Abstract

Effort to increase public knowledge of appropriate technology is to produce a product that is useful to support their welfare. One of them is the technology of fisheries and agricultural utilization. The potential of fisheries and agriculture is sufficiently developed in Riau, therefore, it is necessary to make efforts so that the harvest from fish and cassava farmers has economic value which is to increase the added value from its harvest, become a diversified product. The solution offered to partners is the application of appropriate science and technology in training technology of fish meat utilization for protein fortification in cassava nuggets, a quality product and safe for consumption, and as an effort to develop partner empowerment especially PKK cadres. The method of approach taken was in quality guidance to partners as micro-entrepreneurs and as an alternative effort to improve family welfare. Besides providing information about management and tips towards sustainable self-sufficiency business, and helping partners in collaborating with the marketing partners of the products produced. In carrying out the activities of participants of the active participation was both during the implementation and post activities, i.e. participants receive well the science and technology provided by universities to improve partner businesses. The ouput of this activity was the skill of PKK cadres in processing cassava into best quality nuggets, which can be used as supplementary food for children as well as opening opportunities as their side livelihood, in the context of business development and increasing family income.

Abstract

Masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana Praktik Pemberian Karangan Bunga di Kabupaten Kepahiang. Kemudian Bagaimana pandangan Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) Kabupaten Kepahiang mengenai pemberian karangan bunga kepada ahli musibah. Apa hukum (Figh) serta alasan yang digunakan Majelis Ulama Indonesia Kabupaten Kepahiang dan masyarakat yang memberi dan menerima karangan bunga. Sedangkan tujuan penelitian ini yaitu 1). untuk mengetahui bagaimana praktik pemberian karangan bunga di Kabupaten Kepahiang, 2). untuk mengetahui pendapat pengurus Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) Kabupaten Kepahiang mengenai pemberian karangan bunga kepada ahli musibah.dan c). untuk mengetahui dasar hukum (Figh) serta alasan yang digunakan pengurus Majelis Ulama Indonesia Kabupaten Kepahiang dan masyarakat yang memberi dan menerima karangan bunga. Jenis metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis yaitu metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara guna mengumpulkan data penelitian. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan teologis normatif dan sosialogis. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwasanya praktik dan realita pemberian karangan bunga pada sebagian masyarakat Kabupaten Kepahiang dalam duka maupun suka memberi karangan bunga ini sudah umum terjadi bukan hanya di wilayah perkotaan, namun juga telah menyebar ke daerah pedesaan dalam kabupaten Kepahiang. Pengurus Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) Kabupaten Kepahiang mayoritas berpendapat bahwa memberi karangan bunga hukumnya boleh karena tidak ada larangan yang melarang mengenai hal tersebut. Sedangkan sebagian pengurus MUI lainnya berpendapat bahwa lebih baik karangan bunga tidak digunakan dan perlu dihindari karena lebih cenderung mengarah pada perbuatan mubazir.

Abstract

This research examines how mediation services are implemented using a cognitive approach in the KUA of Lubuklinggau city, where the implementation of mediation services is seen from three perspectives, namely: planning mediation services, implementing mediation services, as well as evaluation and follow-up and a cognitive approach with several principles including Understanding Patterns. Thinking, Emotional Awareness, Cognitive Change, Effective Communication, Problem Resolution and finally Strengthening Relationships. The purpose of this research is to determine the planning, implementation, evaluation and monitoring of extension workers in handling Lubuklinggau City KUA family conflicts. This research is field research with a qualitative descriptive method. The research location is KUA in Lubuklinggau City. The research subjects were service recipient couples, the head of the KUA and experienced or professional Islamic religious counselors or instructors. Purposive sampling technique was used to determine the objectives of this research. Purposive sampling is based on certain criteria. Data collection techniques are observation and interviews. Based on the research results, it shows that the implementation of mediation services with a cognitive approach carried out by extension workers at the KUA in Lubuklinggau City; first receive clients, organize client structuring, discuss client problems and carry out immediate assessments of the results of services and clients who experience problems can gain new insights and know how to do the best things in their home life

