Abstract

AbstractIn Indonesia, public regard sex as something natural. Sex is god’s omnipotence, hence it is not important to communicate it to children and teenagers. They will know the information about sex as soon as they grow older. However the rapid growth of mass media, puts many parents in a dilema. How the parents protect the children from the trap  of cultural sexuality values, and social reality values particularly from the case of sexual harshment. Abstract

Abstrak:Perempuan merupakan salah satu komponen yang sangat penting dalam bidang pembangunan masyarakat pesisir. Kehidupan nelayan yang kerapkali lekat dengan belenggu kemiskinan dan ketidakpastian penghasilan mendorong para perempuan nelayan untuk lebih giat memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam perekonomian rumah tangga mereka, khususnya pada aktivitas pasca penangkapan. Minimnya ketrampilan yang dimiliki, upah bekerja yang rendah hingga ketiadaan jaminan sosial kerja merupakan sebagian dari kendala-kendala yang selalu dihadapi oleh perempuan nelayan. Transfer pengetahuan berkenaan dengan pengelolaan hasil laut pasca penangkapan didukung dengan strategi pemasaran dan manajemen pengelolaan keuangan merupakan salah satu di antara program-program pengembangan masyarakat pesisir yang berorientasi pada perempuan, yang bisa dilakukan oleh pemerintah, sehingga apa yang telah dilakukan oleh para perempuan nelayan selama ini tidak lagi dipandang sebelah mata dan harapan untuk dapat hidup sejahtera serta bebas dari belenggu kemiskinan dapat pula terwujud.Kata Kunci:perempuan, rumah tangga nelayan, dan pemberdayaan kualitasAbstract:Women become one of  important components in the development of coatsal area  community. The lif of fisherman has been often identical with the poor life and the indeterminancy income. It encourages women in the coastal area to be more active in in supporting the family income by giving the real contribution mainly after fishing time. For these women,  life is not really easy. They face some troubles, inspite of they are poorly skilled they also underpaid and they don’t have work and social sureties. This article suggets some programs that is women oriented; they include knowledge transformation on sea product management, marketing strategy, and finance management. After all, we cannot in a capacity to  neglect what these women do to keep the family, to realize a  wealthy life, and to break free from  poverty. Key words:women, fisherman family, and quality empowerment.

Abstract

Generally, questions reform movement within Islam can be grouped into three variants, the West, and Nationalism. For the first group, one of the things that can restore the glory of the Muslims is a necessity to return to the Islamic shariah. As for the second group, the basic principles which can restore the glory of the Muslims is to make the progress of Western civilization as an example and a model. As for the third group, the weakness of the Muslims caused by the reluctance of Muslims to acknowledge the existence of a variety of changes and developments in their lives. Because its one way to cure it is to eliminate the old institutions were deemed unnecessary because Islamic civilization to develop institutions that also have suffered a setback.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of good corporate governance, financial ratio and cash position to the dividend policy. Good corporate governance variables consist of managerial ownership and institutional ownership. Financial ratio variables which are used in this research are profitability (ROA), Liquidity (CR), and Leverage (DER). This research has found some evidences that managerial ownership, institutional ownership, profitability, liquidity, leverage, and cash position simultaneously have significant influence to the dividend policy. The result of research shows that managerial ownership, institutional ownership, profitability variables partially have influence to the dividend policy. While, liquidity, leverages, and cash position variables have no influence to the dividend policy. Keywords: Corporate Governance, Financial Ratio, Cash Position

Abstract

In al-Qurân affirmed that God created humans in order to render the final destination or the results of its activities as a dedication to him. Activities are intended by God is summed up in the verses of al-Qurân which affirms that man is the vicegerent of Allah (khalifatullah fil `ard). In its status as vicegerent on earth cans, M. Quraish Shihab explained that the man lives in nature got the power or duty of Allah, namely prosperity or building earth in accordance with the concept defined by God. The verses mentioned above, if observed, contains the concept of the meaning of human education. Man as the Caliph of Allah given a very heavy burden. The task can be carried out properly, if people equipped with knowledge, skills and noble personality in accordance with the will of Allah. All of this can be met only through education.

Abstract

This article was aimed to explain the nature of market mechanism in Islamic economic thought as well as its practice in current days. Historical dan philosophical approach were used in the analysis to oversee Islamic basic teaching on market and to explore ideas and insights of muslim scholars regarding the subject. The article concluded that within Islamic framework, market mechanism has been regarded as important part of economic activities so that its existence has been main concern of many scholars. Market mechanism that protect people of the right and just price has also been considered as important and neccesary for better life. This then implied the need to keep market mechanism work which was part of government duties.

Abstract

This study attempts to model and optimize the complicated electrical discharge machining (EDM) process using soft computing techniques. Artificial neural network (ANN) with back propagation algorithm is used to model the process. In this study, the machining parameters, namely pulse current, on time, off time and gap voltage are optimized with considerations of multiple performance characteristics such as metal removal rate (MRR) and surface roughness. As the output parameters are conflicting in nature so there is no single combination of cutting parameters, which provides the best machining performance. Genetic algorithm (GA) with properly defined objective functions was then adapted to the neural network to determine the optimal multiple performance characteristics.

Abstract

Kata akademik berasal dari serapan bahasa Inggris, yaitu academy. Secara harfiah, kata academy berarti sekolah, yang juga dapat diartikan sebagai segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan proses penunjang kegiatan sekolah atau lembaga pendidikan beserta pelaku didalamnya. Berdasarkan pada pengertian akademik di atas, maka sistem informasi akademik adalah segala macam hasil interaksi antara elemen di lingkungan akademik untuk menghasilkan informasi yang kemudian dijadikan landasan pengambilan keputusan, melaksanakan tindakan, baik oleh pelaku proses itu sendiri maupun dari pihak luar. SMPN 1 Panguragan untuk penyampaian informasi tugas dan materi masih bersifat konvensional, dengan kata lain proses belajar mengajar dan penyampaian informasi yang berkaitan dengan tugas dan materi hanya dapat dilakukan pada saat pertemuan dikelas dan lingkungan sekolah. Jika pertemuan serta penyampaian informasi antara siswa dan guru tidak terjadi maka proses pembelajaran dan pemberian informasi kepada siswa terhambat. Permasalahaan lain mengenai sistem pengolahan nilai belum terintregasi dengan database, membuat data nilai mudah hilang. Belum adanya sistem pengolahan data akademik, yang membuat data akademik menjadi kurang teroganisir. Sistem informasi akademik sekolah ini menggunakan media penyimpanan data yang disebut database, dimana data-data pengelolaan, seperti nilai, tugas, materi, dan keuangan saling terintegrasi satu sama lain yang tersimpan pada sebuah hardware komputer. Dalam hal ini, LAN (Local Area Network) yang menghubungkan antara admin dengan aplikasi client dan terhubung dengan server pusat melalui jaringan local. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi literatur, sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah waterfall.
