Abstract

The increase in the price of fuel oil (BBM) on September 3, 2022 had a big impact on society, besides that this increase allows the appearance of deviant behavior by traders, such as retail traders. The importance of ethics in trading must be carried out, in order to avoid deviant acts and get the pleasure of Allah SWT. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the trading of fuel after the determination of price increases based on the perspective of Islamic business ethics. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The type of research used is field research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that the mechanism for trading fuel after the determination of the price increase was carried out by retail traders in Gedangan, Kedungrejo, Kedungadem, Bojonegoro including: buying fuel at gas stations and agents; dosage determination; pricing; and direct marketing. Fuel trading practices carried out by retail traders are not in accordance with Islamic business ethics, namely the principles of equilibrium, free will, responsibility and benevolence. This is because traders are dishonest and commit fraud in the form of reducing the dose of fuel, so that it can harm the buyer.

Abstract

Digital transformation has changed the way businesses and organizations operate in the industrial 4.0 era. One of the areas affected is the organization's financial statements. The National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) is an organization engaged in the socio-religious field that collects and manages zakat, infaq, and alms funds. BAZNAS financial reports are important to show accountability and transparency in the management of zakat funds. Therefore, the transformation of digitalization of BAZNAS financial reports is important in this digital era. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Management Information System for the National Amil Zakat Agency (SIMBA BAZNAS) in Sidoarjo Regency as a tool for digitizing BAZNAS financial reports. This study uses a qualitative approach by conducting interviews with SIMBA BAZNAS managers and analysis of related documents. The results of the study show that SIMBA BAZNAS has succeeded in helping BAZNAS Sidoarjo Regency in the transformation of digitizing financial reports. In its implementation, SIMBA BAZNAS provides various features and capabilities, such as automatic report generation, digital transaction recording, and more effective financial management arrangements. In addition, SIMBA BAZNAS also helps improve accuracy and speed in preparing financial reports. However, there are also several obstacles in the implementation of SIMBA BAZNAS, such as the lack of outreach and training to users, so that some users do not understand how to use SIMBA BAZNAS optimally. Therefore, it is hoped that there will be efforts to increase outreach and training in using SIMBA BAZNAS so that it can be used more optimally in digitizing BAZNAS financial reports in the future.

Abstract

 Halal food and beverage products are certified halal are the reasons used by consumers buy them because of consumer awareness of these halal products. In addition, the government also requires halal certification on food and beverage products starting in 2024. This study aims to determine the perception of halal certification in micro and small business actors in the food and beverage sector in Sumenep Regency and what factors influence the perception of micro, and small business actors. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method, which is the process of searching for data through observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the speakers knew enough about the existence of halal certification. The understanding of the business actors above regarding the importance of halal certification has an impact on the ownership of halal certification for food and beverage business actors in Sumenep Regency. Some of the business actors above have long had the halal certification. Meanwhile, other business actors who do not have halal certification on their products have also registered halal and are in the process. Business actors in Sumenep Regency realize that halal certification has a positive effect on product marketing. Especially for marketing in supermarkets that have a large scale. The halal certification policy that requires business actors to carry out halal certification on food and beverage products traded, according to the speakers, is not burdensome because they get facilities from the Sumenep Regency DISPERINDAG and other institutions on average.   Produk halal makanan dan minuman yang bersertifikat halal menjadi alasan yang dijadikan konsumen untuk membelinya, lantaran adanya kesadaran konsumen terhadap produk halal tersebut. Selain itu pemerintah juga mewajibkan sertifikasi halal pada produk makanan dan minuman mulai tahun 2024. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi sertifikasi halal pada pelaku usaha kecil mikro bidang makanan dan minuman di Kabupaten Sumenep dan apa faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi pada pelaku usaha kecil mikro tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, yang mana proses pencarian datanya melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para narasumber cukup mengetahui tentang adanya sertifikasi halal. Pemahaman para pelaku usaha diatas terkait pentingnya sertifikasi halal berdampak pada kepemilikan sertifikasi halal para pelaku usaha makanan dan minuman di Kabupaten Sumenep. Sebagian dari pelaku usaha diatas ada yang sudah sejak lama memiliki sertifikasi halal. Sedangkan pelaku usaha lain yang belum memiliki sertifikasi halal pada produknya juga sudah melakukan pendaftaran halal dan sedang dalam proses. Para pelaku usaha di Kabupaten Sumenep menyadari bahwasannya sertifikasi halal berpengaruh positif terhadap pemasaran produk. Khususnya untuk pemasaran di supermarket yang memiliki skala besar. Kebijakan sertifikasi halal yang mewajibkan para pelaku usaha untuk melakukan sertifikasi halal pada produk makanan dan minuman yang diperjual belikan menurut para narasumber tidak memberatkan dikarenakan mereka rata-rata mendapat fasilitas dari DISPERINDAG Kabupaten Sumenep dan juga lembaga lainnya.

