Abstract

The emergence of E-commerce Shopee can cause changes in student consumption behavior. The massive promos offered by E-commerce Shopee will encourage students to shop and tend to behave consumptively. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Shopee E-commerce on student consumptive behavior. This type of research uses quantitative research methods with a population of 258 students majoring in social science education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Mulawarman University, and a sample size of 72 students where the sample is obtained by using the Slovin formula. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. This study uses classical assumption test data analysis techniques in the form of normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, simple linear regression tests and coefficient of determination tests, and uses the t test to test hypotheses. The results showed that Shopee E-commerce had a significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students majoring in social science education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Mulawarman University. This can be seen from the results of the t test, where t_hitung is greater than t_table (2.072> 1.994), with a significant level smaller than 0.05 (0.042 <0.05). Based on statistical data testing through the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it can be seen that the coefficient of determination (R^2) is 0.058 or 5.8%, which means that variable X (Shopee E-commerce) affects variable Y (consumptive behavior) 5.8%. Another 94.2% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study. Based on the research results it can be concluded: E-commerce Shopee affects the consumptive behavior of students of the Social Science Education Department, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Mulawarman University.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruhh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi. Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan positif antara motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa FKIP pendidikan ekonomi universitas mulawarman, dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 dan nilai uji t sebesar 23.339 > 1.656 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh signifikan positif motivasi belajar (X) terhadap prestasi belajar (Y) dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 79,8% menunjuukan bahwa kemampuan modle regresi menjelaskan variabel motivasi belajar adalah sebesar tersebut. Hal ini dapat terjadi karena mahasisiwa pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2020-2022 universitas mulawarman memiliki motivasi belajar yang baik ditunjukkan dengan keaktivan dan semangat mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi dalam belajar dan berkegiatan dikampus termasuk didalamnya adalah kegiatan ektrakulikuler semangat inilah yang kemudian kemudian dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar. Dengan motivasi belajar yang baik mahasiswa akan sangat serius dan bersungguh-sungguh dalam mengikuti perkuliahan sehingga nilai IPK yang menjadi salah satu indikator prestasi belajar juga meningkat dengan baik.

Abstract

This research purposes to determine the income of Grabbike drivers in Samarinda during March 2019 and to compare the income toward the City Minimum Wage (UMK) in 2019. This research also intends to know the average and the percentage of Grabbike driver’s income in Samarinda toward the City Minimum Wage (UMK) in 2019. This is a descriptive quantitative research. The populations in this research are 1200 Samarinda Grabbike drivers in 2019 with 120 respondents. Data collection techniques in this research use questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the net income formula; the average and percentage income. The research data and analysis of the Samarinda Grabbike driver’s income in 2019 includes several indicators; the number of working hours and working days. The research results show that the Samarinda Grabbike driver’s net income in March 2019 is Rp. 200,758,204. The percentage comparison between Samarinda Grabbike Driver’s incomes toward the City Minimum Wage (UMK) shows 24 drivers achieving high-level income or 20%, 65 drivers achieving medium-level income or 54.2% and 31 drivers achieving low-level income or 25.8%. The average income of Samarinda Grabbike drivers in March 2019 is Rp. 1,672,985.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of social media and entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial interest of Economics Education students at Mulawarman University. Using a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, data were collected from 100 students through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that social media has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest, with a t-Count of 2.377 > t-table 1.984, and a significance value of 0.019 < 0.05. Additionally, entrepreneurship education positively and significantly affects entrepreneurial interest, with a t-Count of 6.746 > t-table 1.984, and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, the use of social media and entrepreneurship education significantly influences entrepreneurial interest, with an f- Count of 71.229 > f-table 3.09 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The conclusion of this study is that both social media and entrepreneurship education, individually and together, play an important role in enhancing the entrepreneurial interest of students.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction in Chicken Gepuk M Yamin Samarinda. This study is a causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study is all consumers who enjoy Ayam Gepuk M. Yamin, namely 96 customers who visit Ayam Gepuk M. This study uses non-probability sampling with a sample withdrawal method using incidental sampling. The data collection technique in this study uses the questionnaire method. The data analysis in this study uses simple linear regression analysis. The results of the validity test of the questionnaire items showed that all statement items in the customer satisfaction variable (X) showed the value of r calculated > r table so it can be said that the customer satisfaction variable questionnaire (X) was valid. The results of the hypothesis test analysis show that the value of sig < a or 0.000 < 0.050, then there can be a significant influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at Ayam Gepuk M. Yamin Samarinda City. So, it can be concluded that the quality of service has a significant influence on the level of consumer satisfaction at Ayam Gepuk M Yamin Samarinda.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether fintech payment and self-control have a significant effect on the financial management behavior of students. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. Data collection carried out was observation and questionnaires distributed to 146 Economics Education Students of Mulawarman University. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the partial t-test of each fintech payment and self-control variable have a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior, then the results of the F test significantly show that fintech payment and self-control have a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior. The R Square value is 68.0%, which means that the remaining 32.0% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. And based on results t test analysis that has been done by the researcher obtained is partial influence and significant between Self control and Financial Management Behavior on student of Economics Education at Mulawarman University

Abstract

One way to increase sales and increase the popularity of Scarlett Whitening is to work with public figures or celebrities as celebrity endorsers. This study aims to determine the effect of celebrity endorsers on buying interest in Scarlett products in Economic Education students at Mulawarman University. This study uses an ex-post facto method with a quantitative approach, the data uses a sample of 137 respondents through a questionnaire distributed online using Google Form. The research method used is simple linear regression. . The results of research on the use of celebrity endorsers on buying interest in Scarlett Whitening products obtained an average value of the good category. The indicator with the highest value is the visibility indicator (popularity) and the lowest is the power indicator (strength). The results also show that celebrity endorsers have a positive and significant influence on buying interest in Scarlett products at 0.000 <0.05 and the value of Thitung 9.935> Ttabel 1.977. The conclusion of this study is that celebrity endorsers partially play an important role in increasing students' buying interest.

Abstract

Harga dan promosi merupakan hal yang erat kaitannya dengan konsumen dalam menentukan pembelian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Toko Oentha tahun 2024. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik sebagai uji perenang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara harga dengan kepuasan pelanggan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung = 7,182 > t tabel = 1,982. Maka terdapat pengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan antara harga dengan kepuasan pelanggan Toko Oentha. Sedangkan pada variabel promosi produk tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan positif promosi produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan nilai signifikan 0,093 > 0,05 dan nilai thitung = 1,695 < t tabel 1,982. Maka tidak terdapat pengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan antara promosi dengan kepuasan pelanggan.Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan positif secara simultan harga dan promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai F hitung = 65,693 > F tabel = 3,08. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel harga dan promosi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan pelanggan. Kata Kunci: Harga, Promosi dan Kepuasan Pelanggan

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa jurusan otmatisasi dan tata kelola perkantoran di SMK Negeri 20 Samarinda. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Asosiatif Kuasal, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 62 resoponden dan dokumentasi berupa nilai ujian akhir semester. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji parsial (uji t) dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 29. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikan (0,002) < α (0,05) dan nilai thitung sebesar (3,163) > ttabel (1,295) maka secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan. Dari hasil pengujian dan analisis tersebut dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yaitu fasilitas belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa fasilitas belajar memeiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada jurusan otomatisasi dan tata kelola perkantoran di SMK Negeri 20 Samarinda. Sekolah diharapkan memberikan kelengkapan fasilitas berlajar agar siswa mampu mencapai hasil belajar yang maksimal.
