Abstract

Pelatihan Penggunaan Website INAWIS bagi Staf Pelabuhan Lambada Lhok adalah kegiatan pengabdian yang bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan staf pelabuhan dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi untuk mendapatkan informasi cuaca dan data maritim yang relevan. Dalam pelatihan ini, staf pelabuhan dilatih menggunakan website INAWIS yang dikelola oleh Badan Geofisika dan Meteorologi (BMKG) untuk mendapatkan informasi cuaca dan data maritim yang berguna dalam operasional pelabuhan. Hasil pelatihan ini adalah staf pelabuhan dapat menggunakan website INAWIS dengan lebih baik dan efektif untuk meningkatkan keselamatan dan efisiensi operasional pelabuhan.

Abstract

Proses penanganan dan penyimpanan hasil tangkapan di atas kapal merupakan salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kualitas hasil tangkapan.Penyebab menurunnya kualitas hasil tangkapan tidak hanya dilihat dari proses penanganan diatas kapal saja, tetapi juga dilihat dari lingkungan dan sumberdaya manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis ikan yang tertangkap, proses penaganan dan penyimpanan ikan hasil tangkapan pada KM. Jaya Kusuma, mengetahui kualitas hasil tangkapan berdasarkan uji organoleptik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari sampai bulan Juni 2024 bertempat di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera (PPS) Kutaradja, Banda Aceh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode wawancara, observasi dan uji laboratorium. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriftif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa jenis-jenis ikan yang tertangkap oleh purse seine KM. Jaya Kusuma adalah ikan tongkol (euthynnus affinis), ikan lemuru (Sardina pilchardus) dan ikan cakalang (Katsuwonus pelamis).  Proses penanganan hasil tangkapan purese seine pada KM. Jaya Kusuma, adalah Penaikan ikan ke atas kapal, Pencucian ikan, penyimpanan ikan dalam palka, pemberian es pada ikan dan pembongkaran ikan hasil tangkapan. Hasil uji organoleptik terhadap 4 (empat) sampel ikan dimasing-masing perlakuan terdapat perbedaan, hal ini berarti bahwa lama waktu penyimpanan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas hasil tangkapan. Semakin lama masa penyimpanan dengan pendinginan sistem bulking, maka kulaitas ikan semakin menurun

Abstract

Mini purse seine boats in Rembang are divided into two sizes. The first one, namely mini purse seines measuring 10 - 20 Goss Tonnage (GT) (short trips) with a fishing operation duration of 3 - 7 days. The second one is mini purse seines measuring 21 - 30 GT (long trips) with a fishing operation duration of 7 - 10 days. The dominant catch on this boats is round scad, which used a cooling mechanism with ice blocks and bulking systems. This research evaluates the quality of round scad caught by mini purse seine boats (based on Indonesian National Standard/SNI 2729: 2013) and the quality of ice used in handling the fish (based on SNI 4872: 2015). The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Fish samples were carried out in the first and last hold on the short trips and long trips boats, where each handle of the fish was sampled in the upper, middle, and lower layers. Data analysis for sensory evaluation were analyzed by Kruskal Wallis statistics, while the TPC value of round scad was tested by ANOVA test. The laboratory test results obtained the sensory assessment of round scad. The value of the TPC round scad and the E. coli ice blocks are still within the limits of the Indonesian national standards, but the TPC scale of the ice block exceeds the standard limit of SNI. The Kruskal Wallis statistics results showed tha the difference in fish hold, the difference in the trip, and differences in fish hold layers had a significant effect on the sensory of scad. ANOVA test showed that differences in the fish hold and trip differences had a significant impact on the TPC of scad. Abstract

Moringa (Moriga oleifera Lam) is not only a vegetable but also has benefits and ingredients that are good for the health of the body, Moringa also contains vitamins, minerals, protein and fat. One of the most prominent contents of Moringa is antioxidants, especially the leaves which contain high antioxidants. Based on phytochemical tests, Moringa leaves (Moriga oleifera Lam.) contain tannins, steroids and triterpenoids, flavonoids, saponins, inter-quinones, and alkaloids, all of which are antioxidants. This service is carried out in several stages, the first stage is the preparatory stage with activities to coordinate with the head of SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Baro Aceh Besar Regency regarding the cooperation agreement and place of implementation, preparation of workshop materials and preparing time and activities for implementing the workshop on the theme Processing Technology of Moringa Leaf Flour as a Substitution of Natural Coloring Materials for Food Processing. Community service participation in this case involved 23 teacher participants along with 12 student participants from SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Baro, Aceh Besar Regency as training participants with a total of 35 participants. With this activity, cooperation can be established between SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Baro, Aceh Regency. Based on the results of the dedication that has been done, it is known that the teachers and students of SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Baro Aceh Besar Regency are enthusiastic in participating in community service activities related to the themes presented by the presenters regarding knowledge of technology development and the latest innovations in producing a product. The training provided is training needed by partners such as in the analysis of problems which reveals that current problems are related to processed food snacks using dangerous synthetic chemical dyes.
