Abstract

The problem of waste is homework for governments and communities to resolve. Major cities in Indonesia such as Pekanbaru city is also experiencing the same problems related to control litter. Based on the statistical data shows that there is a surge in population in the city of Pekanbaru number of 1,100,000 people per year in 2014 which led to the generation volume reached 2.750 m3assuming everyone produce waste 2.5 liters / day. When compared with the amount of waste transported in landfills (TPA) Muara Fajar currently reaches 1,667 m3 or 450 tons per day the outcomes of transporting waste service coverage Pekanbaru city is 40.91%. This study identifies the design of government policies to solve the garbage problem in the city of Pekanbaru. By using qualitative research approaches and data triangulation technique is expected to provide an overview of the draft policy prepared by the Government of Pekanbaru in overcoming this waste problem. This study shows that the shape of a policy plan by the government of Pekanbaru compiled through policy schemes Regional Action Plan for Municipal Solid Waste Pekanbaru optimize the way institutions function which is responsible for waste management, strengthen the regulatory function, and improving operational techniques of waste management.

Abstract

Civil Education is a compulsory course that is held throughout the universities in Indonesia. The discussion in this course is the history of five principles, the understanding of five principles, elements of ethics according to five principles, The Constitution, and the laws relating to five principles and citizenship. The material which given by Lecturer in this subject is by oral presentation, where the lecturer gives a material and followed by a discussion or question and answer. In this study, researchers wanted to apply PBL (problem based learning) in the civil education course. The aim in this research is the researchers can determine the students' understanding of this subject during class is not just rely on the material on the concept of five principles, Citizenship and legislation, but also associated with a problem that is happening and related with this course. The expectations from this research is students can have better cognitive abilities if the discussion of five principles course to be combined with the implementation of PBL compared to oral lecturing course. Abstract

