Abstract

Data yang diperoleh dari UPT Puskesmas Kempas Jaya memiliki 12 Desa/Kelurahan. Salah satunya adalah Kelurahan Harapan Tani dengan jumlah suspek TB paru yang terbanyak yaitu 32 orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kondisi lingkungan rumah dan perilaku anggota keluarga terhadap suspek TB paru di Kelurahan Harapan Tani Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain case control. Penelitian dimulai dari bulan Agustus hingga Oktober tahun 2018 di Puskesmas Kempas Jaya. Populasi adalah seluruh pasien di Puskesmas Kempas Jaya dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 74 kelompok kasus dan 74 kelompok kontrol, pengambilan sampel secara simple random sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah rekam medik, kuesioner, dan lembar ceklist. Analisa dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat. Hasil uji statistik dengan menggunakan uji chi square diketahui variabel independen dan dependen yaitu terdapat hubungan antara kepadatan hunian (p-value =0,023, 95% CI: 1,227-7,499), kelembaban (p-value =0,011, 95% CI: 1,372-8,364), ventilasi (p-value= 0,029, 95% CI: 1,181-7,229), pencahayaan (p-value = 0,014, 95% CI: 1,322-8,066), pengetahuan (p-value =0,036, 95% CI: 1,137-6,967) dan sikap (p-value =0,024, 95% CI: 1,137-6,967) berhubungan dengan kejadian TB paru. Diharapkan pihak puskesmas dapat bekerja sama dengan dinas kesehatan untuk dapat merencanakan pengadaan rumah sehat dan memberikan memberikan penyuluhan yang bisa dilakukan oleh pihak Puskesmas yang bekerjasama dengan lintas sektoral mengenai bahaya TB paru.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Sanitasi pada makanan merupakan upaya untuk mengamankan dan menyelamatkan agar makanan tetap bersih, aman dan sehat. Masih ditemukan pedagang makanan yang belum memenuhi standar hygienitas terutama pada makanan jajanan anak di Sekolah Dasar (SD). Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan hubungan hygiene dan sanitasi pedagang makanan dilihat dari pengetahuan, personal hygiene, kebersihan peralatan, cara penyajian dan lingkungan.Metode: Jenis penelitian observasional, desain cross sectional. Pemilihan sampel berjumlah 35 pedagang makanan pada sebelas SD di Kota Pekanbaru dengan purposive sampling. Penelitian dimulai bulan Juni-Agustus 2019. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuisioner terstruktur. Analisis data menggunakan uji univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi-square pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%.Hasil: Masih terdapat 18 orang (51,4%) hygiene dan sanitasi makanan dengan kategori rendah (<700). Ada hubungan signifikan antara personal hygiene, pengetahuan, kebersihan peralatan, cara penyajian dan lingkungan dengan hygiene dan sanitasi makanan dengan ρ-value ≤ 0,05 dan nilai POR> 1. Sedangkan untuk kebersihan peralatan merupakan faktor dominan dengan POR = 8,400 (1,829-38,568).Simpulan: Kelima variabel yang diteliti berhubungan dengan hygiene dan sanitasi makanan dan merupakan faktor risiko. Perlu koordinasi. peran aktif dan pengawasan pihak sekolah bersama pemerintah dalam penerapan standar kebersihan, keamanan dan makanan sehat bagi siswa SD di Kota Pekanbaru. ABSTRACT Title: Hygiene and Sanitation of Snack Traders for Elementary School Students in Pekanbaru, RiauBackground: Food sanitation is an effort to secure and save food to keep it clean, and healthy. But there are still food traders who do not use hygiene standards, especially in snacks in elementary schools. The study aimed to describe the correlation between hygiene and sanitation of food vendors seen from the knowledge, personal hygiene, equipment cleanliness, sanitary presentation, and the environment.Method: It was observational with a cross-sectional design. The sample selection consisted of 35 food traders at eleven elementary schools in Pekanbaru with purposive Sampling. The study was conducted for three months (June-August). The research instrument used a structured questionnaire. The data analysis used univariate and bivariate  analysis with chi-square test at 95% Confidence Interval.Result: There are still have  18 (51.4%) traders whose food hygiene and sanitation are in a low category (Standart <700). There was a significant correlation between, personal hygiene, knowledge, equipment cleanliness, sanitary presentation, and the environment with food hygiene and sanitation with p-value < 0.05 and POR > 1. Meanwhile, equipment hygiene was the dominant factor with POR = 8,400 (1,829-38,568 ).Conclusion: The five variables studied were related to food hygiene and sanitation as a risk factors. Need coordination. the active role and supervision of the school committee together with the government in implementing hygiene, safety, and healthy food standards for elementary school students in Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Pusat kesehatan masyarakat (Puskesmas) di masa pandemi COVID-19 berperan penting dalam upaya pencegahan COVID-19, upaya yang dilakukan Puskesmas yaitu dengan mengubah prilaku masyarakat agar mematuhi protokol kesehatan dalam upaya pencegahan penularan COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Penerapan program pencegahan COVID-19 di Puskesmas Sidomulyo Rawat Inap Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan desain deskriptif analitik yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran informasi tentang Penerapan program pencegahan COVID-19 di Puskesmas Rawat Inap Sidomulyo Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru.hasil dari penelitian ini adalah upaya pencegahan COVID-19 belum berhasil dilaksanakan dikarenakan sumber daya manusia (SDM) masih kurang. Standar operasional Prosedure (SOP) sudah ada dan dijalankan sesuai dengan peraturan Kemenkes RI, Sarana prasarana yang belum mencukupi, anggaran Dana yang masih kurang dan mengalami hambatan dalam pencairannya, dan kurangnya sosialisasi dari puskesmas dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan 3M, menjaga jarak, mencuci tangan, menggunakan masker dan penyemprotan disinfektan pada masyarakat. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam penelitian ini melakukan analisa tentang program pencegahan COVID-19 di Puskesmas dengan cara melakukan pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dengan hasil analisi data menggunakan triagulasi data. Penelitian ini diharapkan agar penerapan program pencegahan COVID-19 di puskesmas dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan dapat meminimalisir angka kejadian COVID-19 dikarenakan mengingat semakin tingginya angka kejadian terkonfirmasi positif COVID-19 di kecamatan Tampan Kota PekanbaruKata Kunci : COVID-19, Menjaga Jarak, Menggunakan Masker, Mencuci Tangan, Disinfektan

