Abstract

Digital Marketing Innovation of Palm Sugar Through Legal Policy in Village Development Service is the implementation of Kosabongan's community service. With the implementing team and assistants interested in further exploring this hot theme and providing technology and innovation results to the community, especially implementing partners where the Granule packaging machine produces palm sugar packaging from traditional to modern. The ant palm sugar mixer machine produces small modern rectangular palm sugar. Its marketing is a traditional word-of-mouth marketing system with direct sales and promotions at local events. With the presence of Kosabongan, a digital intelligent marketing system is created for predicting palm sugar sales. The method in implementing this service is with stages: socialization, training, application of technology, assistance and evaluation, and ensuring sustainability. Successfully increasing sales and skills of craftsmen, expanding market access, and supporting the village economy. Regulatory support and ongoing assistance are very important for the sustainability of the program and can be a model for other villages. Shows the importance of technology adaptation and regulatory support in developing local products. This success emphasizes that digital marketing is not just about selling products but also empowering craftsmen to be more independent and competitive. Legal support and ongoing assistance ensure that craftsmen comply with regulations, protect their products, and maximize market potential. This model is important to be adopted in other villages because it not only improves the local economy but also provides a strong foundation for sustainable growth by integrating technology and policies in village development.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini untuk mengetahui penegakan hukum dan kendala yang dihadapi unit PPA Polres Gorontalo Kota dalam penegakan hukum tindak pidana melarikan anak perempuan di Unit PPA Polres Gorontalo Kota,dan untuk mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan  unit PPA Polres Gorontalo Kota dalam penegakan hukum tindak pidana melarikan anak perempuan di Unit PPA Polres Gorontalo Kota. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian hukum yuridis empiris yang mengkaji efektivitas hukum berupa penegakan hukum yang telah diberlakukan oleh Unit PPA Polres Gorontalo Kota dalam melakukan penyelidikan dan penyidikan tindak pidana melarikan anak perempuan di Unit PPA Polres Gorontalo Kota . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : Kendala yang dihadapi unit dalam penegakkan hukum tindak pidana melarikan anak perempuan berupa: Sulitnya mengumpulkan alat bukti, Korban masih dalam penguasaan pelaku, dan berkaitan dengan urusan ribadi dan Upaya yang dilakukan unit PPA Polres Gorontalo Kota  dalam penegakkan hukum tindak pidana melarikan anak perempuan berupa : Sosialisasi (Upaya Preventif) dilakukan baik secara mandiri melalu kegiatan sosialsiasi yang diselennggarakan oleh Polres Gorontalo Kota, maupun sosialisasi dengan bekerjasama dengan istasni lain yang konsen terhadap isu anak dan perempuan, Kordinasi Kepolisian Antar Wilayah Hukum dalam hal teknis penyelidikan dan penyidikan terlebih jiga terlapor/pelaku tindak pidana berada diluar wilayah hukum Polres Gorontalo Kota, dan Memaksimalkan peran serta Keluarga Korban dalam hal pengumpulan keterangan guna perampungan pemeriksaan terhadap tindak pidana melarikan anak perempuan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian direkomendasikan sebagai berikut : Penyidik PPA Polres Gorontalo Kota sebaiknya memaksimalkan kerjasama dengan lembaga atau instansi yang lebih menguasai kompetensi bidang ilmu seperti psikologi serta kiranya pihak terkait dapat memaksimalkan sosialisasi dampak negative , baik secara umum maupun khsus mengenai konsekuensi hukumnya, agar seluruh lapisan masyarakat sehingga selain dapat berpatisipasi aktif secara umum dengan pihak polisi dalam upaya penganggulangan kejahatan tindak pidana tindak pidana bawa lari anak perempuan, masyarakat juga dapat memahami bahwa tindak pidan ini bukanlah persoalan pribadi/privat.Kata Kunci: Penegakan Hukum, Tindak Pidana Melarikan Anak AbstractThis study is to determine law enforcement and the obstacles faced by the Gorontalo City PPA Polres in enforcing the crime of escaping girls in the PPA Gorontalo City Police Unit, and to find out the efforts made by the PPA Gorontalo City Polres unit in enforcing the criminal act of escaping girls in Unit PPA Gorontalo City Police. This type of research uses empirical juridical legal research that examines the effectiveness of the law in the form of law enforcement that has been enforced by the Gorontalo City Police PPA Unit in carrying out investigations and investigations into the crime of escaping girls in the PPA Unit of the Gorontalo City Police. The results of this study indicate that: The obstacles faced by the unit in enforcing the criminal act of escaping girls are: difficulty in collecting evidence, the victim is still in control of the perpetrator, and is related to ribadi affairs and the efforts made by the PPA unit Gorontalo City Police in enforcing criminal law fleeing girls in the form of: Socialization (Preventive Efforts) carried out both independently through socialization activities organized by the Gorontalo City Police, as well as socialization in collaboration with other institutions that are concerned with issues of children and women, Inter-Regional Police Coordination in terms of technical investigations and investigations especially if the reported / perpetrator of the crime is outside the jurisdiction of the Gorontalo City Police, and Maximizing the participation of the victim's family in gathering information to complete the investigation of the crime of escaping girls. Based on the results of the research, it is recommended as follows: Investigators for PPA Gorontalo City Police should maximize cooperation with institutions or agencies that are more competent in the field of science such as psychology and presumably related parties can maximize the socialization of negative impacts, both generally and specifically regarding the legal consequences, so that all levels of society so that in addition to being able to participate actively in general with the police in the effort to tackle the crime of fleeing girls, the public can also understand that this criminal act is not a personal / private matter.Keywords: Law Enforcement, The Crime Of Running Children

