Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide a description of Madrasah and Pesantren Education System Analysis: Challenges and Opportunities in the Era of Modernization. This research was conducted at Hidayatul Mubarok Uman Agung Islamic Boarding School Foundation, Bandar Mataram sub-district, Central Lampung district. This research uses a qualitative approach, namely field research, where data is collected in the field to see phenomena in a natural environment. The data collection methods used in this research are interviews, observation, and documentation. Researchers used the Triangulation technique to test the validity of the data. The results showed that the use of technology at Hidayatul Mubarok Islamic Boarding School Foundation made a positive contribution in supporting the learning process and pesantren management, although there were still some obstacles such as limited infrastructure, human resource readiness, and cultural barriers. With the right strategies, such as improving infrastructure, training human resources, and implementing effective regulations, this pesantren has a great opportunity to optimize technology as an integral part of modern education without putting aside the Islamic values that are its identity.

Abstract

This research is entitled "The Influence of the Level of Economic Growth and Level of Education on the Level of Open Unemployment in Central Lombok Regency". In this research, researchers want to see how the level of economic growth and education level influence the level of open poverty in Central Lombok Regency in 2016-2022. This type of research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. That partial economic growth has no significant effect on open poverty in Central Lombok Regency (Y). This can be seen from the value of Tcount (1.220) < Ttable (2.571) and the significance value of Tcount (0.290) > alpha significance (0.05). Education level (X2) has no significant effect on open poverty in Central Lombok Regency (Y). This can be seen from the calculated T value (0.093) < T table value (2.571) and can also be seen from the significance value, namely calculated significance 0.930 > alpha significance (0.05). Simultaneously, the estimation results show that the variables of economic growth and education level do not influence simultaneously, this is proven by the calculated F value < from F table (0.793 < 6.94). The results of the R-square test for the independent variable on the dependent variable, obtained a result or value of 0.533 with a significance value (α) or alpha of 0.05 (5%). The R-square value in this research has meaning, namely that the influence of the economic growth and education level variables is able to explain the open poverty level variable in Central Lombok Regency of 0.533 units or 53.3%, and this figure shows a small influence. Meanwhile, the remainder was influenced by other variables not included in this study, amounting to 46.7%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang manajemen Masjid Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Jamaah di Desa Silea Jaya Kecamatan Buke Kabupaten Konsel. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif mengungkap dengan fakta yang terjadi melalui pengamatan secara langsung dan menyeluruh. Adapun, teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu berupa; observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk analisis data yang digunakan yaitu berupa; (1) Reduksi data, (2) Display Data, (3) Verifikasi Data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Gambaran kondisi Jamaah Masjid Jami Al-Huda di Desa Silea Jaya lebih cenderung mengalami pasang surut dalam melakukan kegiatan shalat berjamaah. Dikarenakan mayoritas pekerjaan masyarakat di Desa Silea Jaya jauh dari area masjid Jami Al-Huda. Oleh karena itu, mayoritas masyarakat Desa Silea Jaya banyak menghabiskan waktunya ditempat kerja dari pagi hingga petang sehingga melaksanakan shalat secara berjamaah ditempat kerja. (2) Upaya Masjid Jami Al-Huda dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Jamaah dalam hal ini yaitu berupaya dengan memberikan sebuah kegiatan yang dilakukan setiap malam rabu yaitu mengadakan dzikir bersama, pengajian dan keagamaan lainnya. (3) faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam meningkatkan kualitas jamaah yaitu: untuk faktor penghambatnya tidak adanya keatifan pemuda setempat Desa Silea Jaya dalam meningkatkan kualitas jamaaah masjid Jami Al-Huda, bacaaan imam yang panjang, dan minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai manfaat dari shalat berjamaah di Masjid. Sedangkan untuk faktor pendukungnya yaitu dengan meningkatnya kualitas jamaah di Masjid Jami Al-Huda yakni dengan adanya kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat menarik Jamaah agar datang dan beraktivitas di masjid.
