Abstract

An online platform known as social media enables direct or indirect business engagement and promotion. The increasing growth of internet users has sped up information flow and made it simpler for users to communicate with one another across time, space, and distance. Researchers conduct their research using qualitative approaches, which rely on information gleaned from questionnaire distribution, observations, and interview findings. According to survey findings, 89% of MSMEs are happy with the way Instagram is being used to communicate and sell their businesses. Instagram reelss are a great tool for MSME businesses since they advertise establishments that Instagram users can view. MSMEs concur that the brand image of products on Instagram is excellent since devoted customers with great Instagram profiles will stick with the company. MSMEs who use Instagram for social media are successful marketers who gain a competitive edge in this way

Abstract

This qualitative study explores the development of a technology-enabled social media marketing strategy for MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in Bandung City. Through analyzing how MSMEs in Bandung City utilize social media and technology in their marketing efforts, as well as identifying the benefits gained and challenges faced so far. In this research method, we surveyed a number of MSMEs in Bandung and conducted structured interviews with them. The implementation of social media marketing strategies, their impact on business performance, and the factors that influence the implementation of these strategies are described through qualitative analysis of the collected data. The results of this study show that most MSMEs in Bandung City have adopted social media marketing strategies using various technological tools. The study also identified significant benefits obtained by MSMEs, such as increased online visibility, increased interaction with customers, increased sales, and increased content creativity..

Abstract

This research is based on the existence of a new trend in business activists, namely offshoring, where the system that is expected to use this new method is able to provide maximum business benefits by reducing costs to a minimum. Outsourcing cannot be separated from business activities as a third party in service, it is hoped that outsourcing can have a full impact on the company in order to minimize losses from less skilled employees. The Indonesian economy during the COVID-19 pandemic has become a new challenge for business activists recently. The method used in this research is (Systematic Literature Review) where the author makes a study in the results of journal articles that have been published domestically and internationally. The results of this review, produce a new reference, namely that outsourcing and offshoring in the economy in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic has a big impact, but it can be overcome by identifying problems, using low costs, as well as implementing effective, efficient and flexible.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of eco-branding and brand equity on purchasing decisions for eco-friendly products. This research uses quantitative sampling using the Slovin technique of 100 respondents. The method in this research uses descriptive and verification analysis which is processed using the SPSS V23 program. Judging from the descriptive analysis, it can be seen that eco-branding and brand equity in purchasing decisions are in a good category. Then, through verification analysis, it is stated that there is a partial positive influence of eco-branding and brand equity. With the development of the Eco-brand introduced, the company creates Green Trust in consumers to facilitate product purchasing decisions. Not only consumers but employees are also expected to be involved by representing the company to have a reciprocal impact on society and continue to be responsible for the environment. Abstract

One of the mining industry companies that implement operations management to carry out the function of monitoring and controlling production by measuring operational effectiveness and efficiency in the use of heavy equipment is PT Surya Kalimantan Sejati. Understanding how operational management theories and techniques are applied to evaluate and attain production operations' efficacy and efficiency is the goal of this study. Through field observations and interviews with relevant business leaders in the company, this study employs the Action Research Method. By evaluating the efficacy and efficiency of production operations with the necessary ideal production level, the outcomes of applying theories and methodologies in the field of operations management work demonstrate suitability for mining activities.

Abstract

Peningkatan biaya perbankan di seluruh dunia telah mendorong lembaga keuangan untuk mencari pendekatan baru untuk masalah ini. Akibatnya, bank telah mulai mendefinisikan teknologi baru, khususnya penggunaan internet, karena berkaitan dengan transaksi keuangan. Akses internet telah berevolusi dari telepon darat ke komputer pribadi ke ponsel dan sekarang smartphone. Mobile banking, sering dikenal sebagai m-banking, dengan cepat menjadi norma untuk melakukan transaksi keuangan, mengantarkan era baru bagi industri perbankan global secara keseluruhan. Saat ini ada beberapa aplikasi mobile banking yang menggunakan metode login aman Sidik Jari. Satu-satunya aplikasi mobile banking yang menggunakan biometrik seperti wajah pengguna, sidik jari, atau pemindaian iris untuk memverifikasi identitas adalah yang Anda lihat saat ini.

Abstract

Pada era digitalisasi bisnis saat ini, model operasional yang inovatif menjadi kunci untuk memastikan keberlanjutan strategi bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana integrasi teknologi digital dapat mereformasi model operasional untuk mendukung strategi bisnis berkelanjutan. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai studi kasus perusahaan yang telah berhasil mengimplementasikan inovasi digital dalam operasional mereka. Fokus utama analisis adalah pada perubahan dalam rantai nilai, adaptasi terhadap teknologi emergen, dan pengembangan kapabilitas organisasi untuk berkelanjutan dalam lingkungan yang volatil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi memungkinkan perusahaan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan responsivitas terhadap tuntutan keberlanjutan pasar dan regulasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kritis yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan integrasi teknologi digital, termasuk kepemimpinan visioner, budaya inovasi, dan kesiapan organisasi dalam mengadopsi perubahan. Temuan ini berkontribusi pada literatur strategi bisnis dengan menawarkan kerangka kerja untuk inovasi model operasional yang berkelanjutan di era digital. Selanjutnya, studi ini memberikan wawasan praktis bagi para pemangku kepentingan bisnis yang berusaha untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan daya saing dalam ekonomi yang terus berubah. Implikasi manajerial dan rekomendasi untuk penelitian masa depan juga dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Nilai pasar properti komersial merupakan faktor penting yang perlu dipertimbangkan dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi. Penilaian nilai pasar properti komersial dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai metode, salah satunya adalah pendekatan pendapatan. Pendekatan pendapatan didasarkan pada potensi pendapatan yang dapat dihasilkan oleh properti tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai pasar properti komersial Hotel Danau Sunter tahun 2023 dengan pendekatan pendapatan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, yaitu data laporan keuangan Hotel Danau Sunter tahun 2019-2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai pasar properti komersial Hotel Danau Sunter tahun 2023 adalah sebesar Rp 191,245 miliar. Nilai ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode discounted cashflow dengan tingkat kapitalisasi sebesar 10,798%. Nilai pasar properti komersial Hotel Danau Sunter tahun 2023 dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk lokasi properti, fasilitas yang tersedia, tingkat hunian, dan tingkat kapitalisasi
