Abstract

Posbakum merupakan layanan pemberian bantuan hukum yang dilakukan secara cuma-cuma kepada masyarakat miskin di dalam mencari keadilan di pengadilan. Dengan adanya bantuan hukum secara cuma-cuma diharapkan dapat memberikan jaminan dan kesamaan terhadap masyarakat miskin untuk mendapatkan perlindungan hukum dari perbuatan yang tidak adil. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji implementasi pemberian bantuan hukum bagi masyarakat miskin melalui Posbakum di Pengadilan Agama Demak Kelas IB, kendala yang dihadapi  dalam implementasi pemberian bantuan hukum tersebut, dan upaya mengatasinya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah yuridis sosiologis dengan spesifikasi deskriptif analitis. Sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah implementasi pemberian bantuan hukum bagi masyarakat miskin melalui Posbakum di Pengadilan Agama Demak Kelas IB tahun 2014 sampai 2022. Data yang dipergunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder yang diambil dengan cara wawancara, studi pustaka, dan studi dokumentasi. Data tersebut dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pemberian bantuan hukum bagi masyarakat miskin melalui Posbakum di Pengadilan Agama Demak Kelas IB terdiri dari pemberian informasi, konsultasi, advis hukum, dan pembuatan dokumen hukum. Bantuan hukum tersebut diberikan dalam penyelesaian kasus perceraian, itsbat nikah, permohonan wali afdhol, hibah, waris, perwalian anak, dan harta bersama. Kendala yang dihadapi  dalam implementasi pemberian bantuan hukum tersebut adalah : (1) kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap bantuan hukum di Posbakum, (2) Masyarakat saat meminta bantuan hukum di Posbakum merasa takut, sehingga kurang terbuka dalam memberikan keterangan, berbelit-belit dan kadang-kadang tidak jujur mengenai duduk perkara yang sedang dialami. Kendala tersebut diatasi dengan cara (1) melakukan sosialisasi secara langsung kepada masyarakat mengenai bantuan hukum di Posbakum, (2) melakukan pendekatan kepada masyarakat agar tidak takut, sehingga petugas dapat menggali lebih dalam terhadap kasus yang dihadapinya.

Abstract

Human Resource Management is the science and art of managing the relationships and roles of the workforce so that they are effective and efficient in helping to realize the goals of the company, employees and society. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of human relations, work stress and work facilities on employee performance at the population and civil registration services of the city of Tebing Tinggi. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The sampling used in this research was the Non Probability Sampling method and the type of sampling used total sampling, the number of samples studied was 30 respondents. The analytisis tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25.00 Software. The results of this research show that human relations have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Human relations, work stress and work facilities simultaneously influence employee performance at the population and civil registration services of the city of Tebing Tinggi.

Abstract

This research aims to improve collaboration skills through the application of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) model in the science content of grade IV SDN Kedurus III, from the initial data it was found that the level of collaboration between students was still low, because students did not do enough discussion activities which resulted in difficulties in grouping. The type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was carried out for 2 cycles with the Kemmis & Mc. Taggart model, namely Planning, (2) Implementation, (3) Observation and (4) Reflection of Results. The subjects of the study were 26 students. The data analysis techniques used in this study were descriptive quantitative and qualitative. The results of the study showed that the percentage of collaboration skills in the pre-cycle was 12 students 46.1% with a fairly collaborative category, in cycle I there were 14 students 57.7% with a good collaborative category and in cycle II there were 21 students (80.8%) with a very collaborative category. Based on these data, there is an increase in each cycle, thus the application of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) model can improve students' collaboration skills.
