Abstract

This study endeavors to assess the Quality of Health Center Services in East Idi District, East Aceh Regency, with a specific focus on the sub-district of East Idi. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative analysis, primary and secondary data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The study employed data reduction, presentation, and conclusion as analytical techniques. Findings revealed shortcomings in the physical evidence aspect (Tangibles) of the UPTD Puskesmas Idi Timur, East Aceh Regency, concerning inadequate facilities and infrastructure. The reliability of the health center service process was deemed unsatisfactory due to undisciplined and unprofessional staff. However, responsiveness scored well, with puskesmas staff demonstrating alertness and receptiveness to community inquiries. Guarantees, ensuring convenience in obtaining health services, were positively acknowledged. Employees' empathy received favorable assessments, showcasing a friendly demeanor and openness to public feedback.Despite these positive aspects, the study reiterated concerns about the unreliability of health center staff, emphasizing the need for discipline and professionalism. While responsiveness and guarantees were praised, continuous efforts are required for sustained improvement. The overall emphasis is on enhancing the quality of health services by addressing the identified areas of deficiency and promoting a culture of professionalism and empathy among health center personnel.

Abstract

Based on Constitution no. 25 of 2009 concerning public services are all forms of activities in a series of fulfilling service needs for every citizen, both goods, services, and administrative services provided by public services. In the implementation of public services, there are still problems that cause people's lack of satisfaction, as is the case in the management of KTP-el which until now cannot be applied according to the specified procedure. This study aims to determine the quality of service in making KTP-el in Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, with nine informants in the study with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the results of research on the quality of service in making KTP-el in Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara seen from the (tangible) it is quite good in service facilities and infrastructure to the community, the (reliability) is good in providing services to the community, although training is needed for the community. officers to improve skills, the dimension of assurance (guarantee) is not good in the timeliness of issuing KTP-el to the public, empathy (empathy) in service there are still discriminatory services (discrimination) to the community. It is hoped that The quality of service for making KTP-el in North Padang Lawas Regency can be further improved to create satisfying services for the community.

Abstract

Malnutrition is one of the most concerning things that happened in Aceh Utara district, because it is a disgrace to the government and society. Based on data from the North Aceh Health Office, the number of sufferers of malnutrition is increasing every year. This study aims to identify and describe the evaluation of the program for handling malnutrition under five and the obstacles to evaluating the program for handling malnutrition under five by the government in North Aceh Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis research type. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation, the data obtained were analyzed using an interactive analysis model. The results showed that government programs exist and have been implemented, namely the Supplementary Food Provision (PMT) program in the form of milk, biscuits, and multivitamins, but the number of sufferers of malnutrition is still increasing every year because the implementation is not comprehensive and uneven, which is an obstacle. In the Supplementary Feeding Program (PMT), there is an inadequate budget and a large area accompanied by a lack of supervision from the Health Office so that this program has not been carried out optimally. Research recommendations, the government can make efforts to prevent malnutrition in accordance with the rules set out in Law no. 36 of 2009 concerning health to improve the nutritional quality of individuals and communities in accordance with advances in science and technology.

Abstract

The role of human resource management is reflected in the company's policy to regulate its human resources so that it can play a major role in working together and supporting the company's strategy by measuring the level of employee performance. Employee work performance is strongly influenced by the condition of company such as motivation factors, job satisfaction, working stress, physical condition of work, compensation system, and job design. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of motivation factors, job satisfaction, working stress, physical condition of work, compensation system, and job design with employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Unit Kebun Balimbingan. This research was carried out at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Unit Kebun Balimbingan in May 2018. This study uses non-parametric analysis with Kendall Tau test. The results showed that the factors of motivation, job satisfaction, work stress, physical condition of work, compensation system and job design were partially related to employee performance because of the significance value (0.000 0.05). Motivation factors, job satisfaction, physical condition of work and compensation system are strongly related and the direction of a positive relationship with work performance is the correlation coefficient values of 0.895, 0.720, 0.733 and 0.706, respectively. Job stress factors are negatively related to work performance with a correlation coefficient value of -0.550. Job design factors are positively related to a low correlation level of 0.377. Simultaneously the six factors are significantly related to work performance because the value of Asymp.Sig 0.05

