Abstract

Children aged 5 – 14 years Fitness level profile in Jakarta Timur, this research aims to determine the extent to which fitness level children age range 5 till 14 years old in Jakarta Timur. This research using a test and non test techniques with the survey method. A collection for the sample using a proportionate stratified random sampling techniques. As many as 121 children as sample. Tested using a MFT (Multistage Fitness Test) The multi-stage fitness test, also known as the bleep test, beep test, pacer test, Leger-test or 20-m shuttle run test, is a series of stages that have different tasks sometimes used by sports coaches and trainers to estimate an athlete’s VO2 max(maximum oxygen uptake). The pacer test is “progressive aerobic cardiovascular endurance test”. The test is especially useful for players of sports such as rugby, football, Australian rules football, Gaelic football, hurling, hockey, netball, handball,tennis, squash, and fitness testing in schools and colleges plus many other sports; employed by many international sporting teams as an accurate test of cardiovascular fitness, one of the more important components of Fitness. The existing data then processed and analyzed with a statistic deskriptif techniques. From measurements made it can be concluded that in general a children fitness level has a high point category, the district who has a high fitness level points in sub-district Makasar with ratio 31.98 points, and a lowest fitness level points located in sub-district Duren Sawit with 22.42 level points ratio. The survey result revealed is physical fitness related to a good activity perform and it will to conduce a better fitness level. Level of fitness predispose a learning achievement and all of activities who nature playing and requires a lot of energy because a children growth aged 5 – 14 years is phase of motor development and when directed with a better programe it will be a good potension in future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of auxiliary media on the hitting ability of the tennis game. The research method used is an experimental method, namely using a pre-experimental design experimental design. For a more specific experimental research design, the author uses a one-group pretest-posttest research model. The population in this study were third-grade students of SD Negeri 1 Jambi which consisted of 1 class totalling 31 students. The sample in this study were all third-grade students at the 1jambi State Elementary School, totalling 31 students who were designated as all samples because the number of samples or subjects was less than 100 people, therefore the sampling used the total sampling technique, which included all members of the population as research sample. Based on the results of the research, the count value is 5,208 by looking at the statistical table where the degrees of freedom db=(N-1) are 31-1=30 and at the 5% significance level, the t-table value is 2,042. Thus, it can be concluded that the value of t-test > t-table or 14,667 > 2,042, meaning that the hypothesis is accepted that there is an effect of using auxiliary media on the ability to play tennis in third-grade students of SD Negeri 1 Jambi. The percentage increase is 34.9%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditulis dengan tujuan untuk memecahkan sebuah permasalahan yang ditemui pada sekolah luar biasa sebab tidak adanya tenaga pendidik di bidang olahraga pada sekolah luar biasa dengan mengembangkan model latihan bodily kinesthetic pada anak tunagrahita ringan usia 10 – 12 tahun berbasis website dengan metode Research and Development ADDIE yang melalui lima tahapan diantaranya 1) Analisis Kebutuhan, 2) Perancangan, 3) Pengembangan, 4) Implementasi, 5) Evaluasi. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui proses wawancara dengan guru pendidikan luar biasa dan juga orang tua siswa terkait kesulitan yang dihadapi dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar yang berfokus pada latihan motorik. Proses perancangan model website melalui tahap validasi oleh dosen ahli yang dilanjutkan dengan tahap pengembang model sampai pada tahap evaluasi. Kesimpulan dan hasil penelitian ini adalah terciptanya website dengan domain eerdoo.com sebagai media latihan bodily kinesthetic yang akan digunakan oleh guru pendidikan luar biasa dan orang tua siswa tunagrahita ringan 10 – 12 tahun.

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this Community Service Program is to provide training to people with hearing disabilities in using Sign Language. The method of carrying out activities is by instructors who come from academics and practitioners who are competent in their fields. The learning provided is not only focused on providing material verbally, but the material can be practiced using sign language through physical activities in a small game atmosphere to provide a fun learning atmosphere. The sign language that will be trained is in accordance with the needs of athletes with hearing impairments in the field of sports. The output target to be achieved is that coaches of athletes with hearing impairments can understand and practice sign language according to the needs in the field of sports. Abstrak Tujuan pada Program Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada penyandang disibilitas Rungu dalam menggunakan Bahasa Isyarat. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah dengan metode instruktur yang berasal dari akademisi dan praktisi yang sudah berkompeten dibidangnya. Pembelajaran yang diberikan tidak hanya terpaku dalam pemberian materi secara verbal, namun materi dapat dipraktekan menggunakan bahasa isyarat melalui aktivitas fisik dalam suasana permainan kecil untuk memberikan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan. Bahasa isyarat yang akan dilatihkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan atlet disabilitas tuna rungu dibidang olahraga. Target luaran yang akan dicapai adalah pelatih atlet disabilitas tuna rungu dapat memahami dan mempraktikan bahasa isyarat sesuai dengan kebutuhan dibidang olahraga..

