Abstract

Students' interest in learning and teaching Pancasila Education has not yet thoroughly imbued awareness and sincerity. Students prefer to discuss the actualization and practice of the Pancasila precepts. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis and observation methods. Researchers conducted observations, interviews, and distributed google forms to find and dig the required information from students and several related lecturers. Looking at some of the responses and the obstacles felt by students in studying the philosophical and historical Pancasila, the researcher considers it essential to reconstruct the content of the Pancasila Education material in the face of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. The position and role of Pancasila ideology in the scope of Pancasila education must be strengthened and reconstructed more dynamically according to the times. The results obtained from this study show that Pancasila education materials need to be improved and adapted to the developments and guidelines of the digital era, not only centered on theories and concepts but materials are made more exciting and creative so that Pancasila ideology can survive and develop following the goals of the Sustainable Development Goals. (SDGs). So that the character, personality, and ethics of students needed in the 21st Century are fulfilled and optimized for various aspects of life.

Abstract

The government has attempted to realize nation and character-building based on Pancasila values through a systemic and planned national education system. However, students' understanding, skills, and actualization of Pancasila values still experience various obstacles, one of which is literacy. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the role of the Pancasila ideology through increasing ideological literacy among students. This research aims to uncover challenges and strengthen the role of the Pancasila ideology through increasing literacy. The approach used in this research is qualitative with a literature review method using inductive and descriptive analysis. The research findings found that the challenges of strengthening the role of Pancasila ideology, namely instilling Pancasila values amidst the onslaught of foreign culture, increasing human resources based on Pancasila values, and efforts to maintain its existence. One way to strengthen the role of Pancasila ideology is to increase the literacy skills of Pancasila ideology among students. Increasing literacy in Pancasila ideology can enable students to understand and apply Pancasila values in everyday life. The implication of this research is to increase Pancasila ideology literacy among students and encourage stakeholders or teachers to increase ideological literacy while at the same time instilling Pancasila values among students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat nasionalisme dan patriotisme di Kota Bandung sehubungan dengan fenomena globalisasi. Menggunakan metode survei dengan kuesioner dan angket, data dikumpulkan secara langsung maupun melalui platform online. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa mayoritas responden (93,8%) memiliki pemahaman yang memadai mengenai konsep nasionalisme dan patriotisme. Namun, sekitar 62,5% dari mereka masih merasa ragu apakah mereka sudah mengaplikasikan nilai-nilai tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Selain itu, responden juga memberikan tanggapan terhadap dampak globalisasi terhadap rasa nasionalisme dan patriotisme, serta memberikan saran strategis untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini. Salah satu rekomendasi utama adalah memperkuat pendidikan terkait nilai-nilai Pancasila dan menghindari perilaku yang bertentangan dengan prinsip-prinsip tersebut. Sebagai hasil dari penelitian ini, disajikan wawasan mendalam tentang dinamika nasionalisme dan patriotisme dalam konteks globalisasi di Kota Bandung, sekaligus menawarkan panduan praktis untuk memperkuat identitas nasional di komunitas tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pemahaman tentang interaksi kompleks antara identitas nasional dan arus globalisasi, memberikan landasan bagi strategi pembangunan yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan di masa depan.

Abstract

Di era Society 5.0, penguatan karakter bangsa menjadi sangat penting dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi yang pesat. Nilai-nilai kearifan lokal perlu diperkenalkan sejak dini, terutama di lingkungan awal siswa, untuk membentuk dasar karakter yang kuat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Cisintok Kabupaten Bandung Barat, dengan fokus pada pelatihan aplikasi Augmented Reality (AR) berbasis kearifan lokal kepada siswa kelas 3 yang berjumlah 43 orang. Penggunaan teknologi AR dalam pengajaran kearifan lokal terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan semangat dan motivasi belajar siswa. Dengan memanfaatkan AR, siswa dapat berinteraksi dengan konten kearifan lokal secara lebih menarik dan interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua siswa tertarik dan antusias dalam menggunakan aplikasi AR untuk mempelajari budaya lokal. Peningkatan pemahaman kearifan lokal ini juga berkontribusi pada motivasi belajar yang lebih tinggi di kalangan siswa. Melalui pendekatan ini, diharapkan siswa tidak hanya memahami kearifan lokal secara mendalam tetapi juga mengapresiasi nilai-nilai budaya yang ada di sekitar mereka. Penguatan karakter bangsa melalui pendidikan kearifan lokal berbasis teknologi menjadi salah satu solusi dalam mempersiapkan generasi muda yang berkarakter kuat dan siap menghadapi era Society 5.0.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has triggered an economic recession and caused major damage to the health, employment and human welfare sectors. The impact of Covid-19 that occurred in Indonesia needs to be addressed by referring to the SDGs agenda. One of them is increasing growth and development in the economic sector. Especially in developing the economic sector among the community. Therefore, researchers are trying to help economic development starting from the smallest community environment, from MSMEs in rural areas to how they can be given assistance and guidance in creating business incubators which can be done according to the capital they each have. Apart from that, it is adapted to the skills and creativity of the community in exploring various potentials that can be sold and marketed to the general public. Especially in post In the coming pandemic, of course the economic sector will experience various changes. With many aspects of the economy weakening, there are even layoffs in several sectors . The community is expected to be independent in improving the quality of its economy so that its various interests can be fulfilled properly. Therefore, the formation of a business incubator is a program that the community needs to be more focused and clear so as to help the country's economic sector at large. Thus, the aim of the service program that we are carrying out is to develop a tourist village business incubator as an effort to recover the post-pandemic economy. The service method uses an action research approach . The location of the service is in Jalatrang village, Ciamis Regency .

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh konten video edukasi sejarah dari akun TikTok @gejapramono terhadap minat Generasi Z dalam memahami sejarah kedaerahan. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh meningkatnya penggunaan media sosial sebagai sumber informasi edukatif di kalangan generasi muda yang lahir dan tumbuh di era digital. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei, melibatkan 400 responden yang dipilih secara purposive. Teori yang digunakan adalah Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara paparan konten sejarah dengan minat belajar (R² = 0,145). Analisis regresi linier berganda juga mengindikasikan bahwa indikator frekuensi, atensi, dan durasi konten secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang lebih kuat (R² = 0,323). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa konten edukatif berbasis media sosial, khususnya TikTok, berpotensi menjadi media pembelajaran yang relevan dan efektif bagi Generasi Z.

Abstract

Remote work introduces complex challenges for employees and HRD, especially in communities driven by voluntary participation and superficial interest. Unlike other formal organizations, which have clear, measurable, and definite objectives, communities depend heavily on individual motivation, which is prone to fluctuation. Miscommunication, fluctuations in participation, and digital fatigue threaten individual productivity, requiring proactive HRD responses. This study explores the challenges of managing remote human resources in communities and how HRD responds to maintain engagement and performance. Conducted on Novo Club Batch 2, the study uses a qualitative case study approach. Data were gathered through observation, in-depth interviews with eight informants, and document analysis. The results show that Novo faces structural, participatory, and communication challenges with HRD responses ranging from reactive to adaptive. Viewed through Buhman’s communication strategy cycle, these insights underscore the importance of continuous adaptation in community-based HR management. Additionally, the principles of Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the 7C of communication serve as supporting lenses to understand how HRD responses can be aligned and delivered effectively. This study sheds light on HRD responses in this context and calls for further investigation into adaptive strategies that can strengthen remote management practices.