Abstract

This research is entitled Youtuber's Strategy in Determining Opinion Leader in Covid-19 Pandemic Video Content. This study at to determine: (1) What was the YouTuber video content program during the Covid-19 pandemic? (2) What was the YouTuber strategy in determining opinion leader? This research method used a descriptive qualitative approach. The data were obtained using a list of questions given to the informants. Then, the data were analyzed and reviewed. After that, an abstract was made of all the results of the interview. The number of informants was three people with different opinion leader, including whether hidden or unhidden. The selection of informants in this qualitative study used purposive sampling technique, which was a method of deliberately determining informants based on certain criteria or certain considerations. In this study, the selection of informants was based on criteria, including: number of subscribers, uploading videos during the Covid-19 pandemic, and having opinion leader. Data analysis was by using thematic data, which the findings were processed based on themes in accordance with the framework. The results of this study indicated that YouTubers had various programs such as music, vlogs, podcasts, and tutorials. This depends on the needs and passion of the YouTubers. It also showed that the YouTuber's strategy in determining opinion leader had two flow schemes. First, the YouTuber first identified the content idea to be made, then found an opinion leader by paying attention to the opinion leader criteria, such as sources of attraction and sources of trust. Second, YouTubers determined opinion leader before content was created. Information exposure obtained from opinion leader would be a reference material for the emergence of content ideas. In addition, YouTubers also paid attention to the requirements of opinion leaders such as social perception, ability in abstract thinking, emotional stability, public speaking and action.

Abstract

Crisis communication is a strategy for managing crisis situations through the process of sending and receiving information during or after a crisis event with the aim of managing the situation, minimizing damage, and ensuring the safety of the people involved, or victims. The leadership of the National Police institution has an important role in carrying out crisis communications as a communicator in improving the organization's reputation. The scandal, which was not carried out institutionally, but involved the involvement of high-ranking police officials and a number of other police officers, caused the reputation of the police organization to experience the threat of a crisis of public distrust. Law enforcement agencies that are actually faced with violations of the law are demanded by both the families of victims and the public that police agencies prioritize transparency, accountability and justice in resolving cases. The three stages of the press conference as a form of conveying the National Police Chief's crisis communication were chosen for analysis, namely the press conference held on August 4, 9 and 25 2022. Based on the content analysis, it was concluded that the most highlighted messages were relevant messages, messages emphasizing credibility, and statements. ongoing process. Meanwhile, the Timely message and messages of empathy for victims were not highlighted in the National Police Chief's press conference to show that empathy is an important thing in the National Police Chief's crisis message.