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the pattern of education significantly. Learning that has been normal and carried out face-to-face has been transferred to online learning in order to suppress the spread of the COVID-19 virus. As the COVID-19 case in Lubuklinggau City has slowed, the local government has issued a policy to enforce Limited Face-to-Face Learning (PTM) in education units. For educational units that are ready to implement Limited PTM, there are several components of a health protocol that must be prepared. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of the study revealed that the implementation of Islamic education during Limited Face-to-Face Learning (PTM) at MIN 1 Lubuklinggau has been going well. Of course, Islamic education programs such as Friday Barokah/reading Surah Yaasin together and the Al-Qur'an Reading and Writing Program everyday will continue to be carried out, of course, while still implementing disciplined health protocols

Abstract

Curriculum change is one of the efforts aimed at improving the quality of education in Indonesia. This study examines communication in educational management and explores the implications of implementing the "Merdeka" curriculum. The purpose of this research is to describe the role of communication in the implications of implementing the "Merdeka" curriculum. This is a qualitative study using a literature review method. Literature data is collected, analyzed, and examined to obtain research results. The findings of this study indicate that the function of communication plays a role in several implications of the implementation of the "Merdeka" curriculum, namely, (1) communication as planning and goal achievement in the aspect of curriculum structure changes; (2) communication as a source of educational information and communication as a controller and coordinator in the aspect of the learning process, and; (3) communication as a source of educational information in the aspect of assessment.

Abstract

Pancasila character education in Indonesia is an integral part of the formation of quality and ethical student character. MTsN 01 Kepahiang is an educational institution that is active in implementing the values of Pancasila by integrating Islamic values and local culture. The character of Pancasila to graduates has a crucial role. This study aims to explore and describe how the implementation of the student profile project who have undergone Pancasila character learning by integrating Islamic values in MTsN 01 Kepahiang. The methods used were participatory observation, researchers actively participatory in daily school activities, and in-depth interviews with several graduates to explore their understanding of the values of Pancasila and the impact of its application every day. The results explained that MTsN 01 Kepahiang students have a deep and varied understanding of the value of Pancasila, able to explain the meaning and relevance of these values in various aspects of their lives. The observations show that graduate behaviour reflects the application of Pancasila values in social interaction, personal decisions, and participation in society. The discussion raised important implications for character education in MTsN 1 Kepahiang, affirmed the success of the applied in Pancasila character and the need to improve teaching methods and collaboration with various related parties to strengthen the positive impact of Pancasila character education Rahmatan lil Alamin at MTsN 01 Kepahiang.

Abstract

This research aims to describe several important aspects related to the Madrasah Aliyah Ulul Albab curriculum before development, during the curriculum development process, and the impact of curriculum development in improving the quality of education. The research approach used is qualitative using a phenomenological approach, which focuses on understanding curriculum development activities at MA Ulul Albab. This research takes the form of a case study with a single approach, with a single data analysis. In carrying out this research, researchers used various data collection techniques, including observation, interviews, and documentation. Research informants involved various parties within MA Ulul Albab, such as the school principal, deputy head of curriculum, school committee, Islamic boarding school administrators, deputy head of student affairs, and homeroom teachers from various levels. To ensure the validity of the data, researchers carried out triangulation and peer checking through discussions. The research results show that the Madrasah Aliyah Ulul Albab curriculum before development was an integrity curriculum which was the result of a combination of the 2013 Curriculum (K-13) with the Islamic boarding school curriculum. Curriculum development is carried out optimally, implementing K-13, implementing the semester credit unit system (SKS), and meeting Content Standards and Graduate Competency Standards (SKL). In the development process, MA Ulul Albab uses Information and Communication Technology (ICT) media as a learning tool and utilizes online media to access lessons.

Abstract

The integration of behavior theory in individual and group counseling has emerged as a pertinent topic in psychology and counseling. Stemming from the works of pioneers like John B. Watson and B.F. Skinner, behavior theory emphasizes observable behavior change through environmental understanding and modification. This paper explores its application in counseling, examining benefits, challenges, and effective techniques such as reinforcement, exposure therapy, modeling, and behavioral activation. While offering structured, data-driven approaches, integration faces challenges like neglecting internal client factors and therapeutic rapport. Nevertheless, its structured framework facilitates goal setting, intervention, and evaluation, promoting positive behavior change and psychological well-being

