Abstract

Teknologi keuangan telah menyebabkan perubahan konsumen dari bank kepada pinjaman online. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi Multinomial untuk menyelidiki bagaimana efek dari inklusi keuangan, kepuasan terhadap layanan Customer Service, pengetahuan terhadap bunga pinjaman dan penguasaan teknologi terhadap kecenderungan masyarakat Tangerang Selatan untuk meminjam kepada perusahaan pinjaman online. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa peluang kemungkinan terjadinya seseorang untuk meminjam uang ke bank dan meminjam uang ke pinjaman online secara bersamaan akan semakin rendah dengan faktor 0,829 kali dibandingkan dengan tidak meminjam ke bank tapi meminjam kepada pinjaman online. Selain itu, kemungkinan seseorang untuk meminjam uang ke bank tapi tidak secara bersamaan meminjam kepada pinjaman online akan semakin meningkat kejadiannya sebesar 1,236 kali apabila dibandingkan dengan tidak minjam ke bank tapi minjam ke pinjaman online seiring dengan meningkatnya kepuasan layanan Customer Service.

Abstract

Keberadaan tenaga kerja yang kompeten merupakan elemen kunci dalam mendukung pencapaian visi, misi, dan strategi organisasi. Di tengah dinamika persaingan global, organisasi menghadapi tantangan dalam memenangkan Talent War atau persaingan perekrutan talenta unggul. Berdasarkan hasil asesmen terhadap 30 karyawan di perusahaan Metraplasa, ditemukan bahwa sekitar 15% karyawan memiliki potensi untuk masuk ke dalam talent pool. Tujuan utama pembentukan talent pool adalah untuk mengidentifikasi sumber daya manusia yang berkualifikasi tinggi serta calon pemimpin yang mampu mengisi posisi strategis dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini merujuk pada teori kompetensi menurut Spencer & Spencer (2020), yang mencakup lima karakteristik utama: pengetahuan, keterampilan, motif, sifat kepribadian, dan konsep diri. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk penyuluhan selama satu hari kepada 30 karyawan Yayasan Tajul Karomah, Desa Situ Gandung, Kecamatan Pagedangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah edukatif-partisipatif dengan penyampaian materi mengenai pembentukan komitmen kerja dan penguatan budaya organisasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berupa peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai pentingnya kompetensi dalam pengembangan karier dan kontribusi terhadap produktivitas organisasi. Temuan dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan implikasi positif terhadap strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia, khususnya dalam membangun talent pool yang berbasis kompetensi sebagai fondasi bagi keberlanjutan kepemimpinan dan peningkatan kinerja organisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of working capital turnover and sales growth on profitability as measured by Return On Assets (ROA) at PT Siantar Top Tbk during the period 2014–2023. The data used are the company’s annual financial statements listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The analysis method employed is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26 software. The results indicate that working capital turnover has a negative and significant effect on ROA, while sales growth does not have a significant effect on ROA. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 54.4% shows that variations in profitability can be explained by these two variables, while the remaining 45.6% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Therefore, PT Siantar Top Tbk needs to carefully manage its working capital to avoid reducing profitability and continue to improve operational efficiency to strengthen its financial performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Motivation and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. Anugrah Jaya Diamonds both partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method with a total of 53 respondents. From the results of the data analysis carried out, it is known that: 1) Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value of 2.783; 2) Compensation has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a calculated t value of 4.994 and 3) Motivation and Compensation have a significant effect on Employee Performance with a calculated f value of 16.023.

Abstract

Industri perbankan merupakan salah satu sektor penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Kinerja keuangan industri perbankan dapat menjadi indikator kondisi perekonomian secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan industri perbankan di Indonesia pada periode 2018-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis rasio keuangan dengan pendekatan tren, evaluatif, dan komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan industri perbankan di Indonesia secara keseluruhan mengalami peningkatan pada periode 2018-2022. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya nilai rasio keuangan pada seluruh kategori, yaitu likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan solvabilitas. PT Bank BCA Tbk juga mengalami peningkatan kinerja keuangan pada periode tersebut. Nilai rasio likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan solvabilitas PT Bank BCA Tbk secara keseluruhan berada di atas standar industri.

Abstract

The mineral water business is a very interesting business, this is because the growth potential is projected to continue to increase every year, so it is not surprising that many companies are involved in the (AMDK) business, including CV. Tirta Sasmita which produces Tirta Sasmita Drinking Water. The large number of manufacturers in the AMDK business makes competition in the AMDK business increasingly tough, so it is important for companies to have a strategy to face business competition. One method that can be used to create a business development strategy is through SWOT Analysis and Value Proposition Canvas. From the results of the research carried out, it is known that the strategy is a Growth Strategy with activities that can be carried out including: 1) Carry out Market Penetration through optimizing Product Branding; 2) Penetrating the market through the "Water Refill Station" marketing scheme and 3) Carry out product development through product innovation in bottle packaging designs and product logos and change the design of the cardboard boxes used so they can be reused. Through the Value Proposition Canvas, the strategies developed show the advantages and benefits received by consumers from the strategies implemented through Pain Reliver and Gain Creator

Abstract

PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia Cab Ruko Bidex BSD is part of PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia (Manulife Indonesia). The purpose of this study is to determine the indirect effect of Motivation as a moderating variable in strengthening or weakening Workload on Employee Performance using Linear Regression Analysis. From the results of the analysis, it is known that 1) Workload has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a calculated t value (4.264) > t table (2.006). Where workload has an effect of 26.4% on employee performance and 2) Motivation has a significant effect where Motivation Strengthens the Effect of Workload on Employee Performance with a calculated F value (16.488) > from F Table (3.179). Where workload and motivation have an effect of 49.2%
