Abstract

Curriculum Merdeka is a diverse intracurricular learning system, allowing students to have sufficient time to understand concepts and improve their competencies. Its implementation requires major contributions from educators and education personnel. This study aims to describe their readiness to implement Curriculum Merdeka. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The data collection technique used is to use questionnaire deployment. The results show that overall, teachers are adequately prepared in the implementation of Curriculum Merdeka, although some still experience obstacles in compiling learning materials. This is evidenced by a yield percentage of 56%. For school principals, overall, the principal is able and ready to implement the Curriculum Merdeka. The ability to know the characteristics and participation in the Curriculum Merdeka training reached a percentage of 80%. School supervisors who have an important role show that they are capable enough in implementing the Curriculum Merdeka. One thing to note, that the ability to master curriculum material, basic framework to the preparation of teaching modules and project modules occupies a percentage of 60%.

Abstract

Local cultural wisdom has urgency for elementary school students as the nation's next generation so that they do not lose their identity and local culture can continue to be preserved. By integrating local culture such as Garutan batik in learning, it can increase feelings of love and also have an influence in shaping students' character. In practice, there are still obstacles such as a lack of teaching materials and a lack of materials needed to integrate Garutan batik by elementary school teachers in Garut Regency. Therefore, this research was created to discuss the integration of local Garutan batik culture in elementary schools. Using qualitative research methods, where data was obtained from the results of questionnaires with a total of 16 elementary school teachers in Garut Regency as respondents, which the researchers obtained using random sampling techniques. The results obtained were that in developing learning based on local wisdom really requires teacher creativity. One of the activities that can be carried out by students is batik making activities. Teachers can also develop teaching materials by carrying out various activities such as collaborating with local communities, cultural figures, or cultural experts

Abstract

Cooperation is a typical Indonesian culture that has been passed down from generation to generation. However, currently cooperation has experienced cultural degradation, many factors influence it. Therefore, a descriptive analysis was made from the data obtained through literature studies in several scientific articles. The result of the analysis prove that the culture of cooperation has experienced a decline due to globalization, modernization, individualist attitudes, and many other causes. Therefore, it is of course very important to carry out carious efforts that can be made to improve and implement the culture of cooperation as one of Indonesia’s culture identities. For example, by utilizing technology and social media to communicate, organize and facilitate collaboration that will be established by each community
