Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk pemberdayaan guru denganmemberikan edukasi dan penerapan postural control yang baik dan menambahwawasan terhadap evaluasi pembelajaran online, serta dengan penambahanedukasi konsep critical learning, senam rhythmic auditory stimulation (RAS) dansenam otak. Lingkup pengabdian masyarakat ini dikhususkan pada guru-guru diSMPIT Ummu’l Quro Depok. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi edukasi danpraktik dengan postural control dan critical learning, evaluasi pembelajaran onlinedan senam RAS dan senam otak. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dilakukanmeliputi edukasi, praktik dengan pendampingan senam RAS dan senam otak.Evaluasi kegiatan yang digunakan adalah aspek pengetahuan dan keterampilan.Kemampuan guru-guru dalam memahami materi dan mempraktikkan senam RASdan senam otak didapat hasil 90% para guru dapat memahami materi yangdiberikan oleh penyaji dan dapat mempraktikkannya dengan baik dengan nilairata-rata dari nilai 60 saat pre-test menjadi 80 saat post-test. Kesimpulan PKM iniadalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan postural control, critical learning dalampembelajaran online, dan keterampilan para guru tentang senam RAS dan senamotak

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana kesiapan guru dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SDN Kemanggisan 10 Pagi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesiapan guru dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru kelas I, II, IV dan V. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa pada dimensi pemahaman beberapa guru sudah memahami Kurikulum Merdeka dan beberapa lainya belum terlalu memahami Kurikulum Merdeka, persentase kesiapan berada pada kategori 80% siap. Pada dimensi kesehatan, keseluruhan guru sudah memenuhi indikator persiapan fisik, mental dan persiapan emosional dengan persentase kesiapan berada pada kategori 100% siap. Pada dimensi perencanaan pembelajaran, beberapa guru sudah memenuhi indikator persiapan perencaaan pembelajaran dengan persentase kesiapan berada pada kategori 85% siap. Pada dimensi pelaksanaan pembelajaran, keseluruhan guru sudah memenuhi indikator persiapan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan persentase kesiapan berada pada kategori 100% siap. Pada dimensi penilaian pembelajaran, keseluruhan guru sudah memenuhi indikator persiapan penilaian pembelajaran dengan persentase kesiapan berada pada kategori 100% siap. Hasil temuan tersebut menunjukan bahwa kesiapan guru dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SDN Kemanggisan 10 berada pada kategori siap, namun belum secara keseluruhan siap

Abstract

Teacher leadership is critical in shaping the educational environment and promoting positive change within schools. Teacher leadership fosters educational innovation and creates supportive learning environments. This study investigates the self-perceived leadership qualities of pre-service teachers, focusing on essential domains of teacher leadership, including self-awareness, leading change, communication, diversity, instructional proficiency, continuous improvement, and self-organization. Utilizing a structured survey instrument adopted and adapted from TLSA (Teacher Leadership Self-Assessment) by Katzenmeyer and Moller (2009). Data was gathered from a sample of teacher candidates to assess their competencies in these domains. The teacher candidates were the final-year Primary Teacher Education Program students at Esa Unggul University. The findings indicate varying levels of readiness among the participants. The categorical analysis provides insights into specific areas where future teachers demonstrate potential and highlights domains where further development may be beneficial. This research contributes to the understanding of teacher leadership in the context of teacher preparation programs and underscores the importance of targeted support in nurturing well-rounded teacher leaders. Implications for curriculum adjustments and the integration of leadership training in teacher education programs are discussed.

Abstract

Environmental disaster was important issue to be solved. Current situation disasters such as flood, earthquake, tsunami, volcanoes and others could be happened. This study aimed to obtain information about the relationship between knowledge of disaster and preparedness behaviors and disaster preparedness behaviors. This research was a Sequential Explanatory combination research consisting of 2 variables, namely knowledge about disaster mitigation as an independent variable (X) and disaster preparedness behaviors as a dependent variable (Y). This research was conducted in January-June 2019. The population in this study was all students of Grade XI MIPA in MAN in Bogor City in the academic year 2018/2019 with a total sample of 207 respondents. Research data were obtained using multiple choice test and observation sheet. Quantitative data analysis with descriptive statistical calculations, prerequisite tests using the Liliefors test and the Bartlett test. The data hypotheses testing used the Pearson Product Moment formula. Analysis of qualitative data carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between knowledge of disaster mitigation and disaster preparedness behaviors (t-value 3.56 > t-statistic 0.05, r=0.234 & r2=5.51%) with a low interpretation value. The conclusion of this research there were low relationship between knowledge of disaster and preparedness behaviors.
