Abstract

Poverty is the goal of national development and also have been mandated in the Constitution of Indonesia Namely the Constitution of 1945 of the opening is to prosper throughout Indonesia. In facing the problem of poverty in Indonesia the Government had made policies with the programmes to reduce the problem of poverty. One of them, namely the family Hope programme (PKH) that had been launched by the Government in 2007, where it was judged capable of PKH to address existing problems and in 2014 the Regency of Kerinci is a Regency of jamba who carry out the programmes of family expectations (PKH), in implementation of the Kerinci Regency in the PKH are a variety of problems, such as the escort have difficulty in socialization, the misappropriation of funds, and more. This research uses qualitative, descriptive methods through data collection techniques interviews, observation and documentation. As for the results of the research that has been done by researchers can be concluded that the implementation of the policy of Family Expectations Program (PKH) in Kerinci Regency in 2015-2016 have been conducted properly, the goals, socializing, and channeling the implementation was done according to the provisions and procedures that exist. But in the socialization there is a lack of coordination between the Department of education, the health service, BPS, Bappeda and facilities in its execution also still less. From the research that has been done, the writter recommend in the selection of participants is expected to involve the Government's Martes PKH so right on target in the selection of participants and PKH doing koordinas between related parties implementation of the PKH.

Abstract

Desa merupakan wilayah administratif yang berada pada tingkatan paling bawah dalam sistem pemerintahan di Indonesia. Desa juga menjadi unsur strategis dalam pembangunan ekonomi desa. Sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Desa Nomor 39 Tahun 2010 dibentuklah Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) untuk membantu membangun ekonomi desa. BUMDes Panggung Lestari, Desa Panggungharjo, Kecamatan Sewon, Kabupaten Bantul yang didirikan pada Tahun 2013 dapat mengembangkan modal hingga 9 kali dari modal awal yang diberikan oleh desa. Salah satu program yang dijalankan adalah Kelompok Usaha Pengelolaan Sampah (KUPAS) yang menjadi potensi pengembangan ekonomi BUMDes. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis partisipasi masyarakat Desa Panggungharjo dalam perkembangan BUMDes Panggung Lestari, Desa Panggungharjo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan metode wawancara dan observasi, serta dokumen dari laporan akhir atau laporan tahunan BUMDes Panggung Lestari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat yang menerima manfaat dari BUMDes Panggung Lestari yaitu partisipasi yang berpengaruh dan berjalan dengan baik (partisipasi dalam pelaksanaan dan pemanfaatan hasil program BUMDes), serta partisipasi yang kurang berpengaruh dan kurang berjalan dengan baik (partisipasi dalam perencanaan dan monitoring evaluasi).

Abstract

The technical viewpoint recognises the critical role of information and communication technology as a driving force in our time. The importance of public policy management in the environment of public service institutions and regional commands is investigated from the standpoint of public administration and the use of social media. Academics need to map out ideas about how social media and government interact. This research aims to see the important themes or issues raised by scholars in social media and their government articles. What are the comprehensive factors that influence the use of social media in government circles? The research method used was a literature review on social media and government by reviewing journal articles on social media and government published in Scopus as data-based and processed using the NVivo 12 Plus analysis tool. The results of this study reveal five significant problems between social media and the government. These problems include digital difficulties, policies, information, communication, and politics. This research also gave birth to social media and government, which must take the form of digital activism; secondly, access to information disseminated by the government through social media; and third, administrative communication, which looks at how ideas are offered via social media to the government. Fourth, to achieve social media and government goals, it is necessary to demonstrate ethical and political behaviour, formulate policies following those goals, and then evaluate those policies through the implementation of rules or laws.

Abstract

Trihanggo village has the right temperature and humidity for the proliferation of microscopic spores to support fungal growth. So that it becomes a potential for mushroom cultivation in order to build innovative economic activities that form MSMEs as service partners. The marketing strategy contained in MSMEs has not been able to reach wider consumers in the midst of the upheaval of the Covid-19 outbreak that has shaken the economy, especially the micro economy, namely MSMEs. This is in the background with the partner's problem regarding the low literacy of managers in the intangible context of the use of information technology in the marketing sector. The absence of labeling and product packaging innovations on processed mushrooms creates a risk of product counterfeiting and damage. The solution to be achieved is to utilize information technology with a foundation of quality human resources who are capable and technologically literate. Management of business units by creating new business units according to village potential and asset analysis accompanied by community involvement. Application of information and communication technology to support the productivity of programs and activities covering the administration and marketing fields to support human resources in order to achieve technology literacy, labeling adjustments packaging according to safety standards. The implementation methods offered are 1) Socialization to strengthen literacy regarding the online marketing system. 2) Skills training with the implementation of labeling and information and communication technology operations. 3) Assistance packaging according to packaging standards. The results of the service have an impact on the partner group with comparison results after and before the implementation of the service, on strengthening the service capacity to get results (25%-70%), followed by the implementation of product labeling with results (30%-60%), and the impact of product packaging or renewal (30%-70%).
