Susah Sinya Movie tells the conflict between single mother and her child. In this film the condition of a single mother who should raise a child without the presence of a husband experienced various conflicts with his son. This study attempts to illustrate how conflicts occur between a single mother and her child and their resolution, depicted in the Susah Sinyal film. This study examines the recent developments of religious authorities among middle-class urban Muslims. It is constructed due to the emergence of new religious authorities in Indonesia after the collapse of the New Order and the response of traditional santri involving the use of new media technology. With a phenomenological approach, the study focuses on the Cariustadz.id platform as a Cyber Fatwa and Islamic preaching media developed by Pusat Studi Qur’an/PSQ (Center for Qur’an Studies) to respond to the trending pengajian (sermon) activities among urban Muslims, the majority of whom are transnational groups including Salafi and Jamaah Tabligh. The Cariustadz.id platform has actively played a part in accommodating their aspirations with various facilities and easy access through an information technology-based application (a new media).As a result, the study argues that the moderate Islam discourse offered by the Cariustadz.id platform is not a mainstream but an alternative to religious activities for middle-class urban Muslims. In addition, Cariustadz.id is a new media used for traditional religious authority to compete with new religious authority in religious fatwa and Islamic discourse in Indonesia. This study is significant to show that Cyber Fatwa and Islamic preaching in the form of new media can be used as a counter narrative for traditional religious authorities in dealing with the proliferation of the so called new religious authorities da’wah movement and Salafi and radical preaching movement in new media.Abstrak:Artikel ini mengkaji perkembangan terkini otoritas keagamaan kalangan kelas menengah Muslim perkotaan. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh munculnya otoritas keagamaan baru di Indonesia pasca runtuhnya Orde Baru dan respons santri tradisional yang melibatkan penggunaan teknologi media baru. Dengan pendekatan fenomenologis, penelitian ini berfokus pada platform Cariustadz.id sebagai media fatwa siber dan dakwah Islam alternatif yang dikembangkan oleh PSQ (Pusat Studi Qur’an). Platform itu untuk merespons kegiatan pengajian yang sedang tren di kalangan Muslim perkotaan, yang mayoritas pesertanya adalah kelompok transnasional termasuk Salafi dan Jamaah Tabligh. Cariustadz.id berperan aktif dalam menampung aspirasi mereka dengan berbagai fasilitas dan kemudahan akses melalui aplikasi teknologi informasi.Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa wacana Islam mode yang ditawarkan oleh platform Cariustadz.id bukanlah mainstream, melainkan kegiatan keagamaan alternatif bagi Muslim perkotaan kelas menengah. Selain itu, Cariustadz.id merupakan media baru yang digunakan otoritas keagamaan tradisional untuk berkompetisi dengan otoritas keagamaan baru di bidang fatwa keagamaan dan wacana keislaman di Indonesia. Studi ini signifikan menunjukkan bahwa fatwa siber dan dakwah Islam dalam bentuk media baru dapat digunakan sebagai kontranarasi bagi otoritas agama tradisional dalam menghadapi menjamurnya apa yang disebut gerakan dakwah otoritas keagamaan baru dan gerakan dakwah Salafi dan radikal di media baru.

This article will discuss the ideological roots of jihadists who use religious propositions for acts of violence, including terrorism. Ideologically, a group that is characterized by salafism or what is often called Wahabism, is an understanding that wants the purification of Islamic teachings by rejecting various interpretations other than referring to the Al-Qur'an, the prophet's hadith and the words of friends. Although in terms of faith, all Salafi factions have similarities, in terms of the application and actualization of the faith, salafism is divided into three factions, namely the puritan salafi, the political salafi and the jihadi salafi. Puritan salafis represent old groups who are anti-political, while class political salafi groups use politics as a means of defending their faith, especially jihadist groups who use revolution and even acts of violence in applying the principles of their creed. The stagnation of da'wah among young people is mostly caused by the use of symbols that are not in line with or even contrary to the aspirations of young people. The da'wah offered by the Hijrah Youth Shift Movement is a da'wah that uses symbols of young people as a medium for their da'wah. This article tries to explain how the Hijrah Youth Shift Movement represents the value of young people who are slang and pious. Through Rolland Barthes' semiotic approach, the author tries to examine these symbols which are presented in the da'wah content uploaded to the Instagram @message_trend account. In denotation, posts from the Instagram @message_trend account display activities such as cleaning, archery, camping, tahajud prayer in green open spaces. In connotation, the Instagram account @pesan_trend tries to show a model of young Muslim people who love the environment, are physically and spiritually healthy. Mythically or ideologically, @pesan_trend, which was initiated by UHA and Shift Pemuda Hijrah, is showing the social class of middle-class Muslim youth, which so far has been identified with indie culture, which is active in green spaces. This article will explain the development of the style of interpretation of the Koran from the classical period to the modern period. The authors use the literature research model (literature study) by reading books on interpretations from scholars and commentaries of scholars. Broadly speaking, the Classical period has many agreed-upon models of interpretation based on tradition and many uses of Islamic sources also support the linguistic aspect. While in the modern period emerged against the Old traditions ranging from the use of israiliyat tradition, the authority of the prophet, linguistic to the combination of the tradition of Western positivism thinking that illustrates various interpretations in the modern period with the exchange of mystical concepts and primitive concepts, also helped realize the discussions that support religion drocal.

