the hospital’s financial performance in a sustainable manner. The findings provide theoretical contributions to the development of quality management in the healthcare sector and practical implications for hospital policymakers in designing strategies to enhance financial performance.