Abstract

This study aims to understand the implementation of the Islamic Edutechno Preneurship Curriculum at SMK Negeri 3 Lhokseumawe and its impact on character building and skill enhancement of students. Using qualitative methods, including in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis, the research involved various stakeholders at the school. Results show that SMK Negeri 3 Lhokseumawe has established a School Development Team (TPS) to implement strategic steps in applying this curriculum. Programs such as Mandatory Scouting (Wapra) and Islamic Spirituality (Rohis) are integral to these efforts, focusing on the development of Islamic character and the integration of noble moral values in every lesson. Teacher competency is enhanced through In-House Training and Workshops, aiding in the development of both pedagogical and professional skills. The curriculum's implementation is also supported by the Aceh Education Department's socialization efforts. However, challenges remain, such as insufficient cooperation among teachers in enforcing discipline and the lack of textbooks integrated with the new curriculum. Overall, the implementation of the Islamic Edutechno Preneurship Curriculum at SMK Negeri 3 Lhokseumawe shows positive development. This curriculum has great potential to improve students' skills and Islamic character, preparing them for future challenges. This study provides valuable insights for the development of character-based and technopreneurship curricula in vocational education settings.

Abstract

One of the biggest challenges in vocational education is the gap between the skills taught in schools and the actual needs in the industry. *Teaching Factory* provides a solution by integrating industrial processes and technologies directly into the curriculum. The implementation mechanism of this community service program is carried out through stages of needs analysis, partnership offers with industry partners, activity execution, and activity evaluation. The results achieved have successfully improved teachers' ability to design and implement more applicable and industry-relevant learning. Although there were some challenges faced, particularly in terms of limited facilities, this activity has had a significant impact on the quality of learning and the readiness of students to work in the industry

Abstract

Collaborative governance is a governance model that involves various stakeholders - government, private sector, and community - in joint decision-making. Digitalization is an urgent need for culinary MSMEs in Lhokseumawe City to increase competitiveness and market access. This study aims to analyze the implementation of collaborative governance in supporting the digital transformation of culinary MSMEs and identify the obstacles faced. The study used a qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The Ansell and Gash collaborative governance model was used in the face-to-face dialogue collaboration process, building trust, commitment to the process, sharing understanding and interim results. The results of the study showed that digital literacy was still low, limited access to technology and capital, and coordination was not optimal between stakeholders. However, collaboration between the Industry, Trade, and Cooperatives Office with MSME associations and the private sector has begun to develop. It is recommended that more targeted policies and support for access to technology and finance be strengthened to accelerate the digitalization of culinary MSMEs in Lhokseumawe.

