Abstract

Kepuasan pasien merupakan suatu kondisi terpenuhinya keinginan, harapan dan kebutuhan pasien. Berdasarkan survey awal terhadap 10 orang pasien rawat inap, 5 pasien mengatakan kurang puas dan 5 pasien lainnya mengatakan tidak puas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Islam Ibnu Sina. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSI Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru pada bulan Juli - Agustus tahun 2018. Teknik sampling yang digunakan accidental sampling, dengan populasi semua pasien yang mendapat pelayanan rawat inap di RSI Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru tahun 2017 sebanyak 705 pasien,  serta jumlah responden 88 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  pelayanan dokter P-value = 0,001,  OR = 6,046 (2,329 – 15,697), pelayanan perawat P-value =0,001, OR= 6,597 (2,526 – 17,231), sarana penunjang P-value =0,001, OR= 6,857 (2,635 – 17,844) . Dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan antara pelayanan dokter, pelayanan perawat dan sarana penunjang dengan kepuasan pasien di ruang rawat inap RSI Ibnu Sina Tahun 2018. Diharapkan pihak rumah sakit mensosialisasikan dan memberi pelatihan kepada dokter dan perawatnya agar dapat bekerja dengan totalitas, ramah dan empati, dan meningkatkan kualitas  sarana prasarana.

Abstract

Disease control program for Acute Respiratory Infection is a program for infectious diseases. Aims of this program is to lowering the number of toddler’s pain and death that caused by Acute Respiratory Infection or Pneumonia. The implementation program of this program at Sungai Pakning’s Community Health Centre, Bengkalis Regency, was still not effective. It shown that pneumonia discovery was still low ( 2,64%) and it’s still far from the target of national policy for pneumonia control (100%). Aim of this study was to know how is the implementation program of diseases control for acute respiratory infection at Sungai Pakning’s Community Health Centre, Bengkalis Regency, based on indicators of achievement process (intensification program, improvement and development of human resources, and partnerships). This research was qualitative study. There were eight persons as a sample consists of Head of Disease Control Program for Acute Respiratory Acute, Head of Community Health Centre, Doctor, Nurse, midwife of Integrated Management of The Sick Toddler, Cadre of Health, Community Leader, and Religious Figures. It used triangulation of sources, method, and data. The results shown that there’s no fund for disease control program of ISPA, less human resources is caused the lack of trained personnel for Pneumonia implication thru integrated management of the sick toddler nor verbal autopsy. Then the partnership of cross program or sectoral was not so good. Even the internal of Community Health Centre has policy to used BPJS services as a scape goat to rise the fund. Availability of facilities and infrastructure of integrated management of the sick toddler policlinic should be completed. Increases of human resources capacity by given a training for integrated management of the sick toddler and verbal autopsy. Building partnership and involving the community participation in the middle of disease control program for acute respiratory infection.

Abstract

Jumlah penderita DM di Indonesia adalah sebanyak 12,1 juta pada tahun 2014. Diperkirakan pada tahun 2030 DM di Indonesia meningkat menjadi 21,3 juta. Angka kesakitan dan kematian akibat DM di Indonesia cenderung berfluktuasi setiap tahunnya sejalan dengan perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat yang mengarah pada makanan siap saji dan sarat karbohidrat. Puskesmas Lima Puluh mengalami peningkatan kasus diabetes mellitus setiap tahunnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program pengendalian diabetes mellitus di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lima Puluh kota pekanbaru tahun 2021. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam dan observasi kepada 4 orang informan terdiri dari Kepala Puskesmas, penanggung jawab program DM, dan dua orang pasien diabetes mellitus. Waktu pelaksanaan penelitian ini sudah dilakukan pada bulan Mei tahun 2021 sampai Juli Tahun 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program pengendalian penyakit diabetes mellitus di Puskesmas Lima Puluh belum maksimal. Hal ini dikarenakan masih kekurangan sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana yang belum memadai, pembiayaan yang masih dibagi di setiap program penyakit, dan pelaksanaan yang sudah tidak berjalan selama dua tahun. Disarankan kepada Puskesmas untuk meningkatkan sumber daya manusia, melengkapi sarana dan prasarana serta meningkatkan upaya pelaksanaan terutama di program pengendalian penyakit diabetes mellitus.   The number of people with Diabetes Mellitus in Indonesia was 12.1 million in 2014. It is estimated that by 2030 DM in Indonesia will increase to 21.3 million. The morbidity and mortality rates due to diabetes mellitus in Indonesia tend to fluctuate every year in line with changes in people's lifestyles that lead to fast food and carbohydrates. Fifty Health Center has increased cases of diabetes mellitus every year. This study aims to determine the implementation of the diabetes mellitus control program in the working area of ​​the Puskesmas Lima Puluh Kota Pekanbaru in 2021. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive research design with in-depth interviews and observations to 4 informants consisting of the Head of the Puskesmas, the person in charge of the program, and two patients with diabetes mellitus. The timing of this research was carried out from May 2021 to July 2021. The results showed that the implementation of the diabetes mellitus control program at the Lima Puluh Health Center was not optimal. This is because there is still a shortage of human resources, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, funding that is still shared in each disease program, and implementation that has not been running for two years. It is recommended to the Puskesmas to increase human resources, complete facilities and infrastructure and increase implementation efforts, especially in the diabetes mellitus disease control program

