Abstract

Fakhrudin, Accounting Study Program Bachelor Program, STIE Muhammadiyah Cilacap Effect of Debt Policy, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin on Company Value in Manufacturing Companies Listed in BEI 2015 - 2017. This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of Debt Policy, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin on Company Value. The data used in this study is the data of Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The period used in this study is 3 years, starting from 2015 to 2017 in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample selection technique uses a purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data and the total sample used in this study is 64 companies that have been selected based on predetermined criteria. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1. Debt policy has no effect on Company Value 2. Return On Equity affects Company Value 3. Net Profit Margin has no effect on Company Value. Future studies are suggested to be able to expand the research sample and add variables. Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk melihat signifikansi dan relevansi hubungan antara Dakwah Islam dan kemajemukkan, secara historis, gagasan kemajemukkan diadopsi dari nabi Muhammad SAW, ketika beliau tinggal di Madinah. beliau hidup di wilayah dalam masyarakat yang heterogen dari berbagai agama, ras, warna kulit dan suku. Ada beberapa hadist dan ayat tentang kemajemukan. Dari ayat dan hadist tersebut dapat disimpulkan Islam mengakui kemajemukan atau pluralism, dengan demikina kita tidak bisa menyangkal bahwa pemikiran dan konsep dari implementasi agama adalah inklusivisme

Abstract

This research aims to analyze effective strategies in optimizing the use of social media, especially on the YouTube platform, by students of Sharia Economic Law. The focus of the study is on students' efforts to utilize social media as a relevant and beneficial tool within the context of social media business from an Islamic perspective, while also identifying legal protection issues related to YouTube social media content. The qualitative research method involves strategy analysis through surveys, interviews, and observations of Sharia Economic Law students, particularly those who are content owners (youtubers) actively using YouTube as a platform for content uploads. The content produced by youtubers is acknowledged as copyright that needs protection. The obtained data is then analyzed to explore and document comprehensive aspects within the JABODETABEK region. The research findings provide profound insights into the optimization of social media usage by Sharia Economic Law students, revealing inadvertencies in mentioning and attributing specific parties disseminated in the public domain. This may lead to prohibited defamation in Islam and conflict with the ITE Law. Islam emphasizes the importance of conveying information truthfully and avoiding manipulation or exploitation of facts. Other findings indicate that the presence of hackers has an impact on the protection of YouTube by youtubers. The implications of this research can contribute to the development of innovative learning strategies and enrich the understanding of students regarding the implementation of Sharia Economic Law in the digital era.

Abstract

Application count is not familiar to everyone, especially children. With the application of this count is expected to improve the ability of children in the process of learning to count. In scientific writing, the author makes an application counting containing elements of education. With the application of this counting method taught in RA Yasin Indramayu will be different from that used for calculating based on the rise and android application very easy to under go everywhere. the player has the task of counting applications learn to recognize numbers and answering questions with a true count of making this count applications using Adobe Flash CS 6 and using Action Script 3. While the author uses the Android operating system. With a view counting applications can be used as a medium of learning in supporting children's learning to count. Abstrak Aplikasi berhitung bukanlah hal yang asing lagi untuk setiap orang terutama anak-anak. Dengan adanya aplikasi berhitung ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan anak dalam proses pembelajaran berhitung. Pada penulisan ilmiah ini, penulis membuat suatu aplikasi berhitung yang mengandung unsur edukasi. Dengan adanya aplikasi berhitung ini metode yang di ajarkan di RA Yasin Indramayu akan berbeda dengan yang dulu karena di bangunnya aplikasi berhitung berbasis android yang sangat mudah di bawah kemana-mana. pemain aplikasi berhitung memiliki tugas belajar mengenal angka dan menjawab soal berhitung dengan benar. dalam pembuatan aplikasi berhitung ini menggunakan Adobe Flash CS 6  dan menggunakan Action Script 3. Sedangkan dalam sistem operasinya penulis menggunakan Android. Dengan tampilan aplikasi berhitung dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu media pembelajaran dalam mendukung proses belajar berhitung anak

