Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of quality of work-life and job satisfaction on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable In the Health Office of The North Aceh District. The sample in this study was 120 respondents. Data analysis using the AMOS SEM program. The results of data analysis, quality of work-life and job satisfaction have an influence on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. The quality of work-life and organizational commitment does not affect employee performance. Organizational commitment cannot mediate the relationship between quality of work-life and job satisfaction with employee performance. The results of the study recommend encouraging employee performance, work skills and policies for organizational commitment. It should be noted that the work environment of employees and also job satisfaction is maintained with colleagues and superiors, so that employee performance is better in the future.

Abstract

The role of human resource management is reflected in the company's policy to regulate its human resources so that it can play a major role in working together and supporting the company's strategy by measuring the level of employee performance. Employee work performance is strongly influenced by the condition of company such as motivation factors, job satisfaction, working stress, physical condition of work, compensation system, and job design. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of motivation factors, job satisfaction, working stress, physical condition of work, compensation system, and job design with employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Unit Kebun Balimbingan. This research was carried out at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Unit Kebun Balimbingan in May 2018. This study uses non-parametric analysis with Kendall Tau test. The results showed that the factors of motivation, job satisfaction, work stress, physical condition of work, compensation system and job design were partially related to employee performance because of the significance value (0.000 0.05). Motivation factors, job satisfaction, physical condition of work and compensation system are strongly related and the direction of a positive relationship with work performance is the correlation coefficient values of 0.895, 0.720, 0.733 and 0.706, respectively. Job stress factors are negatively related to work performance with a correlation coefficient value of -0.550. Job design factors are positively related to a low correlation level of 0.377. Simultaneously the six factors are significantly related to work performance because the value of Asymp.Sig 0.05

Abstract

Salah satu Permasalahan yang ditemukan dalam masyarakat di daerah pedesaan di Kabupaten Aceh Utara adalah belum maksimalnya pemanfaatan limbah buah-buahan. Limbah buah-buahan biasanya dibiarkan membusuk dan mencemari lingkungan, padahal jika dimanfaatkan dengan benar limbah buah-buahan dapat dijadikan sumberdaya yang bernilai tinggi. Permasalahan lainnya yang ditemukan adalah tingginya penggunaan pupuk kimia untuk meningkatkan kuantitas produksi tani. Padahal penggunaan pupuk kimia memerlukan biaya besar dan dalam jangka Panjang dapat merusak lingkungan. karenanya, Tim Pengabdian memandang perlu melakukan penyadaran dan transfer knowledge kepada masyarakat tentang bahayanya limbah yang tak termanfaatkan, dampak buruk pemakaian pupuk kimia dan kelebihan pupuk cair  melalui kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organic dari limbah buah pisang kepada masyarakat di desa Trieng Matang Ubi Kecamatan Lhoksukon Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Adapun Tujuan kegiatan adalah untuk mengurangi kerusakan lingkungan dan meminimalisasi biaya produksi melalui Pemanfaatan limbah pisang untuk pupuk organik cair. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan dengan memberikan sosialisasi terkait dampak buruk limbah yang tak termanfaatkan dan memberi pelatihan melalui praktek langsung cara pembuatan dan penyemprotan pupuk organic kepada mitra dilapangan. Kesimpulan utama dari kegiatan ini  adalah limbah buah pisang berpotensi besar sebagai pupuk organic berkualitas tinggi dan pemanfaatan limbah buah pisang menjadi pupuk organic dapat mengatasi permasalahan pencemaran lingkungan, selain itu biaya produksinya lebih murah di bandingkan dengan pemakaian pupuk kimia sehingga akan lebih menguntungkan petani.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of organizational commitment and employee engagement on employee performance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research sample consists of 124 employees of the Lhokseumawe Mayor's Office. The analytical tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) employing the AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) Version 24 software. The research findings indicate that organizational commitment does not directly affect satisfaction but significantly impacts employee performance. Employee engagement, on the other hand, significantly affects job satisfaction and employee performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction influences employee performance. While job satisfaction does not mediate the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance, it has a mediating role in the relationship between employee engagement and employee performance. These findings are expected to provide a basis for formulating organizational policies related to employee management to enhance service performance in government organizations, particularly within the Lhokseumawe Mayor's Office.

Abstract

Third party funds, financing, and equity are important factors in some of the factors that influence net income, which take money from the public and then rechannel it into society. This research is aimed at knowing the impact Third-party fund, Financing, and Equity to Net income with research subject Bank Muamalat Indonesian period 2014-2023. This study employs multiple linier regression analysis and quantitative approaches. The study object is presented as published financial reports from Bank Muamalat Indonesia (2014-2023). And analyzed with the Eviews 12 statistical tool. The outcome of the study demonstrate Third-Party Funds a positive and significant effect on Net Income because the t-count value for Third-Party Funds > t-table is 2,9206 > 2,0280 and the significant value for Third-Party Funds < 0,05 is 0,0060 < 0,05. The result of Financing has a positive and insignificant impact on Net Income this is shown by the t-count value for Financing < t-table is 0,6558 < 2,0280 and the significant value for Financing > 0,05 is 0,5161 > 0,05. The results of Equity a negative and insignificant impact on Net Income because the t-count value of Equity < t-table is -0,1850 < 2,0280 and significant value for Equity > 0,05 is 0,8542 > 0,05. Simultaneously Third-party Funds, Financing, and Equity the effect Net Income, this is proven by the value significant F test 0,0007 < 0,05. The value of coefficient of determination (R2) is 0,3198 or 31,98%, which means that the Third-Party Funds, Financing, and Equity variables the effect net Income by 31.98%, while other factors not included in this study account for 68,02% of the explanation.

