Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of job loyalty, communication, and supervision on the work spirit and performance of members of the Criminal Investigation Unit (Satuan Reserse dan Kriminal) of Bone Bolango District Police. The population of the study consisted of 127 respondents selected using a census method. The analytical technique used to address the research problem and test hypotheses was Path Analysis, aided by Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) and Lisrel software for data analysis. The findings of this research are as follows: (1) job loyalty has a positive and significant direct effect on work spirit, (2) communication has a positive and significant direct effect on work spirit, (3) supervision has a positive and significant direct effect on work spirit, (4) job loyalty has a positive and significant direct effect on performance, (5) communication has a positive and significant direct effect on performance, (6) supervision has a positive and significant direct effect on performance, (7) work spirit has a positive and significant direct effect on performance, (8) job loyalty has a positive and significant indirect effect on performance through work spirit, (9) communication has a positive and significant indirect effect on performance through work spirit, (10) supervision has a positive and significant indirect effect on performance through work spirit.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to: (1) determine and analyze the implementation of the government's procurement of goods/services in Gorontalo Regency. (2) To find out and analyze what factors influence the process of implementing government procurement of goods/services in Gorontalo Regency This research is a research with a qualitative descriptive approach, namely examining, analyzing and decrypting the data. The results showed that (1) the working group had carried out explanations, but the working group's readiness in providing initial explanations and in answering questions from participants was still not optimal, because there were still working groups that provided initial explanations that had passed the allotted time. (2) the evaluation of the bid documents has followed the existing regulations, however, due to frequent changes in regulations, the understanding of the working group may differ from one another. Because there are working groups that can quickly adjust existing regulations, some are not. (3) Proof of qualification is followed in accordance with existing regulations. It's just that the timeliness of the prospective provider is still lacking because it always comes at the time of proving the qualifications will end. (4) The stage of refutation of the working group tries to provide answers to potential providers in a good, relevant, and transparent manner. It's just that the bidders are dissatisfied. Because they didn't win, they use the rebuttal route to express their dissatisfaction. (5) Human resources and facilities and infrastructure are sufficient. However, if there are a large number of packages being tendered, the working group will ask for the assistance of personnel from other OPDs to become an election working group. (6) social, political and economic factors greatly influence the implementation of government procurement of goods/services. From an economic point of view, the tender process is the starting point for selecting business actors. Business actors will compete and will take advantage of existing resources and of course will increase the economic income of the community. Judging from the social conditions, the community can work or be directly involved in the project. If politics is very influential, but the working group must still be guided by the existing rules. So, there will be considerations that must be placed on the rules in the procurement of goods/services. (7) the disposition factor can affect the process of implementing government procurement of goods/services in the provider selection stage, it's just that the working group's attitude must always be able to understand the existing rules, so that everything can be adjusted

Abstract

The purposes of this study are: 1) To determine and analyze the partial effect of HR competence on service quality at Batudaa Health Center, Gorontalo Regency; 2) To find out and partially analyze the influence of organizational culture on service quality at Batudaa Health Center, Gorontalo Regency; 3) To determine and analyze the simultaneous influence of HR competence and organizational culture on service quality at Batudaa Health Center, Gorontalo Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive approach Research results: 1) Human resource competence has a partial effect on service quality with a contribution of 63.4% influence. Thus, the hypothesis in this study assumes that the competence of human resources has a partial effect on service quality and has been proven and can be accepted; 2) Organizational Culture has a partial effect on Service Quality with an influence contribution of 26.6%. Thus, the hypothesis in this study suggests that organizational culture has a partial effect on service quality and has been proven and can be accepted; 3) Human Resource Competence and Organizational Culture simultaneously have a simultaneous effect on Service Quality with an influence contribution of 72.20%. Thus the hypothesis in this study assumes that the competence of HR and Organizational Culture simultaneously has a simultaneous effect on Service Quality has been proven and can be accepted.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) The application of an accrual-based agency accounting system as the implementation of PP 71 of 2010 in the preparation of financial reports at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Pohuwato Regency; 2) What are the factors that influence the application of the accrual-based agency accounting system (SAIBA) in the preparation of financial reports at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Pohuwato Regency This study uses research conducted using a qualitative approach while the type of research used in this thesis research is qualitative descriptive research. