Abstract

This research studies about English and Indonesian prepositions. The aims of the research are to find the similarities and differences between English and Indonesian prepositions. The data are analyzed using contrastive analysis. In analyzing the data contrastive analysis is employed to find the similarities between English and Indonesian prepositions and to find the differences between English and Indonesian prepositions. The result of the study shows that there are four similarities between English and Indonesian prepositions: (1) Based on the meaning, to indicate the name of city, country, province and place the English prepositional meaning place on, in, and at are similar with Indonesian prepositional meaning place di. (2) Based on the meaning, the English prepositional meaning place above and over are similar with Indonesian prepositional meaning place di atas to indicate the place that higher than a point. (3) Based on The Meaning, the English prepositional meaning place under, underneath, beneath and below are similar with Indonesian prepositional meaning place di bawah to indicate the place that lower than a point. (4) Based on the meaning, the English prepositional meaning place between and among are similar with Indonesian prepositional meaning place di antara to indicate the place on side of a person or thing that has two sides. There are four differences between English and Indonesian prepositional meaning place. (1) Based on the meaning, to indicate the place, Indonesian prepositional meaning place use di while English prepositional meaning place use in, on, and at. (2) Based on the meaning, the use of English prepositional meaning place above and over are different from Indonesian prepositional meaning place di atas to indicate the place that higher than a point. (3) Based on the meaning, the use of English prepositional meaning place under,underneath, beneath and below are different from the Indonesian prepositional meaning place di bawah to indicate the place that lower than a point. (4) Based on the meaning, the use of English prepositional meaning place between and among are different from Indonesian prepositional meaning place di antara to indicate the place on side of a person or thing that has two sides.

Abstract

It is very important to pay attention to factors that can affect employee performance, such as work stress experienced by employees or occupational safety and health. This research was conducted at PT. Akas Mila Sejahtera Probolinggo with the objectives (1) To determine the simultaneous effect of work stress and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) on employee performance. (2) To determine the partial effect of work stress and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) on employee performance. (3) To determine the dominant influence between work stress and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) on employee performance. The population of this research is the employees of PT. Akas Mila Sejahtera City of Probolinggo, amounting to 90 people. The sample taken by the Slovin method is as many as 73 people, with the criteria of employees who work as drivers, kondiktur, kernet and workshops with incidental data collection techniques. The approach used is quantitative with analysis using SPSS software. The results showed that work stress and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) had a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Institusi yang telah mendapat akreditasi pelayanan tentunya akan selalu mempertahankan kinerjanya. Penelitian ini bermaksud mengkaji sembilan unsur pelayannan terhadap indeks kepuasaan masyarakat sebagai evaluasi kinerja pelayanan. Sembilan unsur pelayanan tersebut adalah: Persyaratan, Prosedur, Waktu_Pelayanan, Biaya, Informasi Produk Pelayanan, Kompetensi_Pelaksana, Perilaku Pelaksana, Janji Pelayanan, dan Penanganan_Pengaduan. Penelitian survey kepuasan_masyarakat dengan metode deskriptif_kuantitatif. Populasinya masyarakat penerima layanan jasa-kesehatan dengan accidental sampling 345 responden. Hasil penelitian indeks kepuasan perunsur masuk kategori baik (B) dan sangat baik (A). Total indeks kepuasan masuk kategori (A) sangat baik. Sedangkan Penanganan pengaduan dan janji pelayanan adalah unsur yang memiliki indeks kepuasan perunsur terendah dibanding dengan unsur lainnya. Dua unsur ini yang butuh mendapat konsentrasi dari manajemen kinerja pelayanan.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Social Service on Jalan Raya Dringu No. 13 Pabean Village, Dringu District, Probolinggo Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline (X1) and training (X2) on employee performance (Y). The type of research used is quantitative research, with a population of 57 employees using data analysis methods, including validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, analysis of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing using the SPSS 22 statistical program . The results showed that all the validity test results of all variables were valid with results greater than the r table 0.261 and the reliability test results of all variables produced reliable results with results greater than the Cronbach Alpha value of 0.60. The results of this test show that the variable the value of tcount ttable (2.026 > 1.673) (sig. 0.048 0.05) which means that the X2 variable affects the Y variable. The independent variable that has the most dominant influence on the dependent variable with the largest tcount value is the work discipline variable (X1) of 7.486 which is greater than the tcount value of the training variable (X2) of 2.026. this means that the work discipline variable (X1) has the most dominant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing whether there is a positive and significant effect of Word Of Mouth on the Decision to Use Services of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo City, knowing whether there is a positive and significant effect of Customer Experience on the Decision to Use Services of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo City, knowing whether there is a positive and significant effect of Service Quality on the Decision to Use Services of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo City. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research with a Causal Associative approach with Word Of Mouth, Customer Experience, and Service Quality as independent variables and Service Usage Decisions as the dependent variable. The population in this study were service users at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo City with a sample of 90 respondents and the sampling technique used Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that Word Of Mouth, Customer Experience, and Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Use Services of PT. Abstract

