Abstract

Penulisan hasil pengabdian mengenai Penguatan Usaha Pepes Ikan Nila di Desa Kluweh melalui media online bertujuan untuk membangkitkan kembali peran UMKM sebagai alternative dalam mengurangi tingkat pengangguran dan pengentasan kemiskinan. UMKM menjadi tindakan solutif dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja dengan inovasi keterampilan yang disalurkan untuk mencapai perolehan pendapatan. Akan tetapi kehadiran Covid-19 memberikan keterpurukan stabilitas ekonomi UMKM. Untuk itu terdapat upaya pelaksanaan pengabdian yang dilakukan dengan mengadakan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi yang diawali dengan identifikasi masalah kelompok sasaran untuk menyelaraskan pelaksanaan pengabdian. Adapun pelaksanaan pengabdian yang menjadi upaya penangan solutif yakni 1) Sosialisasi pentingnya pemahaman system pemasaran online. 2) Pelatihan mengoperasionalkan Sosial Media. 3) Pendampingan pengemasan produk. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan pengabdian ini  sebagai pembaharuan strategi pemasaran UMKM dalam menghadapi gelombang Covid-19, oleh karenanya, program pengabdian ini menjadi penting dilaksanakan karena memberikan skema dalam pemulihan ekonomi UMKM. The writing of the results of the service regarding the Strengthening of Tilapia Pepes Business in Kluweh Village through online media aims to revive the role of MSMEs as an alternative in reducing unemployment and poverty alleviation. MSMEs are a solution for absorbing labor with skill innovations that are channeled to achieve income generation. However, the presence of Covid-19 has caused a slump in the economic stability of MSMEs. For this reason, there are efforts to implement service which are carried out by planning, implementing, and evaluating which begins with identifying the problem of the target group to harmonize the implementation of service. As for the implementation of service which is an effort to handle solutions, namely 1) Socialization of the importance of understanding the online marketing system. 2) Training to operate Social Media. 3) Assistance in product packaging. The purpose of the implementation of this service is to renew the the marketing strategy of MSMEs in the face of the Covid-19 wave, therefore, this service program is important to implement because it provides a scheme for the economic recovery of MSMEs.

Abstract

TPA is a Quran Education Park that accommodates early childhood in carrying out complex religious learning, such as Islamic history, daily prayer, reading and writing the Qur'an, tajweed, mahfudzot, etc. The implementation of informal learning is motivated by moral distortions that spread among Generation-Z, this is marked by early marriage due to pregnancy outside marriage. Therefore, the implementation of this service is important because it supports the strengthening of moral renewal which is the foundation and affects the character of children. Like TPA Raudhatul Athfal Dusun Biru which provides learning the values of the Qur'an. With the number of students 37-40 children. However, in teaching and managing the landfill, Raudhatul Athfal experienced problems, including lack of consistency and commitment of landfill managers, lack of competence and human resource skills in managing, inactivity of landfill participants, and poor recording of financial statements. From these problems, the service team provides solutive actions with socialization, training and mentoring methods according to the problems faced, and provides target measures to determine the success of service.

Abstract

Mapping details related to village (hamlet) boundaries needs to be implemented. Problems that often occur within the villages include: problems of village administrative boundaries, then problems in the form of village facility assets that are not properly registered ( inventarisation). One of the objectives of village mapping is to accelerate the process of digitising village data by presenting it on one map. The method used was participatory mapping, which directly involved the indigenous people of Singajaya Village. Participatory mapping serves to enrich the data collected in relation to the boundaries between hamlets in Singajaya Village. The village mapping in the form of hamlet administration was processed using GIS processing, with the results being that of the total area of Singajaya Village of 555.64 Hectares, Hamlet 1 has the largest area, followed by Hamlet 4, while Hamlet 2 has the narrowest area among the hamlets in Singajaya Village. The boundaries used as benchmarks between hamlets in Singajaya Village consist of natural and artificial benchmarks, such as trees, rivers, irrigation, and roads.

