Abstract

Pelayanan publik merupakan suatu usaha yang dilakukan oleh sekelompok atau seseorang birokrasi untukmemberikan bantuan seseorang masyarakat dalam rangka mencapai suatu tujuan tertentu. Salah satu dari pelayanan publik yaitu bidang administrasi kependudukan yang berada disuatu pemerintah dalam penerbitan dokumen dan data kependudukan melalui pendaftaran penduduk pencatatan sipil, pengelolaan  informasi administrasi kependudukan dan pendayagunaan hasilnya untuk pelayanan publik dan pembangunan  sumber lain. Adapun judul dari penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Bidang Administrasi Kependudukan Di Kantor Desa Bengkel Kecamatan Busungbiu Kabupaten Buleleng. Dengan rumusan masalah Bagaimanakan Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Bidang Administrasi Kependudukan Di Desa Bengkel Kecamatan Busungbiu Kabupaten Buleleng?Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif, sumber data adalah segala sesuatu yang dapat memberikan informasi mengenai data. Berdasarkan dari sumbernya, data dibedakan menjadi 2 yaitu data primer dan data skunder. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data, verifikasi data dan kesimpulan.Sudah saatnya di Kantor Desa Bengkel Kecamatan Busungbiu Kabupaten Buleleng meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publikmelalui standar pelayanan yang baik. Hal ini dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan ataupun perbaikan indikator-indikator yang belum terimplementasikan secara maksimal dalam dimensi tangible (bukti fisik), reliability (kehandalan), empathy (empati), resposiveness (daya tanggap), dan assurance (jaminan).

Abstract

This Community Service aims to improve legal knowledge for teachers and employees at SMA Wira Bhakti Singaraja, especially regarding employment. Community Service is carried out at SMA Wira Bhakti Singaraja. The location of the service was chosen deliberately, on the grounds that SMA Wira Bhakti Singaraja is one of the private schools where teachers and employees receive legal protection based on Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment (Labor Law). The target audience for this Community Service activity is teachers and employees at SMA Wira Bhakti Singaraja, totaling 15 people. 12 teachers and 3 employees. In this Community Service, data is analyzed using qualitative analysis, namely the data and facts found will be described. The results obtained from the community service activities of labor law counseling for teachers and employees at SMA Wira Bhakti Singaraja are the increase in insight and knowledge of counseling participants regarding aspects of labor law and mechanisms for resolving industrial relations disputes. With this counseling, teachers and employees can understand their rights and obligations protected by the Manpower Act. So with this understanding, industrial relations can be implemented properly.

Abstract

In the era of digitalization, the use of sign language in social contexts is increasingly prevalent in Bali, especially as a center for disability communities, particularly for the hearing impaired. It has even become a potential resource, as the strengths that accompany their challenges can offer unique advantages both academically and non-academically. This paper elaborates on the use of sign language at universities in Denpasar. According to regulations that ensure access for individuals with disabilities to attend higher education, such as the Minister of Research, Technology, and Higher Education Regulation No. 46 of 2017 regarding Special Education and Special Service Education in Higher Education, the Law on Persons with Disabilities No. 8 of 2016, and the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 20 of 2003 on the National Education System, universities are obligated to: not reject students with disabilities from studying on their campuses, provide appropriate facilities and infrastructure for students with special needs, and implement policies that allow eligible individuals with disabilities to participate in educational processes easily, comfortably, and safely. Higher education institutions can take various actions to support students with disabilities. They are even encouraged to establish Disability Service Units (DSUs) for hearing-impaired students. Universities are striving to implement the use of sign language. However, it cannot yet be fully concluded that a mandatory course on sign language is necessary; this requires a lengthy process and thorough study for effective implementation.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the potential, constraints and expectations of farmers in Anggabaya Subak as a sustainable subak to become agro-tourism. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. A qualitative approach was used to analyze the data from a survey of the community in Anggabaya Village. From the interview, it can be seen that Anggabaya subak has the potential to be developed into an agro-tourism. The obstacles faced are infrastructure problems such as roads, parking, toilets, and other supporting facilities that are not sufficient. The hope is to be able to open new job opportunities for local communities and be able to increase added value for farmers in Anggabaya subak. All efforts to make Subak Anggabaya an agro-tourism must be carried out by preserving nature and culture. Water sources, rice fields, farmers, subak temples, and autonomous properties both inside and outside must remain but must also be present.
