Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan BPJS Kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Prof.Dr.I.G.N.G Ngoerah terhadap kepuasan pasien, dengan fokus pada berbagai strata sosial masyarakat yang menggunakan layanan di rumah sakit tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran Likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan BPJS Kesehatan tergolong kategori baik dengan nilai sebesar 66%. Kepuasan pasien tergolong kategori baik dengan nilai sebesar 64%. Pengaruh antara variabel kualitas pelayanan terhadap variabel kepuasan pasien BPJS di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Prof.Dr.I.G.N.G Ngoerah sebesar 80.7% atau kategori sangat baik. Berbagai strata sosial masyarakat merasakan dampak kualitas pelayanan yang berbeda, namun peningkatan kualitas layanan secara keseluruhan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pasien secara menyeluruh.

As one of the largest Muslim democracies, Indonesia is facing a significant challenge, one of which is vote-buying among its Muslim voters. It is believed that vote buying is a popular type of bribery practice or so-called risywah. This raises basic questions for this study, namely how the vote buying practice takes place, How the intermediaries or political brokers play their role, and how the practice has been perceived by Islamic scholars. Choosing Madura as the research locus and the 2024 legislative member election event, this study used direct observation and in-depth interviews with various stakeholders consisting of voters, the election committee, the supervisory committee, prospective legislative members, and the winning team. Apart from that, it also used document tracing, including documents from the General Election Commission and online media sources. The study's findings indicate that vote buying was orchestrated by a network of political brokers who shape the behavior of political actors and Muslim voters. It is reinforced by the increasing pragmatism and economic orientation of Muslim voters when choosing representative candidates and political parties. The most popular ones are through the wholesale and retail schemes. Meanwhile, from an Islamic law standpoint, ranging from hadith, and Islamic mass organizations to Islamic scholars, vote buying is undoubtedly agreed its unlawful status despite the belief that it is almost impossible to win an election without committing to vote buying.

This study aimed to analyze the influence of ease of use, promotions, user experience, and user satisfaction on the intention to use GoPay on Tokopedia. With the growing adoption of digital technology in Indonesia, digital payment systems like GoPay have become a preferred option for e-commerce transactions. The scope of this study focused on Tokopedia users in Indonesia who had utilized GoPay as a payment method. Respondents were selected through purposive sampling, targeting active users who had previously used GoPay in their transactions. A total of 120 respondents participated in this study. The research employed a quantitative approach, utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to examine the relationships between variables. The findings reveal that ease of use, promotions, user experience, and user satisfaction significantly influence the intention to use GoPay, with promotions identified as the most dominant factor. These insights contribute to GoPay’s marketing strategy, highlighting the importance of enhancing promotions and delivering a positive user experience to sustainably increase user interest.

Bali merupakan salah satu Provinsi di Indonesia yang masih terus melestarikan adat dan budaya. Bali terkenal akan pariwisata, keberagamn budaya serta adat istiadatnya. Banyaknya terjadi kasus pencurian pratima, perkelahian, bahkan pembunuhan, menyebabkan kekhawatiran wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke Bali. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk untuk menganalisis konstruksi konsep pengelolaan keamanan nasional berbasis masyarakat adat di Bali. Identifikasi elemen-elemen yang memperkuat desa adat, untuk merekonstruksi pembangunan keamanan yang berskala Nasional tanpa meninggalkan budaya yang berbalut kearifan lokal Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan perspektif pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, atau dokumentasi. Proses penggalian data dilakukan dengan Teknik snow-ball. Berdasarkan informasi potensi yang diperoleh pada tahap I, kemudian dianalisis konstruksi pengelolaan baik dalam tupoksi, sumber daya manusia, kesejahteraan dan sarana dan prasarana penunjang yang diperlukan untuk tercapainya konsep pengelolaan keamanan nasional yang berbasis masyarakat adat di Bali. Yang ideal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan keamanan nasional berbasis masyarakat adat di Bali telah berjalan sesuai dengan konsep falsafah Tri Hita Karana tanpa mengabaikan realita fenomena keamanan dunia. Mengingat Bali adalah objek utama tujuan wisatawan baik lokal maupun internasional.