Abstract

Pada proyek konstruksi, realisasi penerimaan pekerjaan ditentukan oleh cara pembayaran yang telah ditetapkan dalam surat perjanjian (kontrak) konstruksi, sistem pembayaran ada 2 jenis yaitu sistem pembayaran termin dan turnkey, dimana sistem pembayaran ini dibedakan berdasarkan cara pembayarannya yang terdiri dari termin pembayaran secara bertahap dan turnkey pembayaran yang dilakukan setelah pekerjaan selesai. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbandingan ancaman dan peluang yang dapat merugikan kontraktor dalam pemilihan sistem pembayaran antara sistem pembayaran termin dan turnkey yang berpengaruh pada  proyek dengan kontrak design-bid-build di Kota Banda Aceh, sumber data dalam penulisan ini menggunakan dua jenis, yaitu: data primer dan data sekunder, penelitian ini menggunakan metode Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) dan data primer adalah data yang diperoleh langsung dari lapangan, yaitu data kuisioner yang akan disebarkan kepada kontraktor, konsultan dan anggota tim proyek, data sekunder adalah data yang diperoleh dari jawaban responden yaitu perusahaan pelaksana yang berdomisili di Banda Aceh, dari hasil pengujian validitas dan realibilitas yang diperoleh, nilai rata rata dari uji validasi  setiap variabel adalah 0,444. Dan untuk uji reliabilitas r hasil= 0,753 > r tabel = 0,2786, dari hasil uji validasi terdapat 4 pernyataan yang tidak valid. Dalam pengujian analisis pembayaran termin dan turnkey menggunakan analisis SWOT diperoleh bahwa sistem pembayaran termin didapatkan nilai x = -0,15 dan y = -0,4 yang berada di kuadran IV, dimana merupakan situasi yang tidak menguntungkan dari berbagai ancaman dan kelemahan internal dan eksternal. Sedangkan pembayaran turnkey memperoleh nilai x = -0,07 dan y = 0,02 berada pada kuadran III, dimana merupakan situasi mampu memanfaatkan peluang yang ada sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan ancaman dan kelemahan yang akan terjadi.

Abstract

Green building is a building concept designed, constructed and operated to improve the environmental, economic, health, and productivity performance to be better than conventional buildings. The achievement of the green building in general can be seen from several standards; energy efficiency, indoor environmental quality, thermal comfort, health and productivity of building users. In May 21, data from Syiah Kuala sub-district showed that the number of people exposed to Covid 19 were increased in Peurada village and its declared as red zone. Based on these conditions, this program aims to educate the society in understanding and applying the green building concept that can prevent the spread of the Covid-19. It is carried out in Peurada, Syiah Kuala District, Banda Aceh. The team conducted a survey on the healthy home concept under government regulation, namely Indonesian Ministry of Health regulation; No. 829/Menkes/SK/VII/1999 by using a scale to effort on the understanding level and application of the green building concept. The respondents were 16 people, the results of the survey showed that the people in Peurada have an understanding level of the green building concept for the prevention of Covid-19 reaching 91.8 % and 82.92% were implemented the concept. Based on this, stated that the people in Peurada had understood and applied the concept of green building in an effort to prevent Covid-19.Keywords: Green building, Socialization, Healthy home.

