Abstract

One of the main problems influencing Indonesian corporate sustainability is financial distress. The moderating effect of managerial ownership on the impact of financial performance—more especially, liquidity ratios (cash ratio), solvency ratios (DER), and profitability ratios (ROI)—on financial distress is investigated in this paper. Data from 32 food-related companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) spanning 2020 to 2023 is used in the study. Analyzed using SmartPLS, which combines inner and outer model assessments to ascertain validity, dependability, and variable influence, Higher profitability and solvency ratios clearly help to lower financial stress; managerial ownership and liquidity have no direct bearing on this regard. Furthermore, managerial ownership indicates that higher managerial ownership reduces financial instability when solvency rises, so improving the relationship between solvency and financial distress. Managerial ownership does not, however, help to moderate the effects of liquidity and profitability on financial distress. These results underline the need of managerial ownership in improving corporate resilience against financial distress.

Abstract

This research was conducted on PT. Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm 12 Tongas Probolinggo with the aim of determining the influence of leadership, work motivation, organizational commitment on the performance of PT employees. Charoen Pokphand Jaya Agriculture 12 Tongas Probolinggo. The type of research used is a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 41 permanent employees. The data sources used in this research come from primary data and secondary data. Data was collected through questionnaires and completed through data analysis methods in the form of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R-Square) and partial tests. The research results show that leadership, work motivation and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. It can be proven that from the partial test of the leadership variable (X1) the value obtained is tcount (3.198) > ttable (1.687) with sig = 0.003. The work motivation variable (X2) obtained a value of tcount (3.652) > ttable (1.687) with sig = 0.001. And the organizational commitment variable (X3) obtained a value of tcount (4.513) > ttable (1.687) with sig = 0.000.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the extent to which the variables of emotional intelligence, work discipline and work motivation affect employee performance at BKPSDM Probolinggo City both simultaneously, partially, and dominantly. The type of research used is a quantitative research method with a causal relationship. The variables studied are emotional intelligence, work discipline, work motivation and employee performance, with a total of 43 respondents. The data analysis method from the research results is a quantitative description method using SPSS in the form of validity tests, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing. The results of the study are shown by the multiple regression equation Y = 3.558 + 0.428X2 + 0.202X2 + 0.220X3 + 2.481. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis test Fcount 38.865> Ftable 2.85 with a Sig. value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that there is an influence of emotional intelligence, work discipline and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance. For the results of the partial hypothesis test, the t-count value, X1 = 6.623, X2 = 2.424, X3 = 2.456 > t table = 2.0225 with the Sig. value of the four variables <0.025. This means that there is an influence of emotional intelligence, work discipline and work motivation partially on employee performance. The results of the dominant hypothesis test show that the emotional intelligence variable (X1) has a greater beta coefficient value than other independent variables

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan, komitmen dan komunikasi terhadap loyalitaspelanggan pada PT. Telkom Indonesia Kantor Cabang Kraksaan Kabupaten Probolinggo. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan hubungan asosiasif kausal ialah jenis penelitian yang dipakai. Kepercayaan (X1), komitmen (X2) dan komunikasi (X3) ialah variabel independen. Sedangkan loyalitas pelanggan(Y) ialah variable dependen yang dipakai di dalam penelitian ini. Sampel didalam penelitian ini ialah sebanyak 97 pelanggan. Penetapan sampel yang dipakai didalam penelitian ini ialah purposive sampling. Uji dugaan sementara (Hipotesis) bisa diambil kesimpulan yaitu varaibel kepercayaan diperoleh nilaithitung>ttabel (2,393> 1,660) menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, variable komitmen diperoleh nilai thitung>ttabel (2,001 > 1,660) menunjukkan bahwa komitmen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan variable komuniasi diperoleh nilai thitung>ttabel (2,948> 1,660) menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Occupational safety and health, work environment, and work discipline need to be considered by every company to improve employee performance. This study aims to determine the relationship and influence between occupational safety and health, work environment, and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT Hakamindo Petro Chem using associative quantitative research methods. PT Hakamindo Petro Chem employees as many as 36 employees are the population in this study and the sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique with 36 employees as samples in this study. Likert scale is used as data collection and measurement in this study. The data sources in this study come from primary and secondary data. Methods for obtaining research data, researchers used observation, documentation, and questionnaire methods. Furthermore, the data that has been obtained is analyzed using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of hypothesis testing in this study have proven that there is a positive and significant influence between occupational safety and health, work environment, and work discipline partially and simultaneously on employee performance, the results of this study also show that work safety has a dominant influence on employee performance

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo with the research objective to be achieved is to determine the influence of Self Esteem, Self Efficacy, and Rewards and Partial Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo. During the time the researcher conducted the research, the sample taken was 44 respondents using the sampling technique, namely incidental sampling technique. The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive research, the variables used include Self Esteem, Self Efficacy, Reward and Employee Job Satisfaction. The data analysis method from the results of this research is a quantitative descriptive method using statistics in the form of instrument tests, normality tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and partial hypothesis testing (t test). The research results are shown by the results of a partial hypothetical test that has been carried out with a significance level of 5%. It can be concluded that 1) Self Esteem with a tcount value of 3.606 is greater than ttable 1.683. 2) Self Efficacy with a tcount value of 2.484 is greater than ttable 1.683. 3) The award with a tcount value of 3,892 is greater than ttable 1,683.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Panca Marga University with the aim of finding out the influence of online promotions, brand image and shopping lifestyle on impulse buying. The type of research used is quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The population was Panca Marga University students with a sample of 94 respondents and the sampling technique used Probability Sampling with the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling method. The data analysis methods used are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that online promotion has a significant effect on impulse buying on Shopee e-commerce, brand image has a significant effect on impulse buying on Shopee e-commerce, shopping lifestyle has a significant effect on impulse buying on Shopee e-commerce, online promotion, brand image, and shopping lifestyle simultaneously have a significant effect on impulse buying on Shopee e-commerce.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Ease of Use, Security, and Trust on the Purchase Decisions of TikTok users, specifically among students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Panca Marga. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 110 students via a Google Form questionnaire. Analysis through SmartPLS software revealed that Security significantly affects Purchase Decisions, while Ease of Use and Trust showed minimal influence. Findings suggest that TikTok’s data security features play a crucial role in user confidence and purchase intent. This research contributes to understanding how social media platforms influence consumer behavior differently compared to traditional e-commerce sites.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan rancangan hubungan kausal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh gairah kerja, kompetensi kerja dan retensi karyawan terhadap kinerja. Dimana dalam penelitian ini terdapat 32 individu dalam populasi yang dijadikan sampel. Dengan metode sensus dalam pengambilan sampel. Analisis menggunakan smartPLS 4.0 yang meliputi dua jenis model yaitu evaluasi model pengukuran dan evaluasi pengukuran struktural. Penelitian di UD. Probo Sakti Kota Probolinggo telah menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi secara signifikan positif oleh variabel gairah kerja, kompetensi kerja dan retensi karyawan.