Abstract

Abstract This community empowerment aims to increase technological innovation in the production of natural flavor seasonings as a substitute for MSG based on local excellence fish in Teluk Rhu Rupat Utara Village in processing onion cracker products as excellent healthy food products. The method of empowerment activities is carried out through counseling, training, and coaching activities for village community groups (groups of Posyandu cadres, PKK, UMKM industry partners Cik Delly). The formulation of natural flavor seasonings from local fish (Biang and Parang-parang), which is applied to the processing of onion cracker products, consists of 70% (70g) local fish flour, 35g shallot flour, 25g garlic powder, 30g fine salt, 6 g refined sugar, 2g white pepper powder, and 2g turmeric powder. The results of community empowerment activities with 30 participants showed significant results in increasing knowledge and skills in applying fish flavoring seasonings (Elisha elongata, and Chironcentrus dorab) in the processing of onion crackers. The results of the community service activities are in the form of onion crackers with sensory characteristics. The appearance of onion crackers is slightly brownish yellow in color; they have a savory and crunchy taste; a distinctive taste of onions and fish; a distinctive aroma of onion and fish crackers; and a brittle and compact texture. product quality characteristics of onion crackers using natural flavoring from Biang fish and Parang-parang fish, respectively, with a moisture content of 8.17% and 8.46%, protein content of 9.18% and 8.95%, fat content of 0.43% and 0.58%, ash of 0.26% and 0.21%, and carbohydrates of 81.96% and 81.8%. The results of the sustainable empowerment of the onion cracker processing community within two months after the training were able to increase business income (profit) per month by ranging from Rp 1.950.000 to Rp 2.200.000. Abstrak Pemberdayaan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan inovasi teknologi produksi bumbu penyedap rasa alami sebagai pengganti MSG berbasis ikan unggulan lokal di Desa Teluk Rhu Rupat Utara dalam pengolahan produk kerupuk bawang sebagai produk pangan unggulan yang sehat. Metode kegiatan pemberdayaan dilakukan melalui aktivitas penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pembinaan kepada kelompok masyarakat desa (kelompok kader posyandu, PKK, mitra industry UMKM Cik Delly). Formulasi bumbu penyedap rasa alami dari ikan lokal (Elisha elongata dan Chironcentrus dorab) yang diterapkan pada pengolahan produk kerupuk bawang terdiri dari komposisi tepung ikan lokal 70% (70g), tepung bawang merah 35g, tepung bawang putih 25g, garam halus 30g, gula halus 6g, bubuk lada putih 2g dan bubuk kunyit 2g. Hasil kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan jumlah peserta 30 orang menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam penerapan bumbu penyedap rasa ikan (biang dan parang-parang) pada pengolahan kerupuk bawang. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa produk kerupuk bawang dengan karakteristik sensoris rupa kerupuk bawang berwarna kekuningan agak kecoklatan, memiliki rasa gurih dan renyah, khas rasa bawang dan ikan, beraroma khas kerupuk bawang dan ikan; serta memiliki tekstur rapuh dan kompak. karakteristik mutu produk kerupuk bawang menggunakan penyedap alami dari ikan biang dan parang-parang secara berturut-turut dengan kadar air 8,17% dan 8,46%; kadar protein 9,18% dan 8,95%; kadar lemak 0,43% dan 0,58%; abu 0,26% dan 0,21%; karbohidrat 81,96% dan 81,8%. Hasil keberlanjutan pemberdayaan masyarakat pengolahan kerupuk bawang dalam kurun waktu dua bulan pasca pelatihan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan usaha (untung) per bulan berkisar 1.950.000-2.200.000.

Abstract

This research explores the evolution of the education curriculum in Indonesia, which often changes with changes in ministers, and explains its impact on the quality of learning, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic which forced a transition to an online system. The purpose of this research of knowing and describing Learning Problems in the Independent Curriculum that occurred at SMPN 2 Seberang Musi Kepahiang. This research departs from the background of the many phenomena surrounding learning problems in the Independent curriculum and various policies regarding the Independent curriculum. The research question raised is how learning problems in the Independent curriculum at SMPN 2 Seberang Musi Kepahiang are problematic. The research was conducted with a qualitative type of field research. Data was collected by interviewing school principals, curriculum representatives, and teacher councils as well as making observations SMPN 2 Seberang Musi Kepahiang. The results of these interviews were analyzed and then presented in a descriptive form. The results of this analysis can answer the questions formulated in the research questions. The results of this analysis are in the form of learning problems in the Independent curriculum originating from the government in the form of less than optimal guidance and assistance in the implementation of the Independent curriculum. In addition, there are also problems originating from teachers in the form of a lack of teacher ability to utilize Independent teaching platforms and utilize technology to learn and understand Independent curriculum.