Abstract

Introduction:  The practice of child marriage is quite common and is rife in Gorontalo Province. From 2019 to 2021, there were 1,383 data on applicants for child marriage dispensation at the Religious Courts of the Gorontalo Province Regency/City.Purposes of the Research: To complement the shortcomings of previous studies that did not pay attention to legal protection against neglect of children's rights in line with the increasing age of child marriage in terms of the perspective of children's rights.Methods of the Research: This study uses empirical legal research using a statutory approach, a case approach, and a conceptual approach. sources of data using primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using literature review techniques and interviews Data analysis uses qualitative data analysis, which is analyzed theoretically to obtain prescriptive legal solutions. Results of the Research: The neglect of children's rights in cases of child marriage is more due to the unavailability of legal protection that guarantees the fulfillment of children's human rights and the legitimacy aspect of customs, culture, and traditions regarding social status in society

THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ARTICLE 6 PARAGRAPH 2 LETTER B OF VILLAGE MINISTERIAL REGULATION NUMBER 13 OF 2020 IN PRESERVING MANGROVE TOURISM IN TRANS PATOA VILLAGE, HELUMO SUBDISTRICT, SOUTH BOLAANG MONGONDOW REGENCY This study aims to determine and analyze the implementation of the Village Ministerial Regulation Number 13 of 2020 in preserving mangrove tourism in Trans Patoa Village, Helumo Subdistrict, South Bolaang Mongondow Regency, and the factors that hinder the implementation of the Village Ministerial Regulation Number 13 of 2020 in preserving mangrove tourism in Trans Patoa Village, Helumo Subdistrict, South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This study employs the Normative-Empirical Legal Research method, which involves legal case study analysis focusing on legal behavior products. The main focus is to observe how positive legal provisions and contracts are factually conducted in legal events that occur in society, with the aim of achieving predetermined targets. The results show that in the implementation of the Regulation of the Ministry of Village, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration Number 13 of 2020, the foremost part is how the government, especially Trans Patao Village, can act as a provider of motivation for investors, communities, and business actors in the tourism sector. It is crucial to ensure that tourism growth can take place appropriately. Regulation Number 13 of 2020 Article 6 Paragraph 2 Letter B on the Use of Village Funds can be in the form of participation of ideas, namely in compiling each program to expedite the implementation of programs and activities related to mangrove forest conservation in Trans Patao Village, South Bolaang Mongondow and the budget issued by the Village government is felt to be still lacking for the development of Trans Patao Mangrove Tourism tourism. The recommendations are (1) Village governments are expected to increase the utilization of human resource potential to support village tourism management planning, (2) More importantly, they are expected to strengthen village tourism management efforts in order to provide sustainable benefits for the welfare of village communities in the future. Abstract

Inovasi Pemasaran Digital Gula Aren Melalui Kebijakan Hukum Dalam Pengabdian Membangun Desa merupakan pelaksanaan pengabdian kosabangsa. Dengan tim pelaksana dan pendamping tertarik mengeksplorasi lebih lanjut tema hangat ini dan memberikan hasil Teknologi Dan Inovasi kepada masyarakat utamanya mitra pelaksana dimana Mesin pengemasan granule menghasilkan kemasan gula aren dari tradisional ke modern. Mesin pengaduk gula aren semut menghasilkan  gula aren bersegi empat kecil modern . Pemasarannya  Sistem tradisional sistem pemasaran mulut ke mulut, penjualan langsung dan promosi di acara lokal dengan adanya kosabangsa di buatkan pemasaran sistem cerdas  digital dalam memprediksi penjualan gula aren. Metode dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dengan tahap. sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan dan evaluasi dan memastikan keberlanjutan. Berhasil meningkatkan penjualan dan keterampilan pengrajin, memperluas akses pasar, dan mendukung perekonomian desa. Dukungan regulasi dan pendampingan berkelanjutan sangat penting untuk keberlanjutan program dan dapat menjadi model bagi desa lain. Menunjukkan pentingnya adaptasi teknologi dan dukungan regulasi dalam mengembangkan produk lokal. Keberhasilan ini menekankan bahwa pemasaran digital bukan hanya soal menjual produk, tetapi juga memberdayakan pengrajin untuk lebih mandiri dan berdaya saing. Dukungan hukum dan pendampingan berkelanjutan memastikan pengrajin mematuhi regulasi, melindungi produk mereka, dan memaksimalkan potensi pasar. Model ini penting untuk diadopsi di desa lain, karena tidak hanya meningkatkan ekonomi lokal, tetapi juga memberikan fondasi kuat bagi pertumbuhan berkelanjutan dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi dan kebijakan dalam pembangunan desa.

Abstract

Untuk menganalisis bagaimana perlindungan hukum terhadap anak korban tindak pidana kekerasan seksual di wilayah hukum Polres Gorontalo Kota dan Untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor penghambat perlindungan hukum terhadap anak korban tindak pidana kekerasan seksual di wilayah hukum Polres Gorontalo Kota. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum empiris. yaitu suatu metode peenlitian hukum yang berfungsi untuk melihat hukum dalam artian nyata dan meneliti bagaimana bekerjanya hukum dilingkungan masyarakat. Isu hukum yang sedang dikaji yakni selain sudah ada aturan yang mengatur tentang kekerasan seksual terhadap anak, namun dapat juga di cegah dengan diberlakukan control serta pengawasan dari orang tua dan Masyarakat terhadap lingkup pergaulan anak sehingga tidak terjadi kekerasan seksual tersebut.