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The application of the accrual-based agency accounting system has been carried out well. Judging from the relevance indicator. the implementation of accrual-based Government Accounting Standards (SAP) at the Ministry of Religion of Pohuwato Regency has been based on Government Regulation Number 71 of 2010, and is compiled in full which consists of reports 2) Application of accrual-based agency accounting systems as the implementation of PP 71 of 2010 in the preparation of financial statements in The Office of the Ministry of Religion of Pohuwato Regency includes human resources, socialization.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the influence of leadership variables on employee job satisfaction in the regional government of Gorontalo Province. The pattern used is explanatory research, namely the pattern of research that seeks to explain the relationship of variables referred to as formulated in the formulation of hypotheses so that the relationship of variables, namely Leadership Style (X1) and Employee Performance (Y2), can be tested with quantitative approaches and hypothesis testing, used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The study was conducted in a representative sample, with as many as 200 people from 3,997 employee populations. The results showed that Leadership Style positively and significantly affected job satisfaction in the Provincial Government Gorontalo-Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pelatihan Dan Prestasi Kerja Terhadap Pengembangan Karir dan Implikasinya Pada Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja Anggota Polisi Biro SDM Polda Gorontalo. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang bersumber dari pengisian kuisioner. Populasi penelitian adalah berjumlah 119 orang responden dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Tehnik analisis yang digunakan untuk menjawab masalah penelitian dan menguji hipotesis adalah analisis jalur. Temuan penelitian ini adalah (1) pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir, (2) prestasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir, (3) pengembangan karir memiliki implikasi positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, (4) pengembangan karir memiliki implikasi positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of digital marketing, service quality, donation interest, and trust on zakat, infaq, and sedekah payments at BAZNAS Pohuwato Regency. The population for this research consists of 68 active zakat obligors and zakat, infaq, and sedekah donors registered at BAZNAS Pohuwato. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study conclude that digital marketing, service quality, donation interest, and trust all have a positive and significant impact on the decisions to pay zakat, infaq, and sedekah at BAZNAS Pohuwato Regency. Each of these factors plays an essential role in encouraging the community to participate in zakat payments in a more accessible and effective manner.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work ethic, work culture, and organizational support on employee performance, with work motivation as an intervening variable among employees of the Religious Court in Gorontalo Province. The population in this study consists of 120 employees from the Religious Court offices in Gorontalo Province. The analysis method used is path analysis. The results indicate that work ethic, work culture, and organizational support have a positive and significant impact on employees' work motivation. Additionally, work ethic, work culture, and organizational support also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, demonstrating that a conducive work environment can enhance productivity. Work motivation itself has a positive impact on employee performance, meaning that the higher the work motivation, the better the performance achieved. Furthermore, work motivation serves as a mediating variable in the relationship between work ethic, work culture, and organizational support on employee performance. This finding suggests that the combination of these factors, along with high work motivation, further strengthens improvements in employee performance at the Religious Court in Gorontalo Province.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors influencing employee performance at the Regional Education and Training Personnel Agency of Pohuwato Regency. The sample targeted for the study consists of 33 individuals, all of whom participated as respondents using multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis, it was found that the decision-making mechanism variable has a positive but non-significant effect on employee performance, the management professionalism variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the supervision and control mechanism variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the decision-making mechanism, management professionalism, and supervision and control mechanisms collectively have an effect on the performance of the Regional Education and Training Personnel Agency of Pohuwato Regency employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Green Accounting Dan Corporate Social responsibility Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Pengaruh Penerapan Green Accounting, Dan Corporate Social Responsibility Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2019-2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan metode data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Green Accounting secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan, Corporate Social Responsibility secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan, dan secara simultan Green Accounting dan Corporate Social Responsibility memiliki pengauh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan.
