Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Profitability, Leverage, Liquidity terhadap Tax avoidance. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Dimana populasi yang diambil untuk penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan food and bevarage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2021 serta sampel yang diambil untuk penelitian ini ada 13 perusahaan dikali 4 tahun sehingga dapat 52 data yang diobservasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda sedangkan uji hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji t atau uji parsial, uji f atau uji simultan dan uji determinasi. Hasil regresi liniear berganda yaitu ETR = 32,416 - 0,562X1 – 0,024X2 - 0,004X3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa profitability, Leverage, Liquidity berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Tax Avoidance sedangkan secara parsial hanya Profitability yang berpengaruh terhadap Tax Avoidance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis efek hard skill dan efikasi diri pada kesiapan kerja mahasiswa di Kota Medan. Penulis menggunakan positivist approach dengan menguji model secara empiris dan regresi berganda sebagai teknik analisis (software SPSS 26). Metode penentuan sampel dengan purposive sampling dengan metode pengmpulan data menggunalan distribusi kuesioner secara online dengan menggunakan google form. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 150 mahasiswa. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah bahwa secara sebagian dan bersama hard skill dan effikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan dan positif pada kesiapan kerja mahasiswa di kota medan. Penulis menyarakan untuk mengkaji variabel lainnya dalam memprediksi kesiapan kerja mahasiswa seperti, pengalaman mahasiswa dikampus, lingkungan akademis kampus, kualitas layanan pendidikan dan sebagainya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand awareness, event sponsorship, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian air minum kemasan merek Aqua di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan uji determinasi. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 160 pelanggan Aqua di Kota Medan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, brand awareness memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian air minum kemasan merek Aqua di Kota Medan. Demikian pula, event sponsorship dan kualitas produk masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan, variabel brand awareness, event sponsorship, dan kualitas produk bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian air minum kemasan merek Aqua di Kota Medan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan pentingnya memperkuat brand awareness, mengadakan event sponsorship yang tepat, dan menjaga kualitas produk untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian oleh konsumen.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research which aims to determine whether job training, work motivation and work ethic influence the sales performance of PT. Alfa Scorpii Medan. The population used in this research is state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2013-2017. The number of samples obtained using several criteria was 100 data. This research uses the Logistic Regression Analysis method with the help of the E-Views (Statistical Product and Service Solution) data processing program version 10. The results of this research show that the fixed asset intensity variable has no effect on the decision to revaluate fixed assets, the liquidity variable and the cash flow from variable. operation has a significant negative effect on fixed asset revaluation decisions. Meanwhile, the leverage and firm size variables have a significant positive effect on fixed asset revaluation decisions

Abstract

This study is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach, namely an approach that explores the main topics in this study using descriptive texts. The data used in this study is secondary data that the researcher obtained indirectly from scientific articles, books, scientific journals, and various other sources commonly used in research. The data used was analyzed using smart PLS 4.0 analysis tools. The result in this artcile show that toll road infrastructure development has several positive impacts, including accelerating the distribution of goods and services, strengthening the industrial and manufacturing sectors, improving the tourism sector, encouraging the growth of MSMEs and the regional economy, and so on. In addition to its positive impacts on economic growth, toll road infrastructure development also has several negative impacts, one of which is environmental pollution. To address this issue, every toll road infrastructure development should also protect the environment and adhere to a sustainable development system.
