Abstract

This study aims to develop a model of exercise aids (hand paddle) as a training medium to train finger density in early swimmers. The research method used is the Sugiyono’s model of research and development method. Hand paddle modification was developed through a small-scale trial of 29 early swimmers from 3 swimming associations in East Jakarta. Small-scale trials were conducted using the pre-posttest design experiment with 6 training sessions using paddle modification. The results of the research and product development showed that (1) the media of exercise aids (hand paddle) significantly increased the density of the fingers in early childhood (2) the validity of exercise aid media indicated by the results of 87% swimming expert validity with the category very feasible and the validity of 75% biomechanics experts with appropriate categories, (3) The effectiveness of hand paddle media indicated by the results of the pretest and posttest, obtained tcount = 6.71> t table - 2.06, with sig (2 tailed) and degrees of freedom) .05 Keyword: Hand paddle, swimming, early age Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan model alat bantu latihan (hand paddle) sebagai media latihan melatih kerapatan jari tangan pada perenang usia dini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R & D) model Sugiyono. Modifikasi hand paddle dikembangkan melalui uji coba skala kecil terhadap 29 perenang usia dini dari 3 perkumpulan renang di Jakarta Timur. Uji coba skala kecil dilakukan dengan menggunakan eksperimen pre-posttest design dengan 6 kali sesi latihan menggunakan paddle modifikasi. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan produk yang dihasilkan menunjukkan bahwa (1) Media alat bantu latihan (hand paddle) signifikan meningkatkan kerapatan jari – jari tangan pada anak usia dini (2) Kevalidan media alat bantu latihan yang ditunjukkan oleh hasil validitas ahli renang 87% dengan kategori sangat layak dan validitas ahli biomekanika 75% dengan kategori layak, (3) Keefektifan media alat bantu (hand paddle) yang ditunjukkan oleh hasil pretest dan posttest, diperoleh thitung = 6.71 > ttabel – 2.06, dengan sig (2 tailed) dan derajat kebebasan 0.05. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Analisis stroke pada 200 meter gaya ganti atlet renang pelajar dki Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menjelaskan analisis stroke Gaya kupu-kupu, gaya punggung, gaya dada dan gaya bebas pada atlet prenang pelajar dki Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet pelajar dki jakarta yang berjumlah 16 orang. Sampel yang diambil adalah total sampling. Hasil analis pada 50 meter gaya kupu-kupu diperoleh Stroke length dengan nilai minimal 2 , nilai maksimal 2,22 dan nilai rata-rata = 1,39. stroke rate dengan nilai minimal 27, nilai maksimal 54 dan nilai rata-rata 34,4. stroke count dengan nilai minimal = 20, nilai maksimal 30 dan nilai rata-rata 24,25. velocity dengan nilai minimal =31,18, nilai maksimal 39, dan nilai rata-rata 26,64. pada 50 meter gaya punggung diperoleh Stroke length dengan nilai minimal 1,51 , nilai maksimal 2,23 dan nilai rata-rata = 21,12. stroke rate dengan nilai minimal 21, nilai maksimal 32,9 dan nilai rata-rata 34,4. stroke count dengan nilai minimal = 20, nilai maksimal 30 dan nilai rata-rata 42,5. velocity dengan nilai minimal =40, nilai maksimal 48,36 dan nilai rata-rata 30,63.pada 50 meter gaya dada diperoleh Stroke length dengan nilai minimal 2, nilai maksimal 2,27 dan nilai rata-rata = 16,11. stroke rate dengan nilai minimal 29, nilai maksimal 38,9 dan nilai rata-rata 29,3. stroke count dengan nilai minimal = 22, nilai maksimal 58 dan nilai rata-rata 36,38. velocity dengan nilai minimal =40, nilai maksimal 58,26 dan nilai rata-rata 36,38.pada 50 meter gaya beba diperoleh Stroke length dengan nilai minimal 2 , nilai maksimal 2,63 dan nilai rata-rata = 19,85. stroke rate dengan nilai minimal 38, nilai maksimal 41,2, dan nilai rata-rata 28,8. stroke count dengan nilai minimal = 19, nilai maksimal 25,5 dan nilai rata-rata 49,18. velocity dengan nilai minimal =35, nilai maksimal 42,02 dan nilai rata-rata 23,77. The results of the analysis on the 50-meter butterfly obtained a stroke length with a minimum value = 2 , a maximum value = 2.22, and an average value = 1.39. stroke rate with a minimum score = 27, a maximum value = 54, and an average value = 34.4. stroke count with a minimum value = 20, a maximum value = 30, and an average value = 24.25. the velocity with a minimum value = 31.18, a maximum value = 39, and an average value = 26.64. At 50 meters backstroke, the stroke length is obtained with a minimum value = 1.51, a maximum value = 2.23, and an average value = 21.12. stroke rate with a minimum score = 21, a maximum value = 32.9, and an average value = 34.4. stroke count with a minimum value = 20, a maximum value = 30, and an average value = 42.5. the velocity with a minimum value of = 40, a maximum value = 48.36, and an average value = 30.63. At 50 meters breaststroke obtained Stroke length with a minimum value = 2, a maximum value = 2.27, and an average value = 16.11. stroke rate with a minimum value = 29, a maximum value = 38.9, and an average value = 29.3. stroke count with a minimum value = 22, a maximum value = 58, and an average value = 36.38. the velocity with a minimum value of = 40, a maximum value = 58.26, and an average value of 36.38. At 50 meters of gravity, the stroke length is obtained with a minimum value of 2, a maximum value of 2.63, and an average value of 19.85. stroke rate with a minimum score of 38, a maximum value of 41.2, and an average value of 28.8. stroke count with a minimum value = 19, a maximum value of 25.5, and an average value of 49.18. the velocity with a minimum value of = 35, a maximum value of 42.02, and an average value of 23.77. Abstract

