Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk analisis pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja pada kinerja pegawai PDAM Tirto Negoro Sragen. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh berbagai permasalahan kinerja seperti keluhan pelanggan, pelayanan yang lambat, dan kurangnya komunikasi di tempat kerja. Metode penelitian yang dipakai ialah kuantitatif dan mengikuti pendekatan eksplanatori. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 150 pegawai PDAM yang dipilih melalui sensus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan metode least squares (PLS) dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel bebas kompensasi, yaitu: motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja, memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi yang memadai memberikan rasa dihargai kepada karyawan sehingga mendorong mereka bekerja lebih optimal. Motivasi kerja, baik secara intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik, terbukti meningkatkan semangat dan produktivitas. Lingkungan kerja yang kondusif juga membantu menciptakan kenyamanan dalam bekerja, sehingga mendukung pencapaian target organisasi. Dengan hasil ini, manajemen PDAM Tirto Negoro Sragen diharapkan dapat meningkatkan strategi kompensasi, menciptakan motivasi kerja yang berkelanjutan, serta memperbaiki lingkungan kerja untuk mendorong kinerja yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Background: Learning media is a medium used in the learning process which includes teacher aids in teaching and is a means for students to receive learning messages. Interactive multimedia is a form of multimedia that is illustrated by the designer so that its appearance fulfills the function of informing messages and having interactive features for its users. Aim: The purpose of this study was to understand the effect of using interactive multimedia on students' learning motivation in Islamic religious education subjects. Method: The research method used was literature study and the data were generated from different relevant journal articles. Findings: The results showed that the use of interactive multimedia can develop students' learning motivation in Islamic religious education meta lessons and can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Equal rights for individuals with disabilities. This research investigates different sign language training centers, accommodation options, and assistive devices for disabilities, focusing on accessibility for individuals with disabilities. The study's findings show that there are insufficient advancements in accessibility, with numerous obstacles still encountered by individuals with disabilities. These obstacles consist of insufficient disability-accessible facilities, scarcity of readily available information, and low awareness among the community and policymakers about the unique requirements of individuals with disabilities. This research indicates that enhanced regulation and oversight are necessary, alongside the active involvement of all stakeholders, to achieve inclusive and accessible facilities for individuals with disabilities. It is therefore anticipated that individuals with disabilities will be able to fully exercise their rights and engage in community life without facing discrimination.