Abstract

Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin Benth) is an essential oil-producing plant which is a source of foreign exchange for the country. Indonesia is currently the world's producer of patchouli oil with a contribution of 90%, for that it is necessary to maintain market opportunities by increasing production through appropriate cultivation techniques, improving the quality of patchouli oil and developing patchouli plantings in areas that have bright prospects seen from the level of suitability. land and climate.The purpose of this study was to determine market structure, market behavior (various forms of collusion) and market appearances that occurred in the marketing of nimal oil in Bukut Village, Terangun District, Gayo Lues Regency. The data used are primary data and secondary data, for market participants, snowball sampling is used. The method used to analyze the market structure is Concentration Ratio analysis tools (Market Share, Herfindal Index and Concentration Ratio for Biggest Four or ), Degree of Product Differentiation, Barriers to Market Entry and Level of Market Knowledge. To analyze Market Behavior, it is descriptively analyzed about collusion and strategies that occur. To analyze the Market Performance used the analysis tools of Marketing Margin, Share Price, and Cost and Profit Ratio.〖CR〗_4.Market share at the collector levelthere is an oligopoly marketing system for patchouli oil with loose concentration. The concentration of buyers in marketing patchouli oil in Bukut village, both collectors, village collectors, and representative warehouses/ wholesalers is oligopsony. The marketing structure of Patchouli Oil in Gayo Lues, at the level of collector traders is a loose oligopoly with a CR4 value of 0.5421, at the level of a village collector it is a tight oligopoly with a CR4 value of 0.8855, while at the warehouse representative/ wholesaler level it is a tight oligopoly with a CR value, reaching 1.00. should have a value of 1.00 is a monopoly, but because there are still three competing companies, it is categorized as a strict oligopoly.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the tourism management policy at Cemara Beach in Lingka Kuta Village, Gandapura District, Bireuen Regency. The research focuses on four key dimensions: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure based on the policy implementation model proposed by George C. Edwards III. A qualitative descriptive approach was applied, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving village officials, tourism managers, and local community members. The findings reveal that the implementation of the Cemara Beach tourism management policy has not yet been fully effective. In terms of communication, there remains a gap in coordination between village authorities and tourism managers; in the resource aspect, limited funding and inadequate infrastructure remain major constraints. Meanwhile, the disposition aspect shows a relatively high commitment among managers, although coordination with local government agencies remains weak. The bureaucratic structure is still simple and lacks an integrated operational mechanism. Overall, this study highlights that the effectiveness of tourism policy implementation at Cemara Beach requires improved interagency communication, adequate resource support, and strengthened institutional capacity for sustainable community based tourism management. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan pengelolaan wisata Pantai Cemara di Gampong Lingka Kuta, Kecamatan Gandapura, Kabupaten Bireuen. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada empat aspek utama, yaitu komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi sesuai model implementasi kebijakan dari George C. Edwards III. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap aparat pemerintah gampong, pengelola wisata, dan masyarakat setempat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan pengelolaan wisata Pantai Cemara belum berjalan optimal. Dari aspek komunikasi, masih terdapat kesenjangan informasi antara pemerintah gampong dan pengelola wisata; pada aspek sumber daya, keterbatasan dana dan sarana prasarana menjadi kendala utama. Sementara itu, aspek disposisi menunjukkan adanya komitmen pengelola yang cukup tinggi, namun belum didukung koordinasi yang kuat dengan pihak pemerintah daerah. Struktur birokrasi juga masih bersifat sederhana dan belum memiliki mekanisme kerja yang terintegrasi.Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa efektivitas implementasi kebijakan pengelolaan wisata Pantai Cemara memerlukan peningkatan komunikasi antarpihak, dukungan sumber daya memadai, serta penguatan kelembagaan desa wisata agar pengelolaan dapat berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan implementasi dari tridharma perguruan tinggi melalui penyelenggaraan kuliah umum dengan tema "Reviving the Spirit of Samudera Pasai: Governance, Heritage, and the Future of Local Wisdom", kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk merevitalisasi nilai-nilai governance Samudera Pasai berbasis bukti arkeologis dan menjadikannya sebagai inspirasi tata kelola Indonesia modern. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan multidisipliner yang mengintegrasikan arkeologi, epigrafi, numismatik, dan ilmu pemerintahan melalui presentasi bukti material, analisis ilmiah, dialog interaktif, serta evaluasi komprehensif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan transformasi signifikan dalam pemahaman 150 peserta mahasiswa, dengan peningkatan kemampuan identifikasi sumber sejarah primer sebesar 40% dan pemahaman relevansi nilai lokal dengan kebijakan publik sebesar 42%. Diskusi berhasil mengungkap kompleksitas sistem pemerintahan, ekonomi, dan sosial-budaya Samudera Pasai yang tercermin dalam bukti arkeologis. Kesimpulan utama menegaskan bahwa integrasi pendekatan empiris-arkeologis dalam studi sejarah tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai koreksi historis tetapi juga sebagai fondasi penguatan identitas lokal dan formulasi kebijakan publik yang berkarakter. Rekomendasi mencakup pengembangan modul pembelajaran, penelitian lanjutan, dan integrasi temuan arkeologis dalam perencanaan pembangunan daerah.