Abstract

Kondisi rumah yang rapat sehingga sanitasi di lingkungan tersebut yang kurang baik dan tidak terjaga. Pembuangan limbah cair tidak memenuhi syarat seperti aliran pencuci piring tidak memiliki saluran khusus, kakus juga tidak memiliki bangunan yang tertutup sempurna dan bangunan jamban yang diseminisasi tidak sempurna sehingga adanya rongga yang akan mngakibatkan jamban terlihat kotor berpotensi menimbulkan kejadian diare di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sapta Taruna. Diare adalah suatu kondisi dimana seseorang buang air besar secara berlebihan > 3kali sehari serta perubahan konsistensi tinja (menjadi cair atau setengah padat) dengan lendir maupun darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara personal hygiene ibu rumah tangga dan sarana sanitasi dasar dengan kejadian diare pada balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sapta Taruna Tahun 2021. Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sapta Taruna Tahun 2021. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari 2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif analitik observasional dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah ibu yang memiliki balita umur 0 bulan - <5 sebanyak 393 ibu dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 responden. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teknik “Purposive Sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji statistik chi-square dengan tingkat kemaknaan α=5% (0,05) dan derajat kepercayaan CI= 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan personal higiene (OR sebesar 3,367 dan p 0,017), pengetahuan (OR sebesar 3,000 dan p = 0,031), dan tidak adanya hubungan penyediaan air bersih (OR sebesar 2,893 dan p = 0,107), ketersediaan jamban (OR sebesar 2,280 dan nilai p = 0,144). Diharapkan ibu  mengajarkan pada balitanya cara menjaga kebersihan diri terutama saat makan makanan dan minuman, setelah bermain, dan setelah buang air besar maupun buang air kecil The condition of the house is tight so that the sanitation in the environment is not good and not maintained. Diarrhea is a condition in which a person defecates excessively > 3 times a day and changes in the consistency of the stool (to be liquid or semi-solid) with mucus or blood. This study aims to determine the relationship between the personal hygiene of housewives and basic sanitation facilities with the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers in the working area of ​​the Sapta Taruna Health Center in 2021. The location of this research was carried out in the Sapta Taruna Health Center Work Area in 2021. The time of the study was carried out in February 2021. This research is an observational quantitative analytic study with a cross sectional research design. The population of this study were mothers who had toddlers aged 0 months - <5 as many as 393 mothers with a total sample of 80 respondents. In this study, the researcher used the “Purposive Sampling” technique. The data was collected using a questionnaire, the data were analyzed using the chi-square statistical test with a significance level of =5% (0.05) and a degree of confidence CI= 95%. The results showed that there was a personal hygiene relationship (OR was 3.367 and p 0.017), knowledge (OR was 3,000 and p = 0.031), and there was no relationship between clean water supply (OR was 2.893 and p = 0.107), latrine availability (OR was 2.280 and p value = 0.144). Abstract

Makanan dan minuman merupakan kebutuhan pokok untukmenunjang kehidupan makhluk hidup dalam kehidupan sehari- haridengan memenuhi syarat kesehatan hygiene dan sanitasi yangterkelola dengan baik. Pencegahan terjadinya kerusakan danpenyakit akibat pangan di lakukan melalui tindakan penerapanprinsip higine dan sanitasi pada makanan yang mengacu padaPermenkes No.1096/Menkes/Per/VI/2011 mulai dari pemilihanbahan baku, sumber air yang digunakan, pengolahan bahanmakanan, kebersihan peralatan yang digunakan, penyimpananmakanan jadi dan proses akhir pengolahan. Tujuan penelitian iniadalah untuk Mengetahui hygiene sanitasi makanan di daerahindustri rumahan keripik rubikyang terletak di Kecamatan Mandau,Kota Duri. Penelitian ini merupakan peneltian kualitatif deskriptifyaitu dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara mendalam.Sampel yang menjadi informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 7orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terpenuhinya syarat airuntuk pencucian bahan baku, pengolahan yang dilakukan ditempatdan kondisi peralatan yang digunakan kurang bersih. Penelitimenyarankan kepada Pemilik industri rumahan keripik rubik agarmemperhatikan proses pencucian bahan baku dengan air mengalirserta melakukan pengolahan dan peralatan yang higienis agarmenghindari terkontaminasi dari bakteri yang dapat menyebabkankeracunan makanan. This research is a descriptive qualitative researchnamely by conducting in-depth observations and interviews.The sample who became the informant in this study amounted to 7person. The results showed that the water requirements were not fulfilledfor washing raw materials, processing carried out on-siteand the condition of the equipment used is not clean. Researchersuggest to the owner of the Rubik's Chip Home industry thatPay attention to the process of washing raw materials with running waterand perform hygienic processing and equipment so thatavoid contamination from bacteria that can causefood poisoning.

