Abstract

Professional competence and infrastructure are still classic problems that have not been entirely resolved. This study has the aim of analyzing infrastructure as an intervening variable (Y1). The exogenous variable (X1) is professional competence, and the endogenous variable (Y2) is education quality. This research method uses a type of quantitative research with explanatory research methods. The number of samples in this study was 140 people, who were selected using the census method. The results of the hypothesis test showed that teacher professional competence directly affects the quality of education, infrastructure directly affects the quality of education, and infrastructure can mediate the effect of teacher professional competence on education quality.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat sebagai salah satu Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi ini bertujuan meningkatan kemampuan perancangan sistem otomasi melaluai pelatihan PLC tingkat menengah bagi alumni teknik elektro unesa. Dalam dunia industri yang berhubungan dengan sistem otomasi tidak terlepas dari perangkat keras yang namanya adalah PLC. Otomasi dalam Industri sangat membutuhkan karyawan yang mempunyai keahlian dalam merancang sistem otomasi berbasis PLC. Hal ini yang mendorong untuk mengadakan kegiatan Pelatihan PLC sehingga peserta pelatihan yang ditujukan untuk Alumni S1Teknik Elektro Program Studi Sistem Pengaturan dapat memaksimalkan kemampuan dan keahliannya dalam merancang sistem otomasi berbasis PLC tingkah menengah. Pada pelatihan akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan traner PLC yang ada di laboratorium sistem kendali. Setiap peserta juga akan diberi Instructional Manual atau modul pelatihan sebagai Panduan pelatihan pemograman PLC secara tatap muka.  Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan yang diikuti 14 peserta dari target 20 peserta memberikan respon dalam kategori minimal cukup mendukung  lebih dari 50%, adanya peningkatan rata-rata antara hasil pretest (55) dengan posttest (85,36) sebesar 30,36 point atau 35,57%.

Abstract

Penyelesaian konflik Agama dan Intoleransi melalui moderasi beragama telah muncul sebagau sebuah gerakan bagu yang di bicarakan, khususnya di ranah Pendidikan Agama Islam. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini untuk merinci secara mendalam penerapan moderasi beragama dalam upaya menumbuhkan sikap dan praktik keagamaan yang baik dalam seorang pelajar di era modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan Studi Kasus, dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan kemudian observasi untuk mengamati secara tepat situasinya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, terdapat tiga point yang dibahas diantaranya: (1) Problematika yang timbul dalam konteks moderasi beragama, (2) Moderasi beragama sebagai pendekata.n baru di sekolah, (3) Urgensi Moderasi Beragama di Sekolah, dan (4) Pendidikan Agama sebagai moderasi Pendidikan Beragama

Abstract

Currently religious moderation is the main program promoted by the Indonesian Ministry of Religion so that Indonesian Muslims act moderate in religion. This study aims to determine the perceptions of teachers of the Qur'an Hadith about religious moderation in the aspect of tolerance. This research is descriptive qualitative research using interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The participants in this study were six Qur'an Hadith teachers and three headmasters. The results of the study show that the perceptions of the Qur'an Hadith teachers regarding tolerance in religious moderation are positive and they accept this concept where they agree that religious tolerance is mutual respect between religious communities in order to create harmonious social relations. They also considered that religious moderation must be developed continuously and taught to students.