This study aims to compare training using Plyometric and Resistance Band on leg muscle Power at PS. Garuda Nusantara. The design of this study is quantitative using Two Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampling using purposive as many as 14 athletes, divided into 2 groups. The treatment given was 16 meetings with a frequency of 3 times a week. Data processing using the t test with a significance level of 5%. The results of the study; based on the results of the initial test and the final test of Plyometric training, the calculated t = 5.25> t table 5% = 2.447, meaning that there is a significant difference between the mean of the initial test results and the final test results can be interpreted that Plyometric training can increase leg muscle Power. Based on the results of the initial test and the final test of Resistance Band training, the calculated t = 5.52> t table 5% = 2.447, meaning that there is an insignificant difference between the mean of the initial test results and the final test results can be interpreted that Resistance Band training can increase leg muscle Power. Comparison of the results of the final test of Plyometric exercise and the final test of Resistance Band exercise, the calculated t obtained was 0.746 smaller than the t table 5% = 2.179. This means that there is no significant difference between the mean data of the Plyometric exercise group and the Resistance Band exercise group.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a Change of Direction (CoD) training model for junior tennis athletes. Developing a training model using the ADDIE approach (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). In the fifth stage or evaluation, using a sample of 46, to determine the effectiveness of the CoD training model. The N-Gain Score test is used to determine the effectiveness of the CoD training model in junior tennis athletes. The research results showed that the average pretest was 17.66 sec, and after treatment (posttest) it was 17.02 sec. The results of the N-Gain Score test obtained an average value of 0.43, which means that the development of the CoD training model has moderate effectiveness in improving direction change skills in junior tennis athletes. Thus, the CoD training model developed can be applied to improve direction change skills in junior tennis athletes. Future research will need to determine the most effective form of training to improve athletes' change-of-direction skills, taking into account other factors that influence change-of-direction performance. So it can answer the challenge of how the CoD training method can significantly improve the ability to change direction and ultimately contribute to the performance of tennis athletes.

Abstract

Kondisi fisik merupakan unsur utama, atlet harus mempunyai kondisi fisik dan teknik dasar yang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat profil kondisi fisik yang ditujukan pada atlet selam pelatda DKI Jakarta tahun 2024. Performa atlet terlebih pada teknik dasar gerak finswimming pada olahraga selam merupakan usaha yang harus di miliki atlet sebagai syarat dasar untuk pencapaian prestasi. Metode penelitian adalah diskripsi terhadap data expost facto prestasi atlet selam pelatda DKI Jakarta tahun 2024. Variabel penelitian adalah Daya tahan otot (Muscle Endurance), Daya tahan kardiovaskuler (Cardiovascular Endurance), Kekuatan (Strength), Kecepatan (Speed), Kelentukan (Flexibility), Daya Ledak (Power). Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian dari 20 atlet selam pelatda DKI Jakarta menunjukkan bahwa setiap atlet dalam kondisi sehat namun mempunyai kekuatan tahanan serta hasil tiap komponen bimotor yang berbeda-beda. Simpulan kondisi fisik atlet selam pelatda DKI Jakarta tahun 2024 saat ini menunjukkan atlet siap menghadapi pertandingan PON XXI Aceh-Sumut 2024 namun tetap memerlukan aspek pendukung dari segi teknik, taktik dan mental.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model latihan renang Training zone 3 bagi atlet tuna rungu (S15). Model latihan ini dirancang berdasarkan denyut nadi dan waktu istirahat, dan terdiri dari 16 latihan yang berbeda. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE. Subjek penelitian adalah 10 atlet tuna rungu dari Para Swim Club Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model latihan renang Training zone 3 layak, efektif, dan efisien untuk meningkatkan performa renang atlet tunarungu. Model ini dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan daya tahan atlet. Penelitian ini memberikan referensi bagi pendidik dan pelatih renang untuk melatih atlet tuna rungu dengan lebih efektif. Model ini juga dapat menjadi dasar bagi penelitian selanjutnya untuk mengembangkan model latihan renang yang lebih baik bagi atlet tunarungu.