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the intervention of hockey games in improving motor skills and physical fitness in adolescents. The research method used in this study was an experiment involving a control group. This research uses a pre-test-post-test randomized control group design, with a total sampling of 30 adolescents divided into 2 groups, namely the experimental group and the control group, each comprising 15 people. The determination of group division is divided randomly, and all subjects involved are used. Instruments used Children's Psychomotricity and Aptitude Scales (MSCA, USA). Physical fitness using physical fitness test instruments, which have been adjusted to the characteristics of the research subjects. The results showed that the intervention for 12 weeks in indoor hockey activity, intervention, and gross motor intervention showed a significance value of 0.034. Because the significance value < 0.05, Ho was rejected, compared to the results of participants in the study who were given an independent intervention program. The physical fitness data shows that the pre-test standard deviation is 1.30440 compared to the post-test 1.61211, this means that there is an increase in adolescent physical fitness. Thus, indoor hockey intervention has a significant influence on the physical fitness of adolescents. These findings prove that interventions in the form of physically engaging activities focusing on floor hockey sports may be a viable option for improving Motor Proficiency and Physical Fitness in Adolescents.

Abstract

Penelitian pra-eksperimen dilakukan dalam kerangka purposive sampling pada November hingga Desember 2023 dengan memanfaatkan data primer disabilitas intelektual ringan di Kampus B Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Hubungan antar variabel dianalisis menggunakan uji t dependen.Berdasarkan temuan penelitian yang disajikan dalam Bab 4, dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan senam otak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan koordinasi tangan-mata pada individu dengan cacat intelektual ringan. Kesimpulan ini berasal dari hasil penelitian tersebut di atas, dimana t-value yang dihitung adalah 10,46, melampaui t-value kritis sebesar 2,131. Akibatnya, perbedaan yang diamati signifikan secara statistik.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Analisis stroke pada 200 meter gaya ganti atlet renang pelajar dki Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menjelaskan analisis stroke Gaya kupu-kupu, gaya punggung, gaya dada dan gaya bebas pada atlet prenang pelajar dki Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet pelajar dki jakarta yang berjumlah 16 orang. Sampel yang diambil adalah total sampling. Hasil analis pada 50 meter gaya kupu-kupu diperoleh Stroke length dengan nilai minimal 2 , nilai maksimal 2,22 dan nilai rata-rata = 1,39. stroke rate dengan nilai minimal 27, nilai maksimal 54 dan nilai rata-rata 34,4. stroke count dengan nilai minimal = 20, nilai maksimal 30 dan nilai rata-rata 24,25. velocity dengan nilai minimal =31,18, nilai maksimal 39, dan nilai rata-rata 26,64. pada 50 meter gaya punggung diperoleh Stroke length dengan nilai minimal 1,51 , nilai maksimal 2,23 dan nilai rata-rata = 21,12. stroke rate dengan nilai minimal 21, nilai maksimal 32,9 dan nilai rata-rata 34,4. stroke count dengan nilai minimal = 20, nilai maksimal 30 dan nilai rata-rata 42,5. velocity dengan nilai minimal =40, nilai maksimal 48,36 dan nilai rata-rata 30,63.pada 50 meter gaya dada diperoleh Stroke length dengan nilai minimal 2, nilai maksimal 2,27 dan nilai rata-rata = 16,11. stroke rate dengan nilai minimal 29, nilai maksimal 38,9 dan nilai rata-rata 29,3. stroke count dengan nilai minimal = 22, nilai maksimal 58 dan nilai rata-rata 36,38. velocity dengan nilai minimal =40, nilai maksimal 58,26 dan nilai rata-rata 36,38.pada 50 meter gaya beba diperoleh Stroke length dengan nilai minimal 2 , nilai maksimal 2,63 dan nilai rata-rata = 19,85. stroke rate dengan nilai minimal 38, nilai maksimal 41,2, dan nilai rata-rata 28,8. stroke count dengan nilai minimal = 19, nilai maksimal 25,5 dan nilai rata-rata 49,18. velocity dengan nilai minimal =35, nilai maksimal 42,02 dan nilai rata-rata 23,77. The results of the analysis on the 50-meter butterfly obtained a stroke length with a minimum value = 2 , a maximum value = 2.22, and an average value = 1.39. stroke rate with a minimum score = 27, a maximum value = 54, and an average value = 34.4. stroke count with a minimum value = 20, a maximum value = 30, and