Abstract

The growth of the halal industry can be influenced by consumer behavior towards purchasing decisions for halal products. On the other hand, people's halal consumption patterns are influenced by halal literacy in heterogeneous societies. This study aims to find out how the attitudes of non-Muslim communities in Salatiga City regarding halal-certified products. The research method used is a qualitative method and is descriptive. The sample for this research was taken from 5 non-Muslim residents in the City of Salatiga who represented Catholicism, Protestant Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism and Confucianism. This field research was carried out by asking questions through interviews with informants. The results of the study showed that the interviewees stated that they strongly agreed to choose halal-certified products, chose useful products and considered halal-certified products to be products with guaranteed quality and cleanliness. The resource person is neutral in feeling anxious when not consuming halal-certified products, and in choosing products that are not halal-certified. The concern of resource persons for halal-certified products is general in nature, each resource person has many considerations. Based on the research results, this can be used as a recommendation for halal literacy policies for heterogeneous communities. with a socio-cultural approach

Abstract

Background: Cancer is a health disorder caused by the formation of abnormal cells that grow past the normal cell cycle limit and can attack and spread to other parts of the body. In the Theory of Planned Behavior, one's behavior can be influenced by three main aspects, including attitudes, subjective norms, and behavioral control. The purpose of this study was to estimate perceived benefits, perceived barriers, and subjective norms regarding the use of acupuncture therapy in cancer patients with pain. Subjects and Method: This was a systematic review and meta-analysis. This study uses the PICO model. The meta-analytic study was carried out by searching for articles from databases in electronic form using Google schoolar, PubMed, and Elsevier. Article searches were conducted from 05 February to 10 March 2023. The keywords used were “Theory of Planned Behavior” OR “TPB” AND “Acupuncture” OR “Complemantary Alternative Medicine” AND “Cancer” OR “Pain” AND “Cancer Pain” OR “Cross-Sectional”. The inclusion criteria for this study were complete articles using cross-sectional research, published years from 2007-2022. Analysis of the articles in this study used RevMan 5.3 software. Results: 8 cross sectional studies from North United States and Asia (Korea and Malaysia) were selected for meta-analysis. High perceived benefit (aOR= 1.20; 95% CI= 1.09 to 1.33; p<0.001) and strong subjective norm (aOR= 1.05; 95% CI= 1.01 to 1.08; p= 0.005) increased acupuncture utilization to reduce pain. High perceived barrier reduced acupuncture utilization (aOR= 0.94; 95% CI= 0.91 to 0.97; p < 0.001). Conclusion: High perceived benefit and strong subjective norm increase the use of acupuncture. Strong perceived barrier reduces the use of acupuncture. Keywords: Theory of Planned Behavior, cancer patients with pain, acupuncture therapy

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Indonesia National Curriculum (Kurikulum 2013) of mathematics at junior secondary school level. The tool used is the Web-based Curriculum Review Mapping System (CRMS). The CRMS was developed to analyze the curriculum, as expected outcome, through teachers lesson plan. The method used in this research was descriptive with a qualitative approach. In this research, the research was the main instrument assisted with interview guide sheets and documentations. The object of this research is the national curriculum for mathematics at a junior high school with three mathematics teachers as respondents to be interviewed. Analysis of the data used in the study is a qualitative analysis with three stages: data reduction, exposure, and drawing conclusions and verification. Qualitative data analysis is carried out simultaneously with data collection process. The results of the study state that the CRMS is at easy to implement by the teachers of mathematics. They can review their mathematics lesson plan using this system. Furthermore, by this system teachers could create various lesson plans.

Abstract

Curriculum 2013 that is currently being implemented in Indonesia, still holds many obstacles in its implementation. One of them is the constraints in making a lesson plan. Some tools can help teachers create better lesson plans, one of which is a tool called Curriculum Review Mapping System (CRMS). This research aims to find out the results of national curriculum analysis in mathematics in high school using CRMS and also teacher response to these results. This study used descriptive methods with a qualitative approach. The instruments used are documentation, interviews, and researchers themselves. CRMS uses a technology called a mapping system to analyze the curriculum. The description of the national curriculum analysis results is contained in the result and discussion section. CRMS can be used as a teacher lesson plan analysis tool as teacher preparation before the teacher presents his/her learning in the classroom.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji potensi kacang tunggak sebagai bahan baku alternatif dalam pembuatan yoghurt nabati. Tren konsumsi produk pangan fungsional terutama yoghurt berbasis nabati terus meningkat di tengah isu intoleransi laktosa dan preferensi konsumen. Namun, ketergantungan pada impor kedelai yang merupakan bahan baku utama, menyebabkan fluktuasi harga dan ketersediaan. Kacang tunggak sebagai komoditas pangan lokal yang berlimpah, menawarkan solusi untuk masalah ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah literatur review dengan meninjau berbagai jurnal dan penelitian. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kacang tunggak memiliki potensi gizi yang signifikan, menjadikannya alternatif yang layak untuk susu hewani dan kedelai. Namun, pengembangan produk ini memerlukan perhatian pada aspek teknologi pengolahan, seperti menghilangkan rasa langu dan meningkatkan tekstur serta nilai gizi. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kacang tunggak adalah pilihan yang strategis dan ekonomis untuk diversifikasi produk yoghurt nabati. Studi lebih lanjut disarankan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kualitas produk akhir yoghurt