SMK Abdurrab merupakan sekolah menengah kejuruan yang berada di kota Pekanbaru. Sekolah ini sudah berdiri sejak tahun 1994, SMK Abdurrab telah banyak menerima penghargaan baik provinsi maupun nasional. Sebagai sekolah menengah kejuruan kesehatan sangat membutuhkan bantuan terkait teknologi agar pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan dapat menghasilkan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang unggul dan mampu beradaptasi pada era Society 5.0. Peranan teknologi dalam pembelajaran tidak dapat dipugkiri menjadi salah satu tools yang dapat membantu sekolah untuk dapat mengatasi permasalahan masa depan. Untuk mempersiapkan SDM yang unggul dan mampu beradaptasi di era society 5.0 ini, maka guru perlu diberikan edukasi bagaimana menyusun dan memodifikasi media pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif. Dalam edukasi ini nantinya guru -guru akan diberikan pemaparan bahwa teknologi apa saja yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu pengajaran di SMK Abdurrab dengan harapan SMK Abduurrab siap menghadapi tantangan di era society 5.0. Kemudian Guru dapat membuat media pembelajaran sesuai teknologi pembelajaran yang tepat dengan era society 5. Setelah dilakukan kegiatan Pengadian Masyarakat ini, Guru-guru SMK Abdurrab dapat mengimplentasikanya dalam bentuk menerapkan penggunaan teknologi pada media pembelajaran sehingga sehingga tercipta proses belajar mengajar yang aktraktif, menarik, menyenangkan di kelas.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, technology is very rapidly developing and widespread in various fields. We can see this from the many innovations that have emerged and developed at the same time, one of which is digital-based learning media. In the field of education, technology helps the learning process so as to produce educational media. Especially in the field of education, the learning process of students at this time is more emphasized on visual education that looks attractive with the addition of images and sounds. In general, the recognition of letters and number shapes is still carried out with a conventional system that is still less interesting. The purpose of this study is to help students to easily understand the material on letter recognition and number shapes in early childhood students. This research used the GDLC (Game Development Life Cycle) method and the creation of this application used Buildbox. The data collection is in the form of literature studies, interviews and observations. The letter recognition and number shape application was tested using black box testing successfully. This application can be learned anytime and anywhere using a Smartphone.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pelaksanaan program ketahanan pangan, antara lain: pelaksanaan program ketahanan pangan bidang pertanian cabai merah di Desa Mayang Sari, penyebab belum optimalnya pelaksanaan program ketahanan pangan di desa tersebut. Berdasarkan penelitian pra penelitian diketahui bahwa Desa Mayang Sari merupakan desa yang pertama kali memulai program ketahanan pangan meskipun menggunakan dana dan tanah swasta serta tidak mendapat dukungan dari pemerintah desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Jenis dan sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder yang sumbernya diperoleh melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Sedangkan teori yang digunakan adalah Teori Siagian mengenai hal-hal yang harus diperhatikan dalam melaksanakan suatu program. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kriteria pelaksanaan program ketahanan pangan, yaitu: sasaran yang ingin dicapai, kebutuhan jangka waktu untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan, biaya yang diperlukan, jenis kegiatan yang akan dilakukan, dan tenaga terampil dalam melaksanakan program ketahanan pangan. bidangnya masing-masing. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapannya belum efektif. Penyebab yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan program ketahanan pangan sektor pertanian adalah pemerintah desa itu sendiri dan faktor alam.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran Inquiry merupakan pendekatan yang menekankan pada keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam proses menemukan dan membangun pemahaman terhadap konsep-konsep ilmu pengetahuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas model pembelajaran Inquiry dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) di Sekolah Dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dan eksperimen di kelas dengan melibatkan siswa sebagai subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Inquiry dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, memperkuat kemampuan berpikir kritis, serta mendorong eksplorasi konsep secara mendalam. Selain itu, model ini juga membantu siswa dalam mengembangkan keterampilan pemecahan masalah dan kerja sama dalam kelompok. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran Inquiry direkomendasikan sebagai pendekatan yang efektif dalam pembelajaran IPAS di Sekolah Dasar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Counterfeit batik products continue to harm Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in Pekanbaru, Indonesia, by reducing market trust and causing financial losses. This study explores the use of blockchain-based digital certification to protect product authenticity through a technology-focused simulation of the sales process. A blockchain prototype was developed using smart contracts and QR code integration to verify each batik product before it enters the simulated transaction flow. Rather than real-world deployment, the study concentrates on the technical performance of blockchain as a verification tool in a controlled environment. The system underwent several authentication-based sales simulations to assess its effectiveness. Results show a 78% reduction in simulated counterfeit cases, alongside a 62% improvement in consumer trust metrics based on participant responses. Furthermore, the projected certification cost using the blockchain system was over 75% lower than traditional methods. These results demonstrate blockchain’s potential in safeguarding local creative industries by ensuring traceability and trustworthiness. While this study is limited to simulated scenarios, it offers a foundation for further applied research in digital transformation strategies for SMEs. The findings underscore the role of secure, transparent technologies in promoting product integrity and economic resilience in local markets.

Abstract

Digital Leadership or digital leadership plays an important role in changing the traditional paradigm of higher education into an adaptive and innovative institution. This service is carried out at the Faculty of PSIKOSOSPOL, Abdurrab University by involving the dean, head of study program and lecturers who are expected to be able to successfully implement digital leadership. Digital leadership plays a crucial role in influencing the use of digital technology, building a culture of innovation, and creating an environment that encourages collaboration and creativity so as to improve the quality of Higher Education. The method was carried out by conducting a mini seminar in the Fakultas Psikologi dan Ilmu sosial dan Politik (FPSIKOSOSPOL) environment at Abdurrab University and at the end of the seminar a digital leadership understanding questionnaire was distributed. Questionnaires were distributed to describe understanding during the pre and post tests. The implications of this service can be an inspiration and enhance the digitall awareness for higher education institutions in facing the challenges and opportunities presented by the digital era to achieve competitive advantage, increasing quality and produce graduates who are ready to face the rapidly changing industrial world.