Abstract

This study was conducted to find out how the effect of debt to equity ratio and return on asset on income smoothing in companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Data is taken from www.idx.co.id. Data used from 2017 to 2023. The population in this study is 30 companies with a sample of 17 companies. The sampling method used in this study uses a purposive sampling technique. This study uses quantitative data processed with the Eviews 10 application using the panel regression method. The results of the test give the conclusion that the variables debt to equity ratio and return on asset partially do not have a significant effect on income smoothing. Simultaneously, the debt to equity ratio and return on assets also did not have a significant effect on income smoothing for companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII).

Abstract

Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin Benth) is an essential oil-producing plant which is a source of foreign exchange for the country. Indonesia is currently the world's producer of patchouli oil with a contribution of 90%, for that it is necessary to maintain market opportunities by increasing production through appropriate cultivation techniques, improving the quality of patchouli oil and developing patchouli plantings in areas that have bright prospects seen from the level of suitability. land and climate.The purpose of this study was to determine market structure, market behavior (various forms of collusion) and market appearances that occurred in the marketing of nimal oil in Bukut Village, Terangun District, Gayo Lues Regency. The data used are primary data and secondary data, for market participants, snowball sampling is used. The method used to analyze the market structure is Concentration Ratio analysis tools (Market Share, Herfindal Index and Concentration Ratio for Biggest Four or ), Degree of Product Differentiation, Barriers to Market Entry and Level of Market Knowledge. To analyze Market Behavior, it is descriptively analyzed about collusion and strategies that occur. To analyze the Market Performance used the analysis tools of Marketing Margin, Share Price, and Cost and Profit Ratio.〖CR〗_4.Market share at the collector levelthere is an oligopoly marketing system for patchouli oil with loose concentration. The concentration of buyers in marketing patchouli oil in Bukut village, both collectors, village collectors, and representative warehouses/ wholesalers is oligopsony. The marketing structure of Patchouli Oil in Gayo Lues, at the level of collector traders is a loose oligopoly with a CR4 value of 0.5421, at the level of a village collector it is a tight oligopoly with a CR4 value of 0.8855, while at the warehouse representative/ wholesaler level it is a tight oligopoly with a CR value, reaching 1.00. should have a value of 1.00 is a monopoly, but because there are still three competing companies, it is categorized as a strict oligopoly.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of Promotion, Ujrah Rates and Fund Disbursement Procedures on Customer Interest in Choosing Rahn Products at Sharia Pawnshops in Aceh Province. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to selected customers using a non-probability sampling method. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the promotion variable, and the procedure for disbursing funds had a positive and significant effect on customer interest in choosing Rahn's products at Pegadaian Syariah in Aceh Province. Meanwhile, the ujtrah rate variable has a negative and significant effect on customer interest in choosing Rahn's products. Recommendations from this research are expected that the Aceh Sharia Pawnshop can increase promotion as a means of introducing products to the public. Meanwhile, the ujrah tariff rate is reconsidered (to be lowered) and in terms of disbursement of funds it can be maintained in order to increase public interest in using Rahn's products at Sharia Pawnshops in the future.

Abstract

The religious phenomenon of the study is fascinating to study and is associated with the concept of community behavior as consumers of a sharia-based product. Research on Studies that include the relationship between religious behavior and consumer behavior in decision-making on a product is microscale, so it attracts the interest of researchers. Religisutias is a state of understanding, obedience, a person believing in a religion embodied in the experience of values, and action under the teachings of faith in taking a favorable decision. The role of religiosity with customer attitudes and trust and its relevance to customer decisions in choosing a sharia bank. This study aims to analyze the relationship of religiosity to customer decisions in selecting a sharia bank, either directly or mediated by the variables of attitudes and trust. The conducted research n Lhokseumawe City. The collected data through a questionnaire distributed to 200 respondents. The data is processed by Path Analysis using the SEM program. The results prove that direct testing is obtained that (a) religiosity has a positive and significant effect on the attitudes of Islamic bank customers, and (b) has a positive effect on the trust of Islamic bank customers. (c) Influencing customers in choosing Islamic banks. (d) Attitudes influence customer decisions (e) trust affects the customer's decision in choosing an Islamic bank. Indirect testing (path) shows (f) religiosity also influences customer decisions in choosing Islamic banks through attitude as an intervening variable. (g) Influence on customer decisions in determining Islamic banks through trust as an intervening variable. The results strengthened Kinsmen's behavioral theory and previous empirical findings that religiosity is an essential predictor of consumer behavior, especially decision-making. A person's attitudes and trusts based on religious values that he trusts are predictors that direct his behavior to purchase a product. The benefits of this study can recommend that Islamic banking needs to provide services and provide superior products. Improving service quality such as contracts under sharia will affect customer attitudes and behavior and are expected to maintain customer consistency to be loyal in using sharia bank services. attitudes and trusts based on religious values that he trusts are predictors that direct his behavior to purchase a product.