Abstract

Proyek konstruksi memiliki kondisi yang berbahaya dan rawan terjadi kecelakaan kerja dikarenakan karakteristik-karakteristik proyek dimana perencanaan dan eksekusi proyek di bawah tekanan waktu dan anggaran yang terbatas. Upaya peningkatan pelaksanaan K3 dalam membangun budaya keselamatan kerja dan upaya pencegahan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja pada proyek konstruksi sudah mulai dibangun oleh pemerintah khususnya di Provinsi Aceh. Penelitian bertujuan sebagai salah satu upaya peningkatan pelaksanaan K3 dalam membangun budaya keselamatan kerja, dan tindakan pencegahan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja pada proyek konstruksi di Aceh, metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah model evaluasi Countenance Stake. Model evaluasi ini menggunakan tiga tahapan yaitu tahapan Antecedents (masukan), transaction (proses), output (keluaran), pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan kuesioner. Uji validitas dan reabilitas dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus alpha cronbach dengan bantuan progam SPSS Versi 20, analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Dari hasil pengujian validitas diperoleh nilai rata-rata Rhitung dari semua variabel adalah 0,458, dan nilai Rtabel untuk signifikan 10% diperoleh sebesar 0,3009, maka Rhitung ≥ Rtabel dinyatakan valid dan uji realibilitas diperoleh nilai rata-rata variabel 0,673 maka diambil kesimpulan bahwa pertanyaan pada variabel di katakan reliabel atau handal, demikian dapat disimpulkan model evaluasi countenance stake pada tahapan antecedents mendapatkan skor tertinggi senilai 30.4323 dengan kategori sesuai menurut SMK3, tahapan transaction mendapatkan skor tertinggi senilai 42.4835 dengan kategori sesuai menurut SMK3 tetapi masih belum terlaksana dengan baik, dan tahapan output mendapatkan skor tertinggi senilai 24.8034 dengan kategori kurang sesuai menurut SMK3.

Abstract

Kontrak merupakan kesepakatan antara pemilik proyek selaku pengguna jasa dengan penyedia jasa, baik dalam hal teknis, komersial, maupun dari segi hukum dengan poin-poin yang telah disepakati oleh pihak yang mengikat perjanjian. Salah satu kontrak yang sering digunakan adalah kontrak unit price dimana yang menjadi acuan adalah Bill of Quantity (BOQ) yang dikeluarkan oleh owner. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengindentifikasi yaitu faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kontrak unit price dan menganalisis aspek-aspek yang terkandung dalam jenis kontrak ini. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data kualitatif dengan teknik sampling random. Kuisioner sebagai instrument penelitian dibagikan kepada 77 responden. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan analisis validitas, reliabilitas, korelasi dan regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil uji validitas r hitung = 0,722 > r tabel = 0,1888, yang menujukkan setiap variabel sudah valid. Hasil uji reliabilitas sebesar 0,8 yaitu reliabel/handal karena nilai cronbach alpha > 0,6. Dari analisis korelasi diperoleh nilai R sebesar 0,695, maka nilai tersebut memiliki implikasi bahwa semua variabel berhubungan terhadap kontrak unit price dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar R2 = 48,4%. Model yang diperoleh dari analisis regresi linear berganda yaitu : Y= 7,319 – 0,102.X1 + 0,432.X2 + 0,299.X3 + 0,420.X4 - 0,516.X5 - 0,034.X6 - 0,820.X7 - 0,002.X8, dimana faktor dominannya adalah pada variabel X4 yaitu faktor waktu yang memiliki kontribusi sebesar 0,420, dikarenakan sering terjadi perubahan desain, perubahan schedule, banyaknya proyek yang ditangani dalam waktu yang sama, terlambatnya penyelesaian konstruksi akibat faktor eksternal dan kondisi lingkungan saat proyek akan dimulai.

Abstract

Mr. Muhammad Hasan is street one of the entrance gates to Banda Aceh City. The condition of the road is in steady condition, with a two-lane, two-way type divided with a median of 1.5 m wide. The role of this road is very strategic, considering that if a tsunami occurs, this road is one of the community's escaped roads. The results of initial observations of this road are still in a comfortable condition to drive, but it is necessary to research the level of service to anticipate its role as an escape road. Based on that, we want to know how the level of service on Jalan Mr. Muhammad Hasan. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of service Jalan Mr. Muhammad Hasan using the 1997 MKJI method. Data were collected through a survey of traffic volume and speed for 3 (three) days, namely Thursday, Friday and Sunday. The duration of the survey is 07.00-18.00 with 8 (eight) surveyors. The traffic volume is multiplied by the number emp, so we get the amount of flow at peak hours in the morning, afternoon and evening. The result of recording speed in m/second is converted to km/hour. Furthermore, the capacity of city roads, free flow speed and degree of saturation is calculated. Based on the value of capacity, speed and degree of saturation, the value of road service level is obtained. Based on the calculation results, the highest peak hours on observation day occurred in the afternoon, namely Thursday at 15.45-16.45 (2144 p.m./hour), Friday at 16.15-17.15 (2295 p.m./hour) and Sunday at 17.00-18.00 as many as 1698 smp/hour. hour. The capacity of the road on the three observation days was 6178 pcu/hour and the speed was 53.01 km/hour. The lowest degree of saturation occurred on Sunday afternoon at 0.18 and the highest occurred on Friday at 0.54 and overall it was still below 0.75 so there was no need for a scenario. The level of service in the morning and afternoon (Thursday, Friday, Sunday) still shows a value of A, while on Monday afternoon it becomes C and on Friday and Sunday it slightly decreases to B.