an average value = 24.25. the velocity with a minimum value = 31.18, a maximum value = 39, and an average value = 26.64. At 50 meters backstroke, the stroke length is obtained with a minimum value = 1.51, a maximum value = 2.23, and an average value = 21.12. stroke rate with a minimum score = 21, a maximum value = 32.9, and an average value = 34.4. stroke count with a minimum value = 20, a maximum value = 30, and an average value = 42.5. the velocity with a minimum value of = 40, a maximum value = 48.36, and an average value = 30.63. At 50 meters breaststroke obtained Stroke length with a minimum value = 2, a maximum value = 2.27, and an average value = 16.11. stroke rate with a minimum value = 29, a maximum value = 38.9, and an average value = 29.3. stroke count with a minimum value = 22, a maximum value = 58, and an average value = 36.38. the velocity with a minimum value of = 40, a maximum value = 58.26, and an average value of 36.38. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mendalam tentang perubahan arah (change of direction atau CoD) yang terjadi saat melakukan teknik turning dalam olahraga renang 1500 meter gaya bebas oleh para atlet renang pelajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif dengan analisis kuantitatif untuk menggambarkan fenomena perpindahan arah yang terjadi selama perlombaan renang 1500 meter.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah delapan atlet pelajar yang merupakan anggota pusat pelatihan olahraga di DKI Jakarta. Untuk mengumpulkan data, dilakukan total sampling terhadap seluruh populasi yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam perlombaan renang 1500 meter gaya bebas, terdapat total 29 kali perubahan arah atau CoD yang dilakukan oleh para atlet.Perubahan arah ini terjadi pada jarak-jarak tertentu, yaitu pada 50 meter, 100 meter, 150 meter, 200 meter, 250 meter, 300 meter, 350 meter, 400 meter, 450 meter, 500 meter, 550 meter, 600 meter, 650 meter, 700 meter, 750 meter, 800 meter, 850 meter, 900 meter, 950 meter, 1000 meter, 1050 meter, 1100 meter, 1150 meter, 1200 meter, 1250 meter, 1300 meter, 1350 meter, 1400 meter, dan 1450 meter dari awal perlombaan. Total waktu yang dibutuhkan oleh para atlet untuk menyelesaikan seluruh perlombaan adalah sekitar 103.90 detik, yang setara dengan 1 menit 43 detik dan 90 milidetik (01’43”90).Selain itu, waktu yang dihabiskan dalam setiap perubahan arah atau CoD juga dianalisis. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata waktu yang dibutuhkan oleh atlet dalam setiap perubahan arah adalah sekitar 3.23 detik, dengan nilai minimum sekitar 3.11 detik dan nilai maksimum sekitar 3.52 detik.Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa dalam perlombaan renang 1500 meter gaya bebas, terdapat total 29 kali perubahan arah dengan total waktu 103.90 detik, atau setara dengan 01’43”90 menit, dan waktu rata-rata dalam setiap perubahan arah adalah sekitar 3.23 detik. Informasi ini dapat menjadi acuan penting bagi para pelatih dan atlet untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam perubahan arah selama perlombaan renang 1500 meter. The research method used is a descriptive approach with quantitative analysis to describe the phenomenon of direction changes that occur during the 1500-meter swimming competition. The population in this study were eight student-athletes who were members of the sports training center in DKI Jakarta. To collect data, total sampling was carried out on the entire population. The results of the research show that in the 1500-meter freestyle swimming competition, there were a total of 29 changes in direction or CoD made by the athletes. These changes in direction occurred at certain distances, namely at 50 meters, 100 meters, 150 meters, 200 meters, 250 meters, 300 meters, 350 meters, 400 meters, 450 meters, 500 meters, 550 meters, 600 meters, 650 meters, 700 meters, 750 meters, 800 meters, 850 meters, 900 meters, 950 meters, 1000 meters, 1050 meters, 1100 meters, 1150 meters, 1200 meters, 1250 meters, 1300 meters, 1350 meters, 1400 meters and 1450 meters from the start of the race. The total time required by the athletes to complete the entire race was approximately 103.90 seconds, which is equivalent to 1 minute 43 seconds and 90 milliseconds (01’43”90). In addition, the time spent in each change of direction or CoD was also analyzed. The results show that the average time required by athletes for each change of direction is around 3.23 seconds, with a minimum value of around 3.11 seconds and a maximum value of around 3.52 seconds. In conclusion, this research reveals that in the 1500 meter freestyle swimming competition, there are a total of 29 times changing direction with a total time of 103.90 seconds or the equivalent of 01'43”90 minutes, and the average time for each change of direction is around 3.23 seconds. This information can be an important reference for coaches and athletes to improve efficiency in changing direction during a 1500-meter swimming race. Keywords: Swimming, Freestyle,Turning