This research was conducted on the Department of Education and Culture in the City of Probolinggo with the aim of finding out the significant influence of Recruitment, Career Development and Compensation simultaneously on Performance at the Department of Education and Culture in the City of Probolinggo. The independent variables in this research are Recruitment, Career Development and Compensation. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is Employee Performance. The type of research used is quantitative research with a causal associative approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The population referred to in this research is all employees at the Probolinggo City Education and Culture Office. Sample determination was carried out using non-probability sampling which resulted in a sample of 60 respondents. This research data uses primary and secondary data. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that Recruitment has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Career Development has a significant effect on Performance. Compensation has a significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the extent to which the variables of emotional intelligence, work discipline and work motivation affect employee performance at BKPSDM Probolinggo City both simultaneously, partially, and dominantly. The type of research used is a quantitative research method with a causal relationship. The variables studied are emotional intelligence, work discipline, work motivation and employee performance, with a total of 43 respondents. The data analysis method from the research results is a quantitative description method using SPSS in the form of validity tests, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing. The results of the study are shown by the multiple regression equation Y = 3.558 + 0.428X2 + 0.202X2 + 0.220X3 + 2.481. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis test Fcount 38.865> Ftable 2.85 with a Sig. value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that there is an influence of emotional intelligence, work discipline and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance. For the results of the partial hypothesis test, the t-count value, X1 = 6.623, X2 = 2.424, X3 = 2.456 > t table = 2.0225 with the Sig. value of the four variables <0.025. This means that there is an influence of emotional intelligence, work discipline and work motivation partially on employee performance. The results of the dominant hypothesis test show that the emotional intelligence variable (X1) has a greater beta coefficient value than other independent variables

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Amak Firdaus Utomo, Probolinggo City with the aim of this research being to examine the influence of work stress, workload and work environment on employee performance at PT. Amak Firdaus Utomo, Probolinggo City. The population in this study were employees of PT Amak Firdaus Utomo, Probolinggo City, totaling 393 employees. The sample in this study uses the technique used in this research is the simple random sampling technique. According to Dewi&Pertiwi in (Devi et al, 2023) "If there are less than 100 subjects, it is better to take all of them, and if there are more than 100 subjects then the sample is taken between 10% - 15% - or 20% - 25% or more. The sample used in this research was 59 employees of PT Amak Firdaus Utomo, Probolinggo City. Analysis was carried out using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear tests, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis tests. The results of this research show that: (1). The work stress variable has an influence on employee performance, (2). Workload variables have an influence on employee performance, (3) work environment variables have an influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, stress kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Pos Indoesia (Persero) kota Probolinggo. Metode pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan teknik sampling insidental yang berjumblah 40 orang yang terdiri dari karyawan kantor pos. Data dikumpulkan melalui beberapa cara diantaranya yaitu kuesioner atau angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan diolah melalui analisis data yaitu validitas dan realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, uji multikoliniaritas, uji autokorelasi, dan uji heteroskedastisitas serta analisis regresi berganda, analisis determinasi dan uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji f). Hasil pengujian hipotesis pada tingkat signifikan 5%  memperlihatkan bahwa nilai t hitung untuk keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yaitu 2.502, nilai t hitung untuk stres kerja sebesar 2,178, sedangkan nilai t hitung untuk lingkungan kerja sebesar 4.355.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompetensi, Beban Kerja Dan Pengembangan Karier terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Argapura Kabupaten Probolinggo. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan assosiatif kausal dan teknik analisis regresi berganda menggunakan SPSS. Sampel diambil secara sampling jenuh dari seluruh pegawai kantor pusat. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi, Beban Kerja, dan Pengembangan Karier berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung dan Fhitung yang lebih besar dari ttabel dan Ftabel , serta nilai signifikansi < 0,05. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya pengelolaan ketiga variabel tersebut dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.
