Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of training, supervision and empowerment against organizational commitment of National Education Service Official of Bone Bolango Regency. The data used in this study is the primary data sourced from the filling questionnaire. The population of this research is 62 employees using census method. The analytical technique used to answer the research problem and test the hypothesis is multiple regression analysis with the help of Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) software used to analyze the data. The findings of this research there are positive and significant impacts of training, supervision and empowerment toward  Organizational Commitment of National Education Service Official of Bone Bolango Regency.Keywords: training; supervision; empowerment; organizational commitment

Abstract

This study aims to analyze work morale by increasing the loyalty and self-confidence of the employees of Jalaludin Airport, Gorontalo. The research data was obtained through distributing questionnaires that originated from questionnaires filled out by respondents. The population and research sample are employees with a total sample of 87 people. Method used for research analysis was multiple linear regression. The data was processed using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) applications. The data analysis begins with testing the quality of the data through the validity and reliability of the research data. Hypothesis testing is done partially and simultaneously. The results of the research analysis found that employees’ morale can be built or improved by strengthening work loyalty and self-confidence in employees. If employees have high work loyalty and are supported by high self-confidence, then employees’ morale will increase. Keywords: Spirit at work; Job Loyalty; Confidence

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze differences in employees' performance at the Ministry of Religion, North Gorontalo District, before and after the provision of remuneration. Primary data sources from questionnaires filled out by respondents. The study population consisted of 82 employees determined using the census method. The method employed to answer research problems and test hypotheses are the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) with the application of Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS). The results showed that the F-count of the performance score before the provision of remuneration was 2.676 with a significance value of 0.006, while the F-count of the performance score after the provision of remuneration was 3.193 with a significance value of 0.001. These test results indicate a significant increase in performance after the provision of remuneration or performance allowances. Employee performance improvement includes the quality and quantity of work, reliability, accelerated working time, cost savings, quality of service, integrity, work commitment, discipline, and cooperation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effects of job involvement, organizational culture and work motivation on employee satisfaction. The sample size in this study was 53 employees Community Empowerment Board and Bone BolangoRegency Village Government determined by saturation sampling techniques. The collection of data by distributing questionnaires using 5-point Likert Scale to measure the grain of the four variables studied statement. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially, work engagement, organizational culture and work motivation positive effect on employee satisfaction and the Community Empowerment Board Bone Bolango Regency Village Government. In addition, approximately 52 percent of the variation employee satisfaction can be explained by work engagement, organizational culture and work motivation, while the remaining 48 percent is contributed by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the dimensions of the learning organization its influence on employee performance. The data used in this study is primary data sourced from filling out questionnaires. The research population is 54 employees using the census method. The analytical technique used to answer the research problem and test the hypothesis is multiple regression analysis. The data is processed using the Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) application. The findings of this study are (1) there is a positive and significant influence on the dimensions of personal expertise on employee performance, (2) there is a positive and significant influence on the dimensions of mental models on employee performance, (3) there is a positive and significant influence on the dimensions of shared vision on employee performance, ( 4) there is a positive and significant influence on the dimensions of team learning on employee performance, (5) there is a positive and significant influence on the dimensions of dialogue on employee performance. The dominant variable affecting employee performance is the team learning dimension.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah : 1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja secara parsial terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Gorontalo; 2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Budaya Organisasi secara parsial terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Gorontalo; 3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Semangat Kerja secara parsial terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Gorontalo; 4) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi dan Semangat Kerja secara simultan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan sampel 101 orang Pegawai. Dan data kualitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert, dan analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini Analis Korelasi dan Regresi, dengan terlebih dahulu dilakukan Uji Kualitas Data Penelitian (uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen) dan Uji Persyaratan Analisis (Uji Normalitas Data, Uji Autokorelasi, Uji Multikolinieritas, Uji heteroskedastisitas. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kuatnya Pengaruh variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X1), Budaya Organisasi (X2), Semangat Kerja (X3) terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai (Y) yakni sebesar 0,793. Sedangkan kontribusi secara bersama-sama (Koefisien Determinasi / R-Square) variabel X1, X2 dan X2 terhadap 0,628 atau 62,80 % sedangkan sisanya 37,2 % ditentukan oleh variabel lain. Selanjutnya untuk meramalkan bagaimana keadaan (naik turunnya) variabel Semangat Kerja (Y), dapat diprediksi melalui persamaan regresi Ŷ=1,020 + 0,346 X1 + 0,421 X2 + 0,516 X3. Selanjutnya Besarnya Pengaruh variabel Lingkungan Kerja secara parsial terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai sebesar 0,547 (Cukup Kuat), dan kontribusi (koefisien determinan) variabel X1 terhadap Y adalah sebesar 29,92 % sedangkan sisanya 70,8 % ditentukan oleh variabel lain. Selanjutnya besarnya Pengaruh Variabel Budaya Kerja (X2) secara parsial terhadap Semangat Kerja Pegawai (Y) adalah sebesar 0,469 (Cukup Kuat), dan kontribusi (koefisien determinan) variabel X2 terhadap Y adalah sebesar 21,99 % sedangkan sisanya 78,01 % ditentukan oleh variabel lain. Selanjutnya besarnya Pengaruh Variabel Semangat Kerja (X3) secara parsial terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai (Y) adalah sebesar 0,672 (Kuat), dan kontribusi (koefisien determinan) variabel X3 terhadap Y adalah sebesar 45,15 % sedangkan sisanya 54,85% ditentukan oleh variabel lain

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of knowledge management and service quality to customer satisfaction. The research was done at the University of Gorontalo by using a population of 147 students as respondents. Sampling techniques in this study using the proportional method possible random samples from six faculties. The analysis was performed with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Lisrel 8,70. The results of the research findings of research showed a positive influence knowledge management and service quality to customer satisfaction. The dominant variable effect on customer satisfaction is a variable service quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of employee competency and employee placement on increasing employee work productivity at a shrimp processing company in Tuban, East Java. The research design used in this study uses a quantitative associative method. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been carried out in the first hypothesis (H1), which states that employee competence has a positive and significant effect on increasing employee work productivity, the t-count value of 9,995 is greater than the t-table value, which is 1,692, testing the second hypothesis (H2) which states that work placement has a positive and significant effect on increasing employee work productivity, the t value is 11,246 greater than the t table value, which is 1,692, which means that employee competency and employee work placement have a positive and significant effect on increasing employee work productivity, while the value The obtained R-square is 0.804 which states that the employee competence and job placement variables affect the increase in employee work productivity by 80.40% and the remaining 19.60% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of compensation and organizational culture on increasing employee motivation at a paint company in Tangerang, Banten. The research design used in this study uses a quantitative approach that is associative, namely research that examines the causal relationship between the independent variables, namely compensation (X1) and organizational culture (X2) to the dependent variable, namely increasing employee motivation (Y1). Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out in the first hypothesis (H1), which states that compensation has a positive and significant effect on increasing employee work motivation, the t-count value of 10,492 is greater than the t-table value, which is 1,677, testing the second hypothesis (H2), which states that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on increasing employee motivation, the t-count value is 9,731 greater than the t-table value, which is 1,677, which means that compensation and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on increasing employee motivation, while the R-square value obtained by 0.869 which states that the variables of compensation and organizational culture affect the increase in employee motivation by 86.90% and the remaining 13.10% is influenced by other variables.