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat model pemanasan berbasis permainan pada anak berkebutuhan khusus Tuna Rungu di PORTURIN DKI Jakarta. Model yang disusun mengembangkan teknik pemanasan berbasis permainan ditujukan untuk meningkatkan minat siswa dalam melakukan pelatihan di PORTURIN. Agar rancangan model dapat berjalan dengan baik dan benar, maka konsep model yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah Model Pengembangan ADDIE. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah atlit PORTURIN DKI Jakarta dengan jumlah 10 anak. Pada penelitian ini peneliti bekerjasama dengan dua dosen ahli dan satu pelatih disabilitas sebagai expert judgement. Uji validitas yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan uji kelayakan, dimana model pemanasan berbasis permainan yang telah dibuat dikonsultasikan dan diuji cobakan.Pada penelitian ini di dapatkan 13 model permainan untuk pemanasan olahraga yang sesuai dan layak di terapkan. Adapun keunggulan dari permainan ini adalah bisa dengan mudah dimainkan oleh anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus tuna rungu, tidak memerlukan alat yang sulit ditemukan dan menjadikan melakukan pemanasan yang menyenangkan serta memiliki banyak manfaat yang didapatkan. Adapun tujuan utama dari permainan ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan denyut nadi siap latihan, menarik ketertarikan atlit untuk pemanasan dan menghilangkan rasa jenuh sebelum melakukan latihan inti.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data ilmiah tentang pengembangan alat latihan beban cabang olahraga polo air untuk meningkatkan hasil latihan lompatan dan tembakan pada atlet polo air. Sampel diambil berjumlah 20 atlet polo air yang telah berusia 16 tahun yang tergabung didalam pemusatan latihan daerah DKI Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode R&D dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan uji hasil kelayakan oleh ahli terdapat nilai 98% pada efektifitas alat, 95% pada fungsi alat dan 75% pada desain alat. Berdasarkan uji reabilitas instrument menggunakan formula Kuder dan Richardson 21 (KR 21), sedangkan uji validitas untuk pilihan ganda menggunakan korelasi poin biserial. Pengujian reabilitas menggunakan SPSS terdapat nilai Cronch’s Alpha kuisioner uji efektifitas alat pembebanan berbasis water back spider (WBS) pada uji reabilitas adalah 1,48610103. Uji efektifitas diperoleh rerata pre-test 8,90 dan post-test 16,00 dengan standar deviasi 1,210 serta 1,747. Terdapat pada tabel uji-t dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 memiliki Sig. (2-tailed) 0,001. Hasil p-value Sig. (2 – Sided) < 0,05, maka alat pembebanan berbasis water back spider (WBS) dapat meningkatkan hasil lompatan dan juga tembakan secara signifikan. This study aims to obtain scientific data on the development of water polo weight training tools to improve the results of jumping and shooting training for water polo athletes. Samples were taken totaling 20 water polo athletes who were 16 years old who were members of the DKI Jakarta regional training camp. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The data was then analyzed using the R&D method with a quantitative approach. Based on the feasibility test results by experts there is a value of 98% on the effectiveness of the tool, 95% on the function of the tool and 75% on the tool design. Based on the instrument reliability test using the Kuder and Richardson 21 (KR 21) formula, while the validity test for multiple choice uses biserial point correlation. Reliability testing using SPSS there is a Cronch's Alpha value for the effectiveness test questionnaire for the water back spider (WBS) based loading tool in the reliability test is 1.48610103. The effectiveness test obtained a mean pre-test of 8.90 and post-test of 16.00 with a standard deviation of 1.210 and 1.747. The t-test table with a significance level of 0.05 has Sig. (2-tailed) 0.001. The p-value result of Sig. (2 - Sided) <0.05, then the water back spider (WBS) based loading tool can significantly improve jumping and shooting results.