Abstract

Perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat di tempat kerja, menumbuhkan lingkungan kerja yang sehat dan nyaman, menurunkan angka absensi sakit, meningkatkan produktivitas kerja merupakan tujuan dari promosi K3. Dengan adanya potensi bahaya yang besar maka perlu adanya  penerapan program K3 di puskesmas sebagai langkah untuk mengupayakan terjaminnya keselamatan kerja tenaga kesehatan.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Implementasi Perilaku Petugas Kesehatan Dalam Penerapan PHBS Di Tempat Kerja Sebagai Upaya Promosi K3 Di Puskesmas Kota Baru Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 5 orang terdiri dari Pj program PHBS, kepala puskesmas, bidan, perawat, tenaga penyuluhan kesehatan. Pengumpulan data kualitatif dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa SDM (sumber daya manusia) atau tenaga kesehatan pada bidang PHBS sudah tersedia, untuk program PHBS dana yang di peroleh dari dana BOK. Pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan seperti bidan, perawat, PJ program PHBS, tenaga penyuluhan terhadap PHBS di Tempat Kerja di Puskesmas Kota Baru Kurang baik, sikap petugas kesehatandalam penerapan PHBS di tempat kerja sudah cukup baik. Kebijakan Puskesmas terkait pelaksanaan PHBS di tempat belum dalam bentuk kebijakan tertulis. Diharapkan agar pihak puskesmas Kota Baru membuat kebijakan secara tertulis agar bisa di baca dan di terapkan bagi tenaga kesehatan. With the potential for great danger, there needs to be theimplementation of the occupational health and safety program in healthcenters as a step to ensure the safety of health workers. The purpose ofthe study to find out the Implementation of Health Officer Behavior in theImplementation of PHBS in the Workplace as an Effort to Promoteoccupational health and safety in New City Health Centers in 2021. Theresearch is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The information in thisstudy consisted of 5 people consisting of in charge of clean and healthyliving behavior programs , head of puskesmas, midwives, nurses, andhealth counseling staff, Qualitative data collection is done with interviewsand observations. Data validity uses triangulation techniques. The resultsof the study can be concluded that human resources (human resources)health workers in the field of PHBS are already available. for the PHBSprogram, funds obtained from BOK funds. Knowledge of health workerssuch as midwives, nurses, people in charge of PHBS programs andhealth extension workers Against PHBS at Work in The New City HealthCenter Less good, the attitude of health workers in the application ofPHBS in the workplace is good enough. Puskesmas policy related to theimplementation of PHBS on the spot is not yet in the form of a writtenpolicy. It is expected that the Kota Baru health center will make a policy inwriting so that it can be read and applied to health workers

Abstract

Non-medical logistics as supporting equipment in perfecting and completing services at the Hospital that are beneficial for patients and Hospital employees. Hospital logistics has functions that are summarized in the logistics cycle including planning, procurement and storage. The planning process has been said to be going well because it has been carried out in accordance with existing procedures, however, in the procurement and storage process there are obstacles that have not been implemented effectively. So it is interesting for researchers to look at the logistics management of non-medical goods at RSIA Annisa. The aim is to determine the logistics management of non-medical goods at the RSIA Annisa Pekanbaru in 2024. The method used is descriptive qualitative research. The research was carried out in April-May 2024 at the RSIA Annisa. The informants in this research were 5 people consisting of the Financial Manager, Logistics Coordinator, PJ Logistics, Secretariat and Spirituality, and PJ IPSRS. The results of this research show that the logistics management of non-medical goods at the RSIA Annisa in terms of human resource input is still insufficient, facilities and infrastructure are still inadequate. The planning process has gone well, the procurement process has gone well but there are still obstacles to stock shortages, the storage process has gone well but the warehouse storage space is still insufficient. Existing obstacles still need to be evaluated to improve better logistics management of non-medical goods in the general support section and non-medical logistics warehouse at the RSIA Annisa Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Voluntary Counselling and Testing (VCT) adalah proses konseling dan tes HIV secara sukarela atas inisiatif individu yang bersangkutan. Jumlah kunjungan VCT di Puskesmas Sungai Pakning mengalami penurunan dari tahun 2021 yaitu sebesar 38,2%, dan pada tahun 2022 mengalami penurunan sebanyak31,1% Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pelayanan Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT) di UPTD Puskesmas Sungai Pakning Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif berdasarkan komponen input dan proses layanan VCT, dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 7 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sumber daya manusia pelayanan VCT di Puskesmas Sungai Pakning sudah memiliki tim yang terdiri dari dokter, paramedis, petugas administrasi dan petugas laboratorium. Namun mereka mempunyai tugas pokok lain yang harus dilaksanakan pada waktu yang bersamaan. Dampak banyaknya tugas membuat pelayanan VCT menjadi kurang maksimal. Petugas dalam penjangkauan terhadap sasaran pemeriksaan di lapangan masih kurang dimana dalam penjangkauan ini memerlukan kerjasama dengan sektor lain seperti LSM. Infrastruktur layanan VCT sudah memadai, meski belum memenuhi standar. Cara pelayanan VCT sesuai dengan SOP/pedoman/petunjuk teknis. Program layanan VCT belum berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini disebabkan tugas ganda petugas VCT. Diharapkan petugas VCT dapat mengatur jadwal VCT agar tidak bentrok dengan tugas lainnya. Meningkatkan kerja sama lintas sektor dalam penargetan