Subak adalah organisasi kemasyarakatan yang khusus mengatur sistem pengairan sawah (irigasi) yang digunakan dalam bercocok tanam padi. Subak memiliki pengaturan tersendiri, asosiasi-asosiasi yang demokratis dari petani dalam menetapkan penggunaan air irigasi untuk pertumbuhan padi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis rekontruksi Subak Lestari sebagai warisan budaya dunia dalam mewujudkan pencapaian ketahanan pangan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan perspektif pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan subak bagi masyarakat tidak hanya sekedar sistem irigasi, tetapi juga merupakan konsep kehidupan bagi rakyat Bali itu sendiri. Dalam pandangan rakyat Bali, Subak adalah gambaran langsung dari filosofi Tri Hita Karana tersebut. Sebagai suatu metode penataan hidup bersama, Subak mampu bertahan selama lebih dari satu abad karena masyarakatnya taat kepada tradisi leluhur. Pembagian air dilakukan secara adil dan merata, segala masalah dibicarakan dan dipecahkan bersama, bahkan penetapan waktu menanam dan penentuan jenis padi yang ditanam pun dilakukan bersama. Harmonisasi kehidupan seperti inilah yang menjadi kunci utama lestarinya budaya Subak di pulau dewata. Rekonstruksi inilah yang perlu untuk dikembangkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai inventarisasi perda, pergub, dan dasar hukum termasuk awig-awig dalam penguatan subak sebagai kendali dalam peningkatan hasil pertanian yang berkualitas.

This research was conducted to find out the potential, constraints and expectations of farmers in Anggabaya Subak as a sustainable subak to become agro-tourism. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. A qualitative approach was used to analyze the data from a survey of the community in Anggabaya Village. From the interview, it can be seen that Anggabaya subak has the potential to be developed into an agro-tourism. The obstacles faced are infrastructure problems such as roads, parking, toilets, and other supporting facilities that are not sufficient. The hope is to be able to open new job opportunities for local communities and be able to increase added value for farmers in Anggabaya subak. All efforts to make Subak Anggabaya an agro-tourism must be carried out by preserving nature and culture. Water sources, rice fields, farmers, subak temples, and autonomous properties both inside and outside must remain but must also be present.

This study aims to analyze the strengthening of village apparatus capacity in the implementation of public administrative policies in Pejeng Village, Gianyar Regency. The background of this research lies in the strategic role of village apparatus in ensuring effective and accountable village governance policies, as well as the challenges encountered in the implementation of public administration at the village level. The research employed a mixed methods approach, with data collection conducted through questionnaires administered to 60 village officials, in-depth interviews with 10 key informants, and document analysis. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, while qualitative data were thematically analyzed to identify patterns in the experiences of village officials in carrying out their duties. The findings indicate that the capacity of village apparatus—including technical competence, regulatory understanding, and managerial skills—significantly influences the effectiveness of public administrative policy implementation. The results also reveal that ongoing training, adequate resource support, and well-structured supervision systems are key determinants of successful implementation. The study concludes that strengthening village apparatus capacity not only improves administrative performance but also reinforces the legitimacy of public policies at the local level. The policy implications emphasize the need for integrated interventions between the district, provincial, and village governments to sustainably enhance the competency of village apparatus.

Amidst the digital transformation and efforts to restore an inclusive economy in Bali, the work ethic of government officials is a crucial foundation for public service. This study evaluates the work ethic of employees at the West Denpasar District Office, the spearhead of the bureaucracy, directly in touch with the dynamics of urban society. This analysis aims to map the quality of work ethic based on the theoretical perspectives of Utilitarianism and Deontology, and its relationship to professionalism in the digital economy era. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach with a total sampling technique of 45 respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire covering 12 work ethic indicators and analyzed using frequency distribution and interval analysis techniques. The findings indicate that the overall work ethic of employees is in the "Good" category with an accumulative score of 2,316. Specifically, the indicators for responsibility, work values, and creativity achieved the "Very Good" category, reflecting a strong internalization of moral obligations. However, the indicator for the ability to face problems with a clear mind received the lowest score, indicating the need to strengthen stress management in a high-pressure work environment. Employees have demonstrated solid integrity in supporting Bali's development vision.