Abstract

The concept of halal in the life of Indonesian people has been widely known. Halal in Islamic law is all good and clean food. The fundamental law of halal is that all sources of food from the sea, plants, and animals are considered halal except those that have been forbidden. The opposite of the concept of halal is forbidden, which means it is not justified os prohibited. Halal certification is the process to get a halal certificate in accordance with Islamic shari’a, aims to provide legal certainty of the halalnes of a product so that it can calm the mind for those who consume it. In law number 33 of 2014 concerning halal product guarantee article 4 states that halal certification is mandatory. The purpose of this study is to find out the extent of the implementation of halal product guarantees through halal certification on micro small business product in Sumenep Regency. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach research method, the data to be used are primary data and secondary data. From the research carried out, it can be seen that the implementation of halal certification has been carried out, this can be seen from the number of business actors who have registered their products even though there are still a small number of people who have not registered their products. The implementation of halal certification is certainly supported by several factors, in addition, there also several obstacles that hinder the implementation of halal certification. Konsep halal dalam kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia telah banyak dikenal. Halal dalam hukum Islam adalah semua makanan yang baik dan bersih. Hukum dasar halal adalah bahwa semua sumber makanan dari laut, tumbuhan dan binatang dianggap halal kecuali yang telah diharamkan. Lawan konsep halal adalah haram yang artinya tidak dibenarkan atau dilarang. Sertifikasi halal adalah proses untuk mendapatkan sertifikat halal sesuai dengan syari’at Islam, bertujuan untuk memberikan kepastian hukum kehalalan suatu produk sehingga dapat menentramkan batin bagi yang mengkonsumsinya. Dalam Undang-Undang No. 33 Tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal pada pasal 4 menyebutkan bahwa sertifikasi halal bersifat wajib. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana implementasi jaminan produk halal melalui sertifikasi halal pada produk usaha kecil mikro di Kabupaten Sumenep. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan ialah metode penelitian pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang akan digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Dari penelitian yang dilaksanakan dapat diketahui bahwa impelementasi sertifikasi halal sudah terlaksana hal ini terlihat dari banyaknya pelaku usaha yang sudah mendaftarkan produknya meskipun masih ada sebagian kecil yang belum mendaftarkan produknya. Terlaksananya implementasi sertifikasi halal ini tentunya didukung oleh adanya beberapa faktor. Selain itu juga, terdapat beberapa kendala yang menghambat terlaksananya sertifikasi halal.

Abstract

Purpose – The study aims to that public policy in implementing the halal certification process massively in recently years. This study has the scope of roles as well as challenges of halal certification by local governments which have an important role in accelerating halal certification. Thus, the government can map priorities of challenges in order to alleviate various problems in the implementation of halal certification evenly in all business sectors.Methodology - The study was conducted qualitatively with descriptive analysis in several sectors of government service institutions in accordance with the main tasks of functions in Micro Small Enterprises, especially in the leading sector for food and beverages. Findings - Some of the challenges faced by local governments, especially in Micro, Small Food and Beverage Enterprises, include; availability of data on business actors, literacy of micro business actors, government socialization programs, synchronization of regulations and programs to local governments, regional budget limitations, collaboration with related parties.

Abstract

Introduction: This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of financing in supporting MSME development at PT Pegadaian UPS Kwanyar. Research Methods: This research uses a descriptive case study approach to describe the efficiency and challenges of KUR Syariah at PT Pegadaian UPS Kwanyar. Data was collected through direct observation and interviews with the company and the MSME players. The data was then analyzed qualitatively using descriptive analysis. Results: The results reveal that the KUR Syariah program at PT Pegadaian UPS Kwanyar effectively supports MSME capital by implementing strict procedures such as timeliness, accuracy of amount, accuracy of target, and accuracy of credit. MSMEs that use KUR Syariah report increased income and productivity, although they still face challenges such as product limitations, low user interest, a complicated application process, and a lack of direct promotion. Conclusion: Improvements in the application process and promotion are needed to increase the utilization of KUR Syariah by MSMEs in Bangkalan City.