Abstract

This service aims to strengthen the Aceh Pesisir Community Welfare Community (KMAP)'s role in education, economy, society, and politics in Central Aceh amid the assumption that the immigrant community seems exclusive. The KMAP community works a lot and contributes in various fields. This service uses PAR (Participatory Action Research) method stages: Initial mapping of community inclusivity, building communication and trust with the community, determining the agenda for social change, participatory mapping, formulating problems, developing movement strategies, determining stakeholders, and formulating the possibility of planned success, taking action for change. At this stage, actions were carried out with small community groups in the fields of education, economy, socio-religious, and politics to strengthen the understanding of the inclusivity of the Aceh Coastal Community Welfare (KMAP) community group in Central Aceh. Finally, the program must be monitored and evaluated for the actions taken. Hierarchically, this service is carried out by interviews as a service database, conducting FGDs to increase understanding of the inclusiveness of community roles, community mentoring, and evaluation. As a result, the assisted community has a knowledge and common perception of the inclusive role in community development in education, economy, social religion, and politics.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum in shaping students' social cohesion at SMA Negeri 1 Takengon, Central Aceh Regency. It employs a qualitative approach through field study methods. Qualitative data—namely the activities related to PAI curriculum implementation at SMA Negeri 1 Takengon—were obtained via in-depth interviews with the school principal, PAI teachers, and students, as well as through observation and documentation. Data were analyzed inductively through reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results reveal that the implementation of the PAI curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Takengon has been effective in fostering students’ social awareness. PAI teachers play an active role not only in delivering instructional content but also in exemplifying and guiding students to live harmoniously amidst diversity. The internalization of social cohesion values is carried out through discussion methods, case studies, and experiential learning. The study concludes that the PAI curriculum contributes significantly to forming students' social cohesion when supported by appropriate teaching strategies and a conducive school environment. Strengthening teacher capacities and integrating multicultural values into the curriculum are necessary to make religious education a primary pillar in maintaining national social integrity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes through the application of outdoor study methods in improving the learning outcomes of fourth-grade in MI Negeri 2 Central Aceh. The type of research used is a quantitative research type of Class Action Research (PTK) with a quantitative descriptive approach). The object of this research is the students of Class 4 MI Negeri 2 with a total of 27 students consisting of 8 female students and 19 males. The data collection technique in this study is test. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive. The results of this study showed that with the Outdoor Study method, there was a pleasant atmosphere so that student learning outcomes increased, namely from cycle I, cycle II and cycle III there was an increase, in cycle I the number of students who received complete grade was 9 students or 33.3%, incomplete grade in cycle I was 18 students or 66.67%, Cycle II occurred complete grade was 15 students or 55.6%, incomplete grade were 12 students or 55.6%. While in the third cycle, there is an increase in the complete score of 25 students 92.6%. It was concluded that the Outdoor Study method can improve student learning outcomes in science learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of the HOTS method on mathematics learning outcomes. Data collection techniques using documentation tests using problem-based learning,  as well as direct interviews with class teachers.  This research is classified into experimental research, with a quantitative approach and one group experimental research design with pre-test and post-test results by trying to describe the influence of the HOTS method on learning outcomes in grade III students of State Elementary School 12 Bebesen. The subjects of this study numbered 20 people. Student learning outcomes using the HOTS method are more influential in improving student learning outcomes compared to not being given the HOTS learning method. Factors influencing learning outcomes at Bebesen State Primary School 12 are internal factors (interests and physical and health conditions) external factors (professional teachers, learning media, parents, and the environment).  This study concludes that student learning outcomes show the mean or average pretest of student learning without applying the HOTS method, the score is 59.50, while the student's posttest score by applying the HOTS learning method, the score is 73.50.

Abstract

This study explored the readiness of PAI teachers to implement the Independent Curriculum at SDN Aceh Tengah. It also explores existing difficulties and opportunities. This research focuses on the preparation, implementation, evaluation, and challenges teachers face. This research was conducted in 3 elementary schools. The sources of research data are principals, deputy heads of curriculum sections, and PAI teachers. The method used in this study is qualitative-descriptive. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study show PAI teachers' readiness to implement the independent curriculum. This is supported by ever-increasing understanding and support among teachers. Teachers' difficulties in implementing the Independent Curriculum are limited resources, time management, and labor shortages. The solution to this problem is through learning communities, collaboration, independent training, and an increased budget for mobilizing schools to be more accessible to implement and improve teachers' abilities.
