Abstract

The preservation of the traditional art of Pabitte Passapu faces challenges when there are changes in the community supporting the art, so that the inheritance of art to the younger generation is hampered. This condition disrupts the stability of the arts in the Kajang indigenous community. Therefore, the problem in this article is the efforts made by the Kajang indigenous community in maintaining the art of Pabitte Passapu so that the value and meaning of the art remain a source of learning. The objectives of this article are first, to explain that the Kajang indigenous people maintain local values in the midst of societal changes; second, to analyze the performance and meaning of the Pabitte Passapu dance as a source of learning local values; and third, to analyze the ability of the indigenous people to pass on the intellectual property contained in the Pabitte Passapu art. This research uses qualitative research methods. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, oral history interviews, and documentation. Qualitative data analysis uses historical and socio-cultural approaches, especially dance sociology. The results showed that the preservation of the art of Pabitte Passapu can be done through the strategy of strengthening the space for the actualization of art, innovating the inheritance of art through learning and training.

Abstract

This paper explores the project management practices and cost optimization outcomes associated with the development of an in-house parking reservation system utilizing QR code technology. The main objective of this project was to implement structured project management methodologies to ensure successful system delivery while minimizing project losses. The approach involved detailed planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities aligned with the PMBOK framework. To enhance cost efficiency, PERT Cost Analysis was applied to refine the cost estimates, while Monte Carlo Simulation was used to analyze cost uncertainty and variability. These methods enabled the team to reduce the projected human resource cost from IDR 748 million to IDR 403 million, demonstrating significant cost savings. Furthermore, robust risk management strategies supported effective decision-making and stakeholder alignment throughout the project. This study provides practical insights into integrating quantitative analysis into project cost control and offers guidance for managing similar technology implementation projects in the future.

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract This study aims to examine the relationship between batik training management and entrepreneurial interest of Package C students at PKBM Annisa, Banyuwangi Regency. The study used a quantitative descriptive correlational method with a saturated sample of 31 students who participated in batik training. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert Scale which was processed using validity and reliability tests, as well as product moment correlation analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of the study showed a positive and significant relationship between batik training management and students' entrepreneurial interest, which means that good training management can increase students' interest in the field of batik.

Abstract

Public services and cooperatives play a crucial role in the local economy. The Koperasi Korpri in Tangerang Regency faces challenges in providing efficient and effective access to its members due to the cooperative building's location, which is not always easily accessible. With advancements in information technology, there is an urgent need to modernize the way services are provided, especially through digital solutions. This project aims to design and implement a service application for Korpri and e-commerce for the Tangerang Regency Cooperative. The goal is to enable Korpri members to access cooperative services without physical location constraints, enhance the efficiency and transparency of transactions, and provide a platform that can be accessed via mobile devices. The project uses the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodology, which consists of five main stages: planning, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance. Each stage includes various activities such as requirements identification, UI/UX design, frontend and backend development, application testing, and deployment. It is expected that the resulting application will address geographical challenges and improve the cooperative's operational efficiency. This application is anticipated to enhance transparency and member trust through easily accessible transaction records and provide an intuitive and user-friendly interface. Additionally, the application is expected to strengthen the cooperative's digital infrastructure, support local economic growth, and improve the welfare of cooperative members.

Abstract

In recent years, the housing market has faced significant challenges, including fluctuating prices and declining sales. To solve this issue, there was an increasing need for more sophisticated methods to predict housing prices accurately. This study aimed to provide real estate marketers with a tool to enhance their pricing tactics and mitigate the decline in home sales by predicting house prices using machine learning techniques. Several parameters were considered in this study, such as location, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, land area, building area, and number of carports. Linear regression and neural network methods were used to develop predictive models. The findings showed that the neural network method was more accurate than linear regression, which made it a better tool for real estate pricing strategies, with land area and number of carports being the most influential aspects in house price prediction.
