Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) telah membuka peluang baru bagi dunia pendidikan, khususnya dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Namun, sebagian besar guru di SMK PGRI 2 Palembang masih menghadapi kendala dalam menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) yang inovatif dan terintegrasi dengan pendekatan Project-Based Learning (PjBL). Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi AI dan keterampilan guru dalam menerapkan prompt engineering guna menghasilkan RPP berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan workshop partisipatif dengan model learning by doing yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 13 September 2025, diikuti oleh 24 guru dari berbagai program keahlian. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui instrumen pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman guru terhadap konsep AI (96% peserta memahami dengan baik), kemampuan menyusun RPP berbasis PjBL (100% peserta meningkat), serta keterampilan membuat prompt terstruktur (92% peserta mampu menerapkan). Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan berbasis praktik langsung dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, kreativitas, dan kepercayaan diri guru dalam memanfaatkan AI secara etis sebagai asisten pedagogis dalam perencanaan pembelajaran

Abstract

Guru di era digital tidak hanya menguasai kompetensi pedagogis, tetapi juga mampu memanfaatkan teknologi secara produktif dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran yang efisien, kontekstual, dan sejalan dengan kurikulum. Namun, banyak guru masih mengalami kendala waktu, dan kualitas penyusunan Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPP). Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran melalui pendampingan berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI), khususnya Google Gemini dengan pengemabangan prompt terstruktur yang siap pakai. Mitra kegiatan ini adalah guru-guru di SMK PGRI 2 Palembang, dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 25 orang. Metode pelaksanaan mengadopsi pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) melalui lima tahap: to know, to understand, to plan, to act, dan to change. Hasil menunjukkan sebanyak 92% guru membutuhkan waktu hanya 1-2 jam atau kurang dalam menyusun RPP, 88% merasakan peningkatan efisiensi kerja yang signifikan, 80% menyatakan peningkatan kepercayaan diri dalam menggunakan AI, dan 60% berkomitmen untuk terus menggunakan prompt secara rutin. Selain itu, 96% guru menilai kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat bagi peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa pemanfaatan AI secara partisipatif mampu menjadi solusi inovatif untuk penguatan literasi digital pedagogis dan transformasi praktek perencanaan pembelajaran di sekolah.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has encouraged many organizations to transition from manual systems to more efficient digital solutions. One aspect that requires modernization is the attendance system, as conventional methods such as manual signatures still present various weaknesses, including a high potential for fraud, data inaccuracies, delayed recap processes, and difficulties in validating employee presence. PT Alfaaz Radif Jaya Abadi is one of the companies that still relies on a manual attendance system, resulting in challenges in authenticating employees and validating work locations, especially since several employees work in different areas. This condition leads to low monitoring effectiveness and increased administrative workload. This study proposes the development of a Web-Based Employee Attendance System Using GPS Verification and Selfie Photo Authentication as a solution to improve data accuracy and security. The system utilizes GPS technology to automatically validate employee location during attendance and selfie photo verification to ensure identity authenticity. The development process adopts the prototype method, consisting of communication, planning, modeling, construction, testing, and deployment stages. This approach enables iterative system development with continuous feedback to minimize early-stage errors. The implementation of this system is expected to provide accurate, real-time, and transparent attendance data. Furthermore, the system aims to reduce attendance manipulation, accelerate recap processes, and enhance the effectiveness of human resource management at PT Alfaaz Radif Jaya Abadi.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has had a significant impact on various industrial sectors, including the service sector. In the digital era, the internet has become the primary medium for supporting business activities, particularly in the fields of promotion and marketing. Companies are required to adapt to technological advancements in order to enhance competitiveness and reach a wider range of consumers. One strategic step that can be taken is utilizing a website-based information system as a medium for digital promotion. PT Alfaaz Radif Jaya Abadi is a company engaged in catering services for various types of events, such as weddings, meetings, and other occasions. Its current promotional activities are still conventional, relying on brochures, word-of-mouth recommendations, and social media usage that has not been managed optimally. This condition causes product information to be difficult to access widely and efficiently, resulting in low promotional effectiveness and limited reach to potential new customers.  This study aims to develop a Website-Based Digital Promotion Information System for Catering Services Using the Model View Controller (MVC) as a solution to improve promotional effectiveness and the dissemination of service information online. The MVC model is used to separate business logic, presentation, and application flow control, enabling the system to be more structured, manageable, and efficient during development. The system is designed to display menu information, package prices, promotions, customer testimonials, and online ordering features. With this system, the company can expand its market reach, enhance its professional image, and provide easier access to information for customers. The results of this study are expected to support PT Alfaaz Radif Jaya Abadi in carrying out digital transformation in catering service promotion and serve as a reference for implementing the MVC method in developing website-based information systems.