Abstract

Students often face difficulties in solving math problems due to high cognitive load. This load can interfere with optimal information processing, particularly at the micro-level, such as in problem-solving steps. Although many studies have examined cognitive load, most focus on macro-level, with limited exploration of micro-level cognitive processing. To address this, an effective learning approach is needed to optimize students’ working memory capacity and promote knowledge transfer. This study aims to investigate the effect of an example-based learning model on cognitive load and knowledge transfer in mathematics learning. A quasi-experimental method was conducted involving 78 eighth-grade students from a school in Serang City, divided into two groups: an experimental group applying the example-based learning model and a control group using a problem-solving model. Data were collected using a mental effort rating scale and essay questions to measure cognitive load at each problem-solving step, along with retention and near-transfer tests. Analysis using Two-Way ANOVA showed that the example-based learning model significantly reduced cognitive load throughout the problem-solving stages. It also produced better outcomes in retention and near-transfer tests, indicating more effective knowledge transfer. These findings suggest that example-based learning can be a valuable instructional strategy to improve mathematical problem-solving, particularly for students with limited background knowledge. The novelty of this study rests on the simultaneous examination of retention and transfer, focusing on students' micro-level cognitive processing during example-based learning. Structured examples were shown to reduce cognitive burden while fostering transferable problem-solving strategies.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kuat efektivitas komunikasi, kualitas fungsional dan kualitas teknis terhadap komitmen keterhubungan dengan kepercayaan sebagai variabel mediasi, metode kuantitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas komunikasi, kualitas teknis, kualitas fungsional dan kepercayaan pada komitmen keterhubungan. Ada 4 tahap regresi; Variabel komitmen keterhubungan, kepercayaan, kualitas fungsional dan kualitas teknis. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah Koefisien regresi yang menunjukkan hubungan antara efektivitas komunikasi dan komitmen keterhubungan, Efektivitas komunikasi tidak mempengaruhi kepercayaan secara langsung, tetapi melalui persepsi kualitas teknis dan kualitas fungsional, Kualitas teknis diketahui juga mempengaruhi komitmen to connectedness through trust, quality and trust Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kualitas fungsional lebih mempengaruhi komitmen keterhubungan pelanggan daripada kualitas teknis dan Kualitas layanan merupakan variabel yang mempengaruhi kepercayaan, sedangkan komunikasi yang efektif akan menciptakan persepsi kualitas layanan yang lebih tinggi di mata pelanggan Kata kunci: Analisis jalur, kualitas layanan dan kepercayaan, Komitmen Keterhubungan dengan pelanggan

Abstract

Conflict is a social phenomenon that is present in social life, so that conflict is inherently means conflict will always exist in every space and time, anywhere and anytime. In this view, society is an arena of conflict or an arena of conflict and integration that is always going on. Therefore, conflict and social integration is a symptom that always fill every social life. Things that encourage the emergence of conflict and integration is the existence of similarities and differences of social interests . In every social life there is not a single human having the exact similarity, whether of ethnicity, interests, will, will, purpose and so on. From each conflict there are some that can be resolved, but some can not be resolved resulting in some acts of violence. Violence is a symptom that can not overcome the root of the conflict, causing violence from the smallest model of violence to war. Good communication is needed in problem solving and is important in achieving the success of a life in the community.Conflicts can be resolved well if communication is harmoniously established between the community, both verbal and non verbal. Effective communication patterns are one of the most important conditions in relation to resolving conflicts among conflict resolution societies that arise in marriage life especially in different national marriages, the subject of education because women and men are distinctly different in terms of communication. Abstract

Implementasi pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini masih menerapkan sistem pembelajaran yang menyeragamkan semua peserta didik. Padahal, pendidikan seharusnya mampu menyadari bahwa setiap peserta didik adalah individu yang unik dan memiliki karakter yang beragam. Tugas seorang pendidik adalah membimbing anak agar dapat tumbuh dan berkembang sesuai dengan kodratnya dalam mencapai kebahagiaan dan keselamatan. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut adalah dengan menerapkan konsep pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi membandingkan dua pendekatan, yaitu Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) yang berfokus pada tingkat kemampuan siswa, dan Universal Design for Learning (UDL) yang bertujuan meningkatkan pengalaman belajar semua peserta didik dengan cara menghilangkan hambatan dan memperluas akses terhadap pembelajaran. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pretest-posttest group design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan pendekatan purposif. Kelas X MIPA 1 ditetapkan sebagai kelas eksperimen, dan kelas X MIPA 2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen adalah 82,2, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol sebesar 71,3. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh bahwa hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan pendekatan Differentiated Learning menggunakan Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) lebih baik dibandingkan dengan siswa yang diajar menggunakan pendekatan Differentiated Learning dengan Universal Design for Learning (UDL). Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t satu pihak (kanan) yang menunjukkan nilai thitung = 4,79 > ttabel = 1,685954. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan pendekatan Differentiated Learning dengan Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan yang diajar menggunakan pendekatan Universal Design for Learning (UDL).