This study aims to explore the perceptions of students of SD Karawaci Baru VIII Tangerang on the animated video The story of the Prophet Ibrahim (as) starting from the growing concern about animated video content and games that contain dangerous content or can damage the future of the nation's generation. This animated video produced by Al-Imran contains da'wah bil wisdom, da'wah bil mau'izah, and da'wah jidal bil ahsan in it. Therefore, the researchers tried to raise it through the theory of perception and the da'wah bil wasilah approach through the case study method with field observations and semi-structured interviews. The results of this study explain that the students of SD Karawaci Baru VIII Tangerang are supported by their parents and teachers in watching the animated video The Story of the Prophet Ibrahim as finding the meaning of wisdom, mau'izah hasanah, and jidal ahsan to be used as a means to build an umbrella or reaction filter against various information from outside that is not good or negative. Functionally (personal) and structurally (external environment) these students tend to like the story of the prophet Ibrahim, apart from their inner motives, as well as various needs that they don't get anywhere else or in their family. In addition, there is a desire to convey a call about the goodness, wisdom, and piety of Prophet Ibrahim which is suitable for learning these elementary school children. With order, creed, shari'ah, morals, and culture; animated videos become a small window to watch the various histories and stories of the noble prophets.

Munculnya regulasi pengaturan penggunaan pengeras suara di masjid tampak menimbulkan banyak polemik, khususnya ketika adanya pernyataan dari Ketua Menteri Agama Yaqut Cholil Qoumas. Polemik ini tentu banyak mendapatkan sorotan dari berbagai media berita dengan cara pemberitaan yang sesuai dengan ideologi dan kepentingan media. Setiap teks berita yang terdapat dalam media cetak, maupun online merupakan hasil konstruksi dengan cara membingkai sudut pandang suatu peristiwa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konstruksi berita akurat.co mengenai aturan Menteri Agama tentang pengeras suara di masjid. Bagian apa saja yang akan dihilangkan dan ditonjolkan oleh Akurat.co untuk menyampaikan realita berita yang telah dikonstruksikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma konstruksivisme dengan metode analisis framing media model Zhong Dang Pan dan Gerald M. Kosicki. Model analisis framing ini terbagi dalam empat stuktur analisis, yaitu: struktur suntaksis, struktur skrip, struktur tematik, dan struktur retoris. Penelitian ini menemukan adanya pembingkaian berita yang mengarah pada unsur keberpihakan media akurat.co pada aturan kemenag tentang aturan pengaras suara di masjid. Konstruksi realitas dalam teks berita yang dilakukan oleh media akurat.co dilakukan sebagai usaha untuk mengarahkan opini publik bahwa pernyataan Yaqut Cholil Qoumas sebagai ketua Menteri bukanlah untuk membandingkan suara adzan dan suara gonggongan anjing, namun sebagi permisalan bahwa suara yang keras dapat mengganggu toleransi dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat.

This paper will explain how the concept of breastfeeding for adults in the perspective of hadith. Al-Rada'ah according to Syara, namely the process of sucking putting at around two years of age in small children has reached human milk in his stomach. However, there are two traditions narrated by Muslims and also Ibn Majah who explained that at one time the Messenger of Allah had ordered a woman to breastfeed an adult male. This happened because the woman had previously complained of a man going back and forth in and out of his house without restrictions and was worried something might happen. And the command of the Prophet was done so that the adult male becomes a mahram to the woman, namely mahram radla’ah. However, both traditions are considered to be in much contradiction with the propositions of the Qur'an and other traditions and the opinions of the majority of the scholars. Therefore this paper tries to trace the quality of the validity of the two traditions and to explore the opinions of the scholars on the matter. From these searches found a conclusion that in terms of sanad, the hadith continued to the Prophet. However, in terms of matan, these traditions contradict many verses of the Qur'an, other traditions and the opinions of the majority of the scholars even though there are also some scholars who argue that there is no problem with the sighting of the two traditions. But in the end the scholars believe that the hadith is true, but it is a tradition that is specific to the case that occurs in the traditions of the blissous or can be spelled out as relief given by the Messenger of Allah to that person and objection to others both those who lived during the time of the Prophet and those who live afterwards until now.