Abstract

MSMEs in Poreh Village, Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency face challenges in fulfilling business legality and market access, especially related to the lack of understanding of halal certification procedures and low digital literacy in marketing. This community service activity aims to increase the capacity of MSME actors through assistance in the halal certification process and digital marketing strategy training. The methods used include socialization of halal regulations, technical training in managing Business Identification Numbers (NIB) and the SiHalal application, and introducing digital platforms for product promotion. The participatory approach involved MBKM students and the Halal Center of Trunojoyo University, Madura. The activity significantly increases business actors’ understanding of halal certification procedures. Two MSME actors succeeded in obtaining halal certificates through the self-declare scheme after following all stages. In addition, business actors began implementing digital marketing strategies by creating business social media accounts, uploading product content, and reaching consumers outside the village area. Reflections from the activity showed that the combination of practical training and intensive mentoring effectively increased the awareness, skills, and motivation of MSME actors in increasing product competitiveness. Major obstacles, such as low digital literacy and the absence of business legality, were successfully overcome through direct assistance and technical simulations. This activity proves that integrating halal certification and digital marketing is a relevant, applicable, and sustainable empowerment strategy in developing village MSMEs

Abstract

The development of digital technology has had a significant impact on various sectors, including zakat management. The Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ) is required to be able to adapt to the use of digital media to expand reach, increase transparency, and strengthen community participation. In addition, the role of competent and professional human resources is able to manage effectively. LAZ Sidogiri Bangkalan Branch as one of the zakat institutions in the region has challenges in improving institutional performance through the use of technology and strengthening the quality of human resources. The purpose of this research is to find out the optimization of digital media and human resources can improve the performance of the amil zakat sidogiri institution of the bangkalan branch. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data sources consist of primary and secondary, primary data in the form of information from observation activities with observation and interview techniques. Meanwhile, secondary data is in the form of literature studies such as books, scientific journals, the internet as well as previous research and literature related to the research object. The Amil Zakat Sidogiri Bangkalan Branch has made optimal use of digital media as a means to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and transparency in the management of zakat, infaq, and alms. Human Resources in improving the performance of the Amil Zakat Sidogiri Bangkalan Branch shows that the implementation of Human Resources management at LAZ Sidogiri Bangkalan Branch has been carried out through four main management functions, namely planning, organizing, directing, and controlling running quite well.

Abstract

Halal certification becomes part of the ecosystem of halal industrial products. Through halal certification will be reflected in halal product guarantee for the community as the mandate of law No 33. 2014 on Halal product guarantee. Therefore, halal product design becomes an important part to estabslishment of halal product ecosystem. Halal certification process will be an important part of the local design for realizing the ecosystem of halal products in order to ensure the existence of halal products. This study uses qualitative method based phenomonology approach in Bangkalan district, which is one of the regencies in Madura Island with the nuance of Islamic in the daily life. The results halal certification on small and micro enterprises is important because it has a direct impact on the economy and community consumption for population.  In addition from infrastructure of authorities involved in MSMEs is ready and tends to wait for direction in implementation in the fulfillment of halal standards through halal certification. Furthermore that preparations and potentiality halal certification that possessed in outside bureaucracy. Thus, based on this study there will be a description of the condition halal certification in Bangkalan. Abstract

The main objective of this study is to analyse the impact of the Arrum BPKB sharia marketing mix at Pegadaian UPS Diponegoro on the income level of MSME customers.This qualitative case study uses structured interviews to collect primary data from MSME players, complemented by secondary data from institutional records. The focus of the analysis is placed on understanding how the application of Sharia principles in marketing can improve business funding solutions. The application of Sharia Marketing Mix for Arrum BPKB financing has significantly increased customer interest and participation. Interviews with five MSME customers showed a marked increase in their daily and monthly income, confirming the effectiveness of this strategy in the real world. This study highlights the alignment of Shariah-compliant practices with customer needs and market dynamics. The findings underscore the importance of incorporating Shariah principles in marketing strategies in Islamic financial services. In practical terms, this approach not only helps in complying with ethical standards, but also enhances customer trust and financial inclusion for cash-strapped MSMEs. This study introduces new insights into the localised impact of Shariah marketing practices on MSME profitability, particularly in the Indonesian financial services context, and sets a precedent for further regional studies
