Abstract

Introduction: Infection of Human Papillomavirus (HPV) can cause condylomata acuminata. High-risk HPV types have proteins E6 and E7 called “oncoprotein” for its role in the occurrence of cancer. E7 protein causing no active bond pRb and E2F is regulated by CDK inhibitors, such as p16INK4a . Overexpression p16INK4a could be obtained from pre cancerous lesions. Pap smear, the standard screening method, is performed to detect early malignancy of the cervix, but have low sensitivity. The presence of tumor markers, p16INK4 ,will help early detection of malignancy. Purpose: To evaluate the profile of p16INK4a expression in condylomata acuminata lesions with various degrees of cervical dysplasia. Methods: Discriptive, observational, cross seetional study by performed p16INK4a immunohistochemical examination in lesions condylomata acuminata and cytologic examination on cervical biopsy. Results: Results of cervical cytology (pap smear) from 18 samples showed Low-grade Squamous Intraepithelial Lesions (LSIL) in 10 patients (55.6%) and Negative for Intraepithelial Lesion or Malignancy (NILM) in 8 patients (44.4%). Immunohistochemical examination obtained p16INK4a expression with score of 1 (sporadic) in 8 patients (44.4%), with score of 2 (focal) in 7 patients (38.9%) and with score of 3 (diffuse) in 3 patients (16.7%).  From 3 patients with diffuse expression of p16INK4a , 2 patients (66,6%) showed LSIL from cytology cervix and 1 patient (33,3%) revealed NILM. Spearman correlation test results showed no significant correlation between p16INK4a expression in cervical dysplasia with p = 0.24 (p> 0,05). Conclusion: There were three samples of diffuse, with most of Low-grade Squamous Intraepithelial Lesions (LSIL) in cervical dysplasia, it indicates there is a potential of p16INK4a as a marker of malignancy in condylomata acuminata. Abstract

ABSTRAKTingkat ketergantungan dan kondisi keparahan terinfeksinya Covid – 19 membuat jam kerja perawat ikut secara tidak langsung menjadi lebih panjang dibandingkan biasanya, resiko kecemasan antara lain; sosiodemografis, jam kerja yang tinggi dan stigma. Tujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan jam kerja dengan kecemasan perawat covid 19. Metode Penelitian cross sectional dengan sampel seluruh perawat di Ruang Covid–19 sejumlah 20 orang. Uji statistic menggunakan chi- square. Hasil analisis univariat sebanyak 2 responden (10%) mempunyai jam kerja rendah, 2 responden (10%) tidak mengalami kecemasan, 3 responden (15%) mengalami kecemasan ringan dan sebanyak 15 responden (75%) mengalami cemas sedang. Hasil analisisi bivariat diketahui ada hubungan jam kerja terhadap kecemasan perawat covid 19 di RS Mitra Husada Pringsewu, dengan nilai p-value = 0,014. Kecemasan tenaga tenaga medis disebabkan oleh beban kerja tinggi berdampak menambah beban fisik dan mental sebagai pemicu kecemasan.Kata Kunci: Covid-19; Jam Kerja; Kecemasan

Abstract

Analysis survival is an analysis that is used to analyze the survival time (survivaltime). The survival (survivaltime)is one of the studies used to calculate the time from symptom onset and with the advent of the incident. Inanalysis, the survival termdata is known survival , which is data that shows the time an individual can survive until an event occurs. This study aims to determine the parameter estimation of themodels survival Rayleigh distribution ofusing the Bayesian SELF method. In addition, this study will also discuss the comparison of parameter estimates for themodels survival Rayleigh distribution ofwith the Bayesian SELF method using prior Vague and Uniform. The result of parameter estimation requires information from thefunction likelihood and prior distribution which will then form the posterior distribution. The posterior distribution is the basis for obtaining a Bayesian estimate. After the estimator on the Bayesian SELF method is obtained, then the estimator will be applied to the data from the Stanford heart transplant program from October 1967 to February 1980. Based on the MSE value obtained from this study, the Bayesian SELF method with prior vague is better than the Bayesian method. SELF with Prior uniform.

Abstract

Desa Pasirbaru terletak di Kecamatan Cisolok, Kabupaten Sukabumi, Jawa Barat, berbatasan langsung dengan Provinsi Banten, dan memiliki kondisi geografis yang khas antara pesisir dan perbukitan. Seperti banyak desa di Indonesia, Pasirbaru menghadapi berbagai tantangan yang mempengaruhi kesejahteraan masyarakatnya. Beberapa masalah utama yang dihadapi desa ini adalah rendahnya keterampilan komputer di kalangan siswa sekolah dasar, tingginya angka stunting, kesulitan dalam memasarkan produk UMKM, serta permasalahan pengelolaan sampah yang belum terselesaikan. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif yang melibatkan masyarakat secara langsung, mulai dari tahap observasi hingga implementasi, solusi yang tepat sasaran dapat dirumuskan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi TIK di kalangan siswa, menurunkan angka stunting, memperluas jangkauan pemasaran produk UMKM melalui pemanfaatan media digital, serta menciptakan solusi jangka panjang dalam pengelolaan sampah, dimulai dengan aksi pembersihan pantai sebagai upaya awal yang berkelanjutan.