Abstract

The material supply chain is a material distribution flow that varies from various sources or suppliers, until the material arrives at the project site. This study aimed to analyze material supply chain risk factors that arise in the implementation of building construction projects in Aceh Province, as well as identify solutions to prevent material supply chain risk factors that arise in the implementation of building construction projects in Aceh Province. The methods developed in this research are validity test, reliability test, quantitative descriptive, and multiple regression analysis through SPSS software version 25. From the validity test results obtained, the value of Rcount ≥ Rtable. This shows that the validity test performed on all questions is valid. Furthermore, the results of the reliability test obtained the average value of each variable of 0.708, then the reliability test was said to be reliable. Because the value of a variable is said to be reliable (reliable) if Cronbach Alpha value exceeds 0.6. Then from the results of the descriptive analysis, there are indicators that are often questioned as risk factors, namely the delay of the main contractor in paying subcontractors (X2.8) with a mean value of 3.39. This shows that the majority of respondents stated that X2.8 has a high influence on the occurrence of material supply chains in the implementation of construction projects. From the results of the correlation analysis, the R value of 0.382 (low/weak), then the two variables have a unidirectional relationship. This means that if the value of the X variable is high, then the value of the Y variable will also be high or if it means that all X variables are related to material supply chain risk, and the regression model obtained is: Ŷ=7.408+0.096X1-0.006.X2+ 0.132X3+0.112X4. From the results of the coefficient of determination, the value of R2 = 14.6%, which means that the risk of the material supply chain is influenced by supply factors, control factors, demand factors, process factors, amounting to 14.6%, the remaining 85.4% is influenced by other factors variables which are not included in this study.

Abstract

The development project on the Lambaroe-Pidie national road is expected to be carried out according to plan. This can be realized with the role of a team of Project Management Consultants within the Aceh National Road Implementation Center who carry out construction management including implementation and control in program preparation, technical planning, construction implementation and supervision, quality control, service and supply of materials and equipment. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the factors that determine the effective performance of consultants and evaluate the performance indicators of consultants on management on the Lambaroe-Pidie national road section. The research method is a mixed method, which is a method that combines qualitative and quantitative methods. The sampling technique used is quotas. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to the owner, project officer, PT. Citra Diecona, Contractors and Technical Assistance Team (Bantek) with a total of 13 respondents. Questionnaire tests include validity tests and reliability tests. Based on the results of the study, the validity test obtained a value of Rcount > Rtable with a value of 0.552, this indicates that the question item is valid. In the reliability test, a value of 0.694 was obtained, this indicated that the respondents' answers were reliable. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis the initiative variable (X5) has the highest value of 4.692, this explains that the respondents are very satisfied with the consultant's performance on the initiative aspect. The ability to communicate (X2) has the lowest value with a mean value of 4.369. although this variable has the lowest mean, the results of the study show that respondents are satisfied with the consultant's performance on the communication aspect. The evaluation of the consultant's performance on management on the Lambaro - Pidie road section has met the road performance indicators in accordance with the 2017 Public Works Regulations concerning road performance indicators on management on the Lambaro - Pidie National Road section.