Abstract

Dampak mengkonsumsi air minum yang kurang memenuhi syarat kesehatan beresiko terhadap berbagai masalah kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengolahan air minum isi ulang terhadap kualitas bakteriologis (eschericia coli) di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Ukui tahun 2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan mode deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang pengolahan air minum isi ulang terhadap kualitas bakteriologis (eschericia coli) di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Ukui tahun 2021 dilakukan bulan Februari 2021. Informan pada penelitian ini yaitu 5 orang informan utama pemilik depot air minum isi ulang, 2 orang informan pendukung yaitu masyarakat serta 1 orang petugas puskesmas. Pengolahan data menggunakan triangulasi data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa air baku diambil dari sumur bor kemudian diletakkan pada tanki air yang terbuat dari stainless stell. Ada 6 tahapan dalam proses penyaringan air. Tahapan saringan yang dilakukan yaitu dari bak penampung air kita saring menggunakan pasir khusus lalu disaring dengan menggunakan filter. Setelah itu airnya dimasukkan dulu ke dalam bak stainless stell kemudian menggunakan filter lalu menggunakan ultraviolet dan terakhir dimasukkan ke dalam galon. Bahan yang digunakan untuk penyaringan yaitu menggunakan pasir khusus. Pada tahap desinfeksi, proses pemeriksaan terhadap wadah yang akan digunakan oleh konsumen dilakukan dengan cara mencuci galon air terlebih dahulu kemudian dibilas dengan air mengalir. Seluruh sampel air pada seluruh depot mengandung bakteri colifrom. Saran bagi tenaga kesehatan untuk melakukan penyuluhan dan pelatihan kepada pemilik depot untuk memperbaiki cara pengolahan air yang dilakukan sehingga tidak terdapat bakteri coliform pada air minum. There are 6 stages in the water filtration process. The filtering steps carried out are from the water reservoir, we filter it using special sand and then filter it using a filter. After that, the water is first put into a stainless steel tub, then using a filter and then using ultraviolet and finally put into a gallon. The material used for filtering is using special sand. At the disinfection stage, the inspection process of the containers that will be used by consumers is carried out by washing gallons of water first and then rinsing with running water. All water samples in all depots contained colifrom bacteria. Suggestions for health workers to conduct counseling and training to depot owners to improve water treatment methods so that there are no coliform bacteria in drinking water.

Abstract

Dermatitis is a skin disease that affects the surface of the skin, caused by fungi, viruses, germs, and bacteria. This study aims to determine the relationship between sanitation and personal hygiene with the incidence of dermatitis in the community within the working area of Puskesmas Garuda. The study employed a quantitative method with a case-control design and consecutive sampling technique. The study population consisted of 531 cases and 35,518 controls, with a total sample of 128 respondents (64 cases and 64 controls). Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis with the Chi-Square test. The results showed a significant relationship between sanitation, personal hygiene, and the incidence of dermatitis, including clean water facilities (P-value = 0.001; OR = 3.462), waste disposal facilities (P-value = 0.0001; OR = 5.000), hand, foot, and nail hygiene (P-value = 0.0001; OR = 4.522), skin hygiene (P-value = 0.0001; OR = 4.041), and bed cleanliness (P-value = 0.0001; OR = 4.505). It is recommended that Puskesmas provides education to the community on the importance of maintaining personal and environmental hygiene to prevent disease. This includes the use of closed waste bins, sorting waste from the household level, and regular waste disposal. Hand, foot, and nail hygiene should also be maintained through regular handwashing, cleaning of feet, and trimming of nails. Routine assistance is necessary to create a clean home environment and support the implementation of clean and healthy living behaviors.Keywords: Sanitation, Personal Hygiene, Dermatitis

Abstract

Hygiene and sanitation is a specific action to improve hygiene and health through maintaining the health of each individual and the environment that affects it. Of the several restaurants that do not meet the requirements as many as 12 restaurants. Identifiable risk factors include unhygienic food ingredients, improper processing, improper storage, contaminated equipment and people handling the food. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of restaurant hygiene and sanitation in the Tarempa sub-district, Siantan district, Anambas Islands district in 2022. This type of research was qualitative. The research was conducted in one of the restaurants in the Anambas Islands Regency that did not meet the requirements in March 2022. There were five informants consisting of one restaurant owner, two handlers, and sanitarian staff and visitors. Collecting data using interviews and observations in restaurants that do not meet the requirements. The results showed that in the restaurant some variables did not meet the hygiene and sanitation requirements based on the Minister of Health Number 1098/MENKES/SK/VII/2003 such as not using gloves, not providing organic and inorganic waste bins and toilets that had not been separated and did not have a septic tank. The suggestion is that it is necessary to make efforts to improve the application of hygiene and sanitation in restaurants and attend special training on hygiene and sanitation requirements.
