Abstract

The data processing facilities available in banks today are the result of technological advances and the need to run operations systematically and properly by the flow of funds in and out of the bank. The use of IT in banks is expected to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of data management of banking business activities to provide accurate, correct, timely results, and guarantee the confidentiality of information. However, not many SMU / SMK students understand banking information technology, especially Internet-based for managing bank accounts. This community service activity is carried out in the form of training for SMU / SMK students throughout South Tangerang so that students have good insight and understanding regarding banking transactions, especially Internet banking services. The activity was held on November 6-7, 2020, and attended by 52 students from 5 schools. The results of the 2-day activity were that on the first day, the SMU / SMK students had successfully understood the concept of the Internet and banking products. On the second day, the participants were skilled in managing simulated accounts using Internet banking services.Fasilitas pengolahan data yang tersedia di bank saat ini merupakan hasil kemajuan teknologi dan kebutuhan untuk menjalankan operasi secara sistematis dan baik sesuai dengan aliran dana masuk dan keluar bank. Fasilitas tersebut berfungsi untuk menangani, memilih, menghitung, menyusun, melaporkan, dan mengirimkan informasi.Penggunaan TI di bank dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisien pengelolaan data kegiatan usaha perbankan sehingga dapat memberikan hasil yang akurat, benar, tepat waktu, dan dapat menjamin kerahasiaan informasi. Namun demikian tidak banyak siswa SMU/SMK yang paham akan teknologi informasi perbankan khususnya berbasis internet untuk pengelolaan rekening di bank. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan kepada siswa/i SMU/SMK se-Tangerang Selatan agar para siswa memiliki wawasan dan pemahaman yang baik terkait transaksi perbankan khususnya layanan internet banking. Kegiatan diselenggarakan pada tanggal 6-7 Nopember 2020 dan diikuti oleh 52 siswa yang berasal dari 5 sekolah. Hasil kegiatan selama 2 hari tersebut yaitu pada hari pertama para siswa SMU/SMK telah berhasil memahami konsep internet, dan produk-produk perbankan. Pada hari kedua, para peserta terampil mengelola rekening simulasi menggunakan layanan internet banking.

Abstract

Recent technological developments have brought significant changes in various fields, including education. Teachers are required to innovate in creating engaging and student-centered learning experiences. This study aims to describe the impact of Educaplay application training on improving the quality of learning at SMP Negeri 5 Katingan Tengah. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that Educaplay training has a positive impact on teachers' competencies in developing diverse and interactive learning materials. Students also showed high levels of interest and enthusiasm during the learning process. This platform not only facilitates teachers in delivering materials but also encourages active student participation, increases learning motivation, and develops critical and creative thinking skills. Thus, the use of Educaplay has proven effective in supporting the improvement of digital-based learning quality.

Abstract

The implementation of this activity aims to increase the capacity of public service providers in carrying out public services and assist in carrying out an self assessment of the performance of public services.Training and mentoring activities are followed by public service providers in Balai Besar Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional VIII Jawa Timur. Methods of carrying out activities that include: i) Desk documents; ii) Training; and iii) Assistance. The implementation of activities begins and is based on the evaluation results of the PANRB Ministry. The output of the implementation of this activity can contribute to improving the performance of public services with the support and availability of various public service documents including: public service standard documents, improving the implementation of public satisfaction surveys, and improving public service information on the BBPJN VIII website. The results of the training and mentoring show an increase in the performance of public services from 2.72 (Score C) to 3.50 (Score B). The evaluation of training and mentoring activities showed a result of 88.67% with very good training performance.

Abstract

PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is one of the largest state-owned banks that has proven to survive in banking in Indonesia since 1946. Mobile banking services offered by Bank BNI are currently limited to banking activities such as balance information, transfers, payments, etc. In the customer aspect, should be noted that m-banking services must be fast, easy to use, accurate, low cost, and guarantee confidentiality and support transaction services between other banks. The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview related to the savings products owned by Bank BNI Tbk and the features owned by Bank BNI mobile banking to facilitate services to Bank BNI customers. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach using secondary data collected through literature studies. The results showed that the Bank BNI mobile banking application provides seven features to provide fifty-six types of services and twelve savings products for Bank BNI customers.PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk merupakan salah satu bank BUMN terbesar yang telah membuktikan tetap dapat bertahan dalam perbankan di Indonesia sejak tahun 1946. Layanan mobile banking yang ditawarkan Bank BNI saat ini sebatas keperluan penggunaan aktivitas perbankan seperti informasi saldo, transfer, pembayaran dan lain-lain. Dalam aspek nasabah, perlu diperhatikan bahwa layanan m-banking haruslah cepat, mudah digunakan dan dapat diterima, akurat, biaya yang murah dan menjamin kerahasiaan serta mendukung terhadap layanan transaksi antar bank lain. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendapatkan gambaran terkait dengan produk-produk tabungan yang dimiliki Bank BNI Tbk dan fitur-fitur yang dimiliki oleh mobile banking Bank BNI untuk memudahkan layanan terhadap nasabah Bank BNI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif menggunakan data sekunder yang dikumpulkan melalui studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa aplikasi mobile banking Bank BNI menyediakan tujuh fitur untuk memberikan lima puluh enam jenis layanan serta menyediakan dua belas produk tabungan bagi nasabah Bank BNI.
