Abstract

Kabupaten Lamongan merupakan salah satu sentra utama perikanan budidaya di Jawa Timur dengan produksi bandeng yang tinggi dan berkelanjutan. Potensi ini belum sepenuhnya dioptimalkan oleh pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), khususnya dalam sektor pengolahan hasil laut. UMKM Bandeng Reza, yang memproduksi otak-otak bandeng secara tradisional, menjadi contoh nyata dari pelaku usaha yang memiliki produk unggulan namun terkendala pada aspek efisiensi produksi, jangkauan pemasaran digital, dan pencatatan keuangan yang belum terstruktur. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan produktivitas usaha Bandeng Reza melalui pendekatan teknologi dan manajerial. Metode pelaksanaan program meliputi identifikasi masalah secara partisipatif, pengadaan Teknologi Tepat Guna berupa mesin pengaduk bumbu dan daging bandeng, pelatihan pemasaran digital menggunakan media sosial dan marketplace, serta pelatihan pencatatan keuangan berbasis aplikasi digital. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kolaboratif yang melibatkan dosen, mahasiswa, dan mitra usaha secara aktif. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta analisis kemampuan mitra dalam menerapkan teknologi dan keterampilan baru. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan efisiensi produksi, pemahaman terhadap pemasaran digital, serta kemampuan awal dalam menyusun laporan keuangan usaha. Komitmen dan keterlibatan mitra menjadi indikator penting keberlanjutan program. Program ini memberikan kontribusi strategis terhadap penguatan UMKM berbasis sumber daya lokal dan ekonomi biru, serta dapat direplikasi di wilayah pesisir lainnya yang menghadapi permasalahan serupa.

Abstract

BPSDM East Java Province plays an important role in ensuring the existence of quality State Civil Apparatus in carrying out public services. This causes the East Java BPSDM to maximize employee performance by focusing on factors influencing Employee Performance. The purpose of the study is to analyze the impact of Organizational Culture and Communication on Employee Performance at the East Java BPSDM. The study design is quantitative with SPSS regression analysis. The study population is 218 East Java BPSDM employees. Determination of the sample through the Slovin formula so that the study sample is 141 samples. Data collection through questionnaires. The results of the study prove that Organizational Culture and Communication have a significant impact on Employee Performance partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

Human Resources play a vital role in determining the success of an organization. The existence of human resources with maximum performance can improve organizational performance. The research goals to analyze the partial and simultaneous impact of the work environment and work motivation on the performance of BAPSD East Java employees. The study uses a causal type. The sample population is 37 BAPSD East Java employees. Data collection through Questionnaires with SPSS analysis. The results of the study prove that the Work Environment has no significant correlation with Employee Performance, but Work Motivation has a significant correlation with Employee Performance. While simultaneously the Work Environment and Work Motivation have a significant correlation with Employee Performance.

Abstract

Emergency situations are conditions that need attention wherever and whenever they occur. The government has issued regulations regarding the Integrated Emergency Response System (SPGDT), but its implementation is not yet uniform. During emergencies, both medical and non-medical services needed by patients must be provided promptly. The Public Safety Center is a service for emergency cases conducted swiftly, accurately, and carefully for the community. Several regions that have implemented this service continue to develop the services provided to have a greater impact, one of which is the Public Safety Center of Tulungagung Regency, which currently implements the hotline service and the Emergency Button Public Safety Center 119 application, and from the developed services, numerous achievements have been obtained. Apart from the achievements of the developed services, the Public Safety Center of Tulungagung Regency is the first of its kind in Indonesia, thus attracting attention to see in detail how the implementation process of these services is carried out. The implementation analysis conducted in this research is based on Merilee S. Grindle's implementation theory, which consists of two major variables: content of policy and context of implementation, using qualitative research methods. The results show that the implementation process is indeed structured and clear or detailed in each of its indicators, but reinforcement is still needed in several indicators to maximize the implementation process.

Abstract

Violence against children still often occurs in the city of Surabaya. Families still face obstacles in solving problems due to parents' lack of understanding in caring for children. Families need a place for consultation and support as well as learning processes so that the scope of the family can be maximized. The Surabaya city government is trying to protect children. One of the efforts of the Surabaya City Government is that the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (PPPA) has the best Family Learning Center (PUSPAGA) program. PUSPAGA services are under the auspices of the Surabaya City Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning (DP3APPKB) Service. PUSPAGA Surabaya City is present in the community for those who need services related to family problems, including childcare information. The aim of this research is to find out how the PUSPAGA program is evaluated in efforts to prevent child violence in DP3APPKB Surabaya (Counseling Service Case Study). This study uses a qualitative method. The theory used belongs to the PUSPAGA Program using Ripley's 7 evaluation indicators (Purwanto & Sulistyastuti, 2012), namely access, coverage, frequency, bias, service delivery, accountability, suitability of the program to needs. The PUSPAGA program for Surabaya City Counseling services has been running well in every indicator. Even so, the Surabaya City Government should be more proactive in informing the public about the existence of PUSPAGA services in the City of Surabaya.
